I will provide the…read morecondensed version of the details to save everyone some time. 12/31/2019 We show up to switch from Sprint to T Mobile and get new phones 01/03/2020 I show up to grab my new phone, complete the data transfer and live my best life 01/16/2020 I get an email reminder from T Mobile Corporate, reminding me to turn in my old phone 01/17-01/18/2020 I show up to find out what happened to my old phone and we have a very difficult time figuring out what happened to the old phone, who lost it and what can be done. Frustration for all involved. 01/23/2020 We resolve the problem and T Mobile saves the day This was a really frustrating month for me and my phone issues, but after speaking with the Operations Manager a bunch of times and working with the store manager, we were able to get everything worked out and all is right with the situation. In fact, I have to give a ton of credit to the Ops Mgr for the way he handled this. He was super kind, asked a lot of questions and was willing to add on some perks. I don't think he had to do it, but I think he did it because he felt like the situation was so strange and difficult to resolve, that it was important to take care of the customer. As I had mentioned in my first review, everyone that works here is very kind and they know their stuff. It just so happened that my case turned into a really oddball case, of which they had never experienced before. Thanks for making everything right and for putting up with me. I know I am a difficult customer at times.

Talked me into purchasing their $180 pre-owned phones with "offers" that cover future part "they cover", not including the screen because that cosmetic not an actual part. The next day the screen starts glitching so I take it back because they said the phone has 180 days warranty before i left. He said once they fixed my phone with my motherboard the "offers" are voided and should have been informed because all sales are final. They wouldn't open it up to see if it's on their tech. Kept giving me offers on buying another phone from them insisting it's my part. No info on their warranty either. Becareful and ask tons of questions, spent $250 only to use first phone they told me I needed to buy for the simple motherboard swap.

Look, mistakes happen and these are very nice people. This kind of mistake can easily happen, but this burned up an hour of my time and while they refunded the phone, I am out the time and the gas and the hassle. They seem pretty knowledgeable and try really hard to be good to work with, aside from that part. Their used phones are a bit more, but they are also generally in very nice condition also. Selection was arguably the best I found in about 5 stores today. They had a 4 star review going until then, but as it is, check them out. Just make sure the phone is checked before you leave the store, unless you live close and/or don't mind maybe going back.

I had my broken screen replaced and power button "fixed" while visiting Utah. A week after having…read morethis work completed, my screen kept going black. I called the staff at tricked out, or fix a phone, who's solution was to ship my phone back. I informed them that this was not an option, as I am a mom, and we do not have a home phone. Oh, the power button "fix" never took, either. I ended up taking my phone to a local spot in sf, who diagnosed the problem as a faulty screen. They replaced the screen, AND charged just $90 as opposed to the $159 I paid for fix a phone to install a faulty one. I spoke with manager Robbie, who agreed that he would refund my money for their faulty work. I mailed the screen back two weeks ago, and have called and emailed multiple times. Each time, Robbie has said he will talk to his manager and get back to me. So, I spoke with said manager today. Wow. First, he stated that he "just heard about this matter" when I have been calling for weeks. He would not let me speak, kept interrupting me, and said he would not agree to the terms previously promised. So, they have their faulty screen in their hands now, and still refuse a refund. What shady business operators. Please avoid this place. They are overpriced, do terrible work, and have absolutely no concept of customer service.

They are very affordable, but even more importantly they were fast, and did everything I could have hoped for and a little bit extra. There were a couple of hardware problems that required me making multiple trips back to their store, which normally would be aggravating, but these guys handled it so well and were so cool with me (not to mention the perks and extras that they threw in) that I would gladly do it all over again. Every time I go in, the staff is different so I have to start over repeating the slouchy service I have recieved.
