From the moment they came to pick up our Mama they were so compassionate. Treated her body with respect and the kind of way that made it less hard on us, her family. When they left with her, there was a beautiful red rose laying on her pillow. Such a beautiful thing. The service was beautiful. Just as she'd planned ahead for it to be. Myers has been our families choice for at least 3 generations and will continue to be. I can't remember who it was who showed me how full the chapel was for Mom, he was one of the Myers, I apologize for not remembering his first name. He mentioned how loved Mom must have been because the chapel was nearly completely full. What a kind gesture! I was in another world in my mind the day of her services and didn't look back to see. I wasn't ready to write this when our mom first passed in February, it was too raw. But as the year comes to a close, I want to share our gratitude. From the moment we walked in, it felt as though God gently guided us to this mortuary. The kindness, compassion, and attention to detail we received were beyond anything we could have hoped for during such an incredibly painful time. Ken Christiansen cared for our family, and especially for our mom, Debbie, with such patience, grace, and respect. The space itself was breathtaking. The artwork throughout the mortuary is truly incredible, and my mom looked like an angel as she lay before the most majestic mural. That image will stay with me forever. It brought a sense of peace in a moment when our hearts were breaking. I cannot recommend this mortuary highly enough. They made one of the hardest experiences of our lives gentler, and they cared for our mom in the most honorable, loving way imaginable. For that, we will always be grateful. read more

Funeral Virtual feed was very disappointing. No good info on web site about how it was going to happen. Called Myer's after start time to get instructions. Video feed very limited. Only showed pulpit. Never showed caskget, flowers, pall bearers, audience, etc read more

Kurtis was not only kind and courteous but very reliable and available. I feel that he has found his true calling. I would highly recommend Myer's Mortuary in Ogden to friends and family. They took care of my mom. They took care of everything that we asked and paid for, which was reasonable, they don't take advantage of grieving families. They were our first choice because they handled my wifes' parents services with professionalism and sincere kindness. We're so grateful for everything they need. They made a difficult time less so. Myers Mortuary did a fantastic job in facilitating our mother's funeral and burial! There was (as can be expected) some family drama, and they handled it gracefully. Their facility was wonderful, and their video montage built from photos with accompanying music was a beautiful tribute to her. I'm grateful for the web obituary and video posting there. I was so busy taking photos of the family members who came that I didn't get to watch it there. And giving family members a copy of the video is a class act! I want to say thank you, for letting our family say goodbye in a wonderful and dignified manner! Truly an exceptional experience. As soon as we decided on Myers, Shaun and his staff made us feel like we were the only family they were attending too. They communicated precisely what to expect and met us with a very warm welcome. Each of them walked us through every step of the planning process and services by listening and attending to our every need. They were informative and very patient.
