My mother passed away in May in Colorado and we were in such grief she needed to be taken to a funeral home and also transported to Utah. And, as a daughter living in Texas one call and with Mike's guidance he took care of everything. He took care of everything from choosing the casket and flowers as well as with the entire service. He also took in consideration our budget and worked within it. The staff are so caring and helpful. Each and every family is a special one for them. On trying times such as a loved one passing such as my Mother everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. There is no other funeral home out there I would rather be than at Leavitt's. Thank you, so much for such incredible and being there for all of us.

Our loved one had a pre-arrangement through Leavitt's and I recommend that to everyone. In a time where you don't know where to turn, walk, jump, leap, etc, the funeral team at Leavitt's was able to take over and put things in motion. They were very patient with the delays we had and ensured we were able to have nice services to let the family mourn and honor our loved one.

When they left with her, there was a beautiful red rose laying on her pillow. Such a beautiful thing. The service was beautiful. Just as she'd planned ahead for it to be. Myers has been our families choice for at least 3 generations and will continue to be. I can't remember who it was who showed me how full the chapel was for Mom, he was one of the Myers, I apologize for not remembering his first name. He mentioned how loved Mom must have been because the chapel was nearly completely full. What a kind gesture! I was in another world in my mind the day of her services and didn't look back to see. Thank you too all who had a hand in Mom's services. God bless you all.

From the moment we walked in, it felt as though God gently guided us to this mortuary. The kindness, compassion, and attention to detail we received were beyond anything we could have hoped for during such an incredibly painful time. Ken Christiansen cared for our family, and especially for our mom, Debbie, with such patience, grace, and respect. The space itself was breathtaking. The artwork throughout the mortuary is truly incredible, and my mom looked like an angel as she lay before the most majestic mural. That image will stay with me forever. It brought a sense of peace in a moment when our hearts were breaking. I cannot recommend this mortuary highly enough. They made one of the hardest experiences of our lives gentler, and they cared for our mom in the most honorable, loving way imaginable. For that, we will always be grateful.

I have two very conflicting reviews, but I I chose to recognize the positive in this. Jesse…read moreRicardez. My husband passed in our home on hospice with a very complicated family situation. Jesse went above and beyond for us in the most kind way, with compassion, patience, and warmth. He definitely made things much easier for us than they could have been, and having someone like Jesse with a true compassionate heart is why I am giving 5 stars. Thank you Jesse for everything you did to help us through this very difficult process, for your patience, for your kindness and for your genuine care and compassion. Thank you for taking your time to take me over to spend as much time as I needed with my love, for making sure every request was handled in the most respectful manor. Your warmth and kindness will never be forgotten. Now I have to mention the reason this would have been a 1 star... the lady and gentleman that come to our home when he passed were sadly very cold, showed no compassion, even the tone in "sorry for your loss" was even insincere. My family and I felt very judged, and honestly humiliated during one of the hardest things. Even the slightest bit of compassion would have been nice, even family that was here with me commented on how unprofessional and cold they seemed to be. I hope no one else has to feel this way. ESPECIALLY when your loved one is leaving home for the last time, just a little bit of compassion goes a long way, and we received none. Made me feel like I needed to apologize for the inconvenience. But Jesse and the ladies in the office, YOU earned the five stars! Thank you so much, and an extra thank you for getting his obituary right, when the Standard Examiner couldn't even do that. It was perfect. Thank you for all of your kindness, attention to detail, and for (other than the two that took our love out of the house) your genuine kindness.

Aaron's Mortuary is by far the LEAST professional mortuary we have EVER had to deal with. The…read morepeople who came to pick up our loved one, not only were VERY unprofessional and cold, they were going to take her to the wrong mortuary all together. Then to top it off, the funeral director "double booked" our viewing, and stated that we "told him that we were only having five people attend the viewing." He became very ignorant and rude and stated that we had "better not tell anyone or leave a review, because this could ruin his business." We were TOLD that we had to push our guests through the line quickly. We wanted to to put a head piece on her and the funeral director grabbed her by the shoulders and shoved her up violently and said, " Hurry up, do it now!" There was zero access to a Mens handicap restroom , which was an absolute need for our family. The lack of compassion and empathy is beyond disdainful. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!
