They helped walk me through the process start to finish in switch my line from Verizon. They provided me with options and asked a lot of questions to make sure I was getting what I needed and not just what they wanted to sell. Highly Highly recommend this store! Ask for Jeremy or Gary. You will not be disappointed!

Fraudulent store! Will lie to you 100% I was recently…read moremarried last year and in November my husband and I decided it was time to get on a family phone plan. I was with Verizon with 2 kids and he was with T-Mobile with two kids. We also priced out AT&T for what deals they had at that time. Both Verizon and T-Mobile were offering a *free* iPhone 15 with eligible iPhone trade in- well up to $830 off the new iPhone per line. After pricing it out for our 6 lines combined- T-Mobile was about $50 cheaper bill total monthly so we decided on T-Mobile. We were working with the store manager Jeremy the first day we were in the store in November. Jeremy promised us an $830 credit per line with eligible trade in and for my son's line up to $830 I believe Visa card for the remaining payoff amount I would own to Verizon (he had a newer iPhone that I was required to pay the remaining contract balance of the phone for leaving Verizon early). He also told me that after 3 months of being with T-Mobile my son would be eligible for $830 off any iPhone with trade in of his iPhone 14. We were at the store over 3 hours that day making the switch. My daughter traded in her phone that day and got the iPhone 15. Jeremy brought my son's line over and told me I would just need to bring in the final bill from Verizon when I received it so he could put in the credit for the Visa card to be mailed to me. I got an iPhone 15 pro that day but my iCloud wasn't fully up to date to leave my trade in phone that day so Jeremy told me I had 30 days to bring it in. My husband's son also traded in his phone for an iPhone 15. I paid the taxes for the 3 new phones and the additional amount for my iPhone pro (amount over the $830 credit I was promised) and left the store. We were also given a charger and screen protector that we were told was "included with the phone". A couple weeks later in December before my 30 day limit, I brought my trade in iPhone to the store- Jeremy was once again in the store, greeted me and remembered me from our last visit, and brought up my account. He told me that because we brought over 3 lines to T-Mobile, one of the lines got a phone for free up to $830 and since I already paid the difference of my iPhone pro, the remaining $830 balance was free! I said that's not what you told me when we transferred over so I want to make sure that is correct because I have my trade in phone here now and the 30 days is almost up. Jeremy told me I had nothing to worry about and he could see the credit on my account and it just takes 2-3 billing cycles to apply and I would be credited any phone charges after the credit applied. I asked him at least 3 more times if he was positive he did NOT need my phone traded in and he stated there was no where to even accept the trade in on my account bc I already had the $830 phone credit on my line. So happily took the deal and left. In January I look at my bill and I'm still being charged for my phone. And I'm being charged for the chargers and screen protectors they gave as in November that they said were "included with the phone." Do I went back to that store, unfortunately Jeremy was not there but Payton the assistant manager was and she said she remembered me and pulled up my account. She couldn't figure out why I was being charged for my phone and took pictures of my documents with their store iPad. I also provided my Verizon final bill with my son's phone balance amount so I could get that Visa card mailed to me. Payton told me she would talk to Jeremy when he got in and have him call me. I also asked why I was being charged for the included chargers and screen protectors and she said they weren't free but would be charged to our account over 12 months! I said I was told they were included and she said no they aren't free, they just spread out the cost so I don't have to pay upfront. I said that is NOT what I was told and I would NOT have taken them had I known how much they cost. And no one ever even said a price! How could I be charged for something I was never even told an amount?? I said I haven't even touched any of them, they were still in the he T-Mobile bag I left with unopened and I wanted to return them because I did not agree to that. She said I only had 14 days to return them and there was nothing she could do but she'd also let Jeremy know. Continued in photos!!

If you want fiber...don't live in a new area where they need to install it. The tech will tell you,…read moreyou have to figure out how to do it yourself or pay for an electrician to come do it for you. So not only will you have to pay for them to come out and "install" the fiber (what installation you're paying for I'm not sure), but now you also have to pay hundreds of dollars for an additional cost you weren't expecting because the tech can't be bothered to do his job. 10/10 don't recommend Quantum fiber

Nightmare Customer Service…read more Abysmal customer service and ongoing technical issues with CenturyLink, in Layton Utah. My mother has been having issues with her phone service for months. We have made several service calls and repair appointments have been made, but for each appointment a technician never arrived. When an appointment is made, we are given a range of time between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM to wait for a repairman. That is an entire day spent waiting for a technician that never contacts us or shows up for the appointment. We are told we cannot have a specific time for an appointment nor can we have the contact information for the repairman. It seems CenturyLink is more interested in protecting their technicians than it is in serving its customers. Making a complaint about these issues is nearly impossible due to CenturyLink's ridiculously slow, glitchy, and complicated automated phone menu system available through their "customer service" line. I have been on hold for nearly two hours today trying to get through to customer service in order to make sure a technician actually shows up today. I am on hold as I write this. It's bad enough that CenturyLink overcharges for slow internet and poor phone services, but making repair requests so difficult to initiate and so frustrating to follow up on when no one arrives is beyond disrespectful and illustrates the actual values of CenturyLink and its affiliated company Lumen Technologies.
