Great service, they don't oversell, carry top quality products, and professional installation. Did I miss anything???? I visited a couple of nearby places, and this is where I felt most comfortable...mostly because they want to do what I wanted, and not what they wanted. Wonderful, personal service and quality products and install at a reasonable price. They earned my strongest recommendation. read more

We took my husband's Sequoia there a few years ago and had excellent service getting a new display and backup camera. Today we went because we wanted a radio for a smaller car. They had what we needed in shop. There was no pressure to have them do the install. We spoke about getting something for a different car, and he gave recommendations about what to look for and when a good sale would be on for the type of items he recommended. Very friendly, highly recommend. read more

Awesome place. If you go anywhere else, you're missing out. I purchased a product from them that no other human being on this planet has ever had a problem with yet I somehow managed to. That didn't stop them from providing superior customer service and expertise and fixed my issue with no questions asked. Thanks guys, I'll definitely be back for my door speakers (if you'll have me). read more

I finally decided to upgrade my factory radio. I shopped around Ogden and no one wanted to take the time and demo the many new systems out on the market today. Arrived at Sound Warehouse and was met by Bill and he did a fantastic job at meeting and exceeding my expectations of a customer oriented salesman. He explained everything in great detail. The installation crew they have here did a fantastic job. They were very detailed and it looks like a factory install. From the backup camera to the dash camera and the headrest video screens all looks very professional! I have found my home for all my future automotive entertainment purchases. Thanks guys for making me feel at home while at your business. Customer for life!! read more

Legit dudes here! I was having audio problems, bad static! Some dude in Layton were trying to sell me a 300.00 amp. Luckily I checked out these dudes and fixed my issue for only 70.00! Can't go wrong with a business with integrity. read more

I had an appointment for Friday at 10am (which I had scheduled a week prior). I showed up on time and was told they were busy and asked if I could reschedule. WHAT? I guess they don't know how appointments work! I took my truck to car tunes who honored their appointment. read more

Just had Sound Warehouse in Ogden upgrade the factory deck in my Mazda to incorporate Apple CarPlay. From my first visit when I just stopped in to see what was available, to choosing the Kenwood deck I bought, to the installation, I found everyone there to be professional and friendly. There was absolutely no hard sell. I honestly felt they wanted me to get the product that would work best for me. I was very happy to do business there, and I'm very happy with the new deck. read more

I was given a gift of a car stereo for my daughter's truck. I was looking to low-ball this thing because, honestly, the truck is older and it cost me a small fortune to get it where it needed to be for her to drive it safely. The team at SW were very cool, super nice and understood my budget needs. They showed me some good speakers that would produce decent sound for a pickup with only two speakers. In all, I got out with a great professional installation at a great price. I am very satisfied with my experience! read more

I have had a lot of work done through Soundwarehouse in Ogden, and I will be returning for more in the future. They are straight up, welcoming, professional and legit. I had minor problems with my alarm they installed last year around this time but they fixed it and got me on the road right away. I never wasted any time here. Just to the point what I wanted, great estimates and great service men. You must try them out for yourselves to really know and understand why I am giving such a great recommendation. The displays and gadgets all over are awesome, fun and good priced. You want speakers, car start alarm, custom sounds to above and beyond to trick out your ride. I called this place to ask if they would install a CD player on my car that we bought, and I was told that they would and I would need to make an appt. Well today I called back to make an appt, and they told me they would not install it due to us buying online. They should not tell you one thing then the next change there minds. read more

Sales people were great, installation was done clean and professional! Highly recommend!

Shout out to Jared and Brandon at Sound Warehouse. I had a re-install from a crashed vehicle to a different vehicle. Jared did a great job. When I was able to replace a missing/needed GPS cord, Jared installed it quickly and almost free. They are dependable, honest, and eager to help. read more

I went in to have a stereo system switched from one jeep to another Sound Warehouse installed the system in my first jeep and the salesman said he would switch the system into my new jeep and gave me a verbal quote of 150-250 to switch the system from one jeep to the other. I took both jeeps in to have the system installed. When I returned to pick them up i was surprised with a bill of 550+tax. When I talked to the salesman and said asked what happened to the quote of 150-250 he completely denied it. I had two other people there with me when he gave me the quote and they both heard 150-250. I also had these same two people with me when i was picking the vehicle up they both testified saying to the salesman that he quoted 150-250 he again denied it. So I ended up be stuck with a final bill of 550+ tax and a very dishonest salesman and manager. The salesman then said that he would work it out with the manager and they would fix it. I waited and both the salesman and the manager denied quoting me 150-250. I don't care about the money, money is money but when people are dishonest that really bugs me. If I had to say anything about the Sound Warehouse in Ogden UT, it is that they are dishonest and do poor work. After paying the bill I drove home and inspected both vehicles the deck or head unit they had installed was brand new and had been scratched during install they again denied that they had anything to do with that. Upon further investigation I found wire and bits and pieces of garbage all throughout both of my jeeps. Upon inspecting the original donor jeep i found that the stock speakers they were to reconnect were not connected they had only connected one of the four speakers and I had to run the wire and connect them myself. At this point i was very displeased with Sound Warehouses services or should I Say lack of Services. I have used sound warehouse with all my vehicles and this is the last time I will ever deal with such dishonest people it is just bad business. If you are in need of any audio work I strongly suggest that you avoid Sound Warehouse in Ogden UT. read more
