Terrible experience! I dropped my computer off to fix two things. I decided the next day that I…read moredidn't want to wait a week, so I went to pick it up. I was told they were ahead of schedule and already working on it. I was quoted over 500 to set it back to factory. Most of that was backup fees. It was a new computer and had maybe 3 files on it. He then lowered it by half when I pointed this out. I left it there, but I didn't feel I had a choice. When it was "done" a week later, it still had the same problems! He still charged me a ridiculous amount. When I complained, he told me about how many hours were spent on it. He did lower it a tiny bit, but not enough. Finally, when I dropped off my computer it had Windows 10. Now it has Windows 7! I feel like I was screwed and taken for. DO NOT GO HERE! I should have read the reviews myself. I went here because it was conveniently located.

He offered to make it up to me with a free service of some sort, I forget what. Doesn't matter - the point is that he made the effort to contact me and make it right. I admire that so much. I don't even live in the area anymore, but if I did, I'd go back and give them another chance. Old review: This place is awful. The guy there was rude, short with me, and totally ripped me off. My friend Heather had an awful experience here too - that's why I'm going to the trouble writing this review. I hope I can save someone from losing money and getting treated terribly. I went in because I can't get service at my work which is supposed to be by the tower and have the best reception. I walked out with a new plan that I didn't want and was lied too!! It took me out of my grandfathered plan that I can never get back. When I tried to change back to my original plan the same day ( which I was told I could) it was no longer available. I went back in and talked to the manager about changing back and he treated me so like crap. He was with another customer when I walked in and he said "your back, what do you want now"! When I told him I wanted to change my plan back, he told me that I'll have to wait. He told a coworker to get my plan back up and he would sign it. Then he said to myself and the customer that "even though he is a manager, he still works on commissions and he really doesn't have time for this stuff"!!! My husband was furious and said, to him "and that's why you changed my wife's plan because you wanted to make a commissions"!!! the customer looked at us and said he was there for the same reason. He did not change my plan back to the original plan that was no longer available because it was a grandfathered plan that I couldn't get back. I went home and I no longer had my bundle package, which I got free with my phones when I signed up. My plan was supposed to be $30 cheaper and it end up being only $10 cheaper. I ended up calling Verizon on the phone. Spoke with some other person that wouldn't do anything for me so I asked to speak with his manager. After an hour of arguing with this gentleman, he told me he would finally get me my bundle package back. My plan would be cheaper and I also had to pay $150 for a new activation fee! We now have a bundle package, but we have commercials with it, which we did not have before. So basically I went in to talk to somebody about getting a technician over by my work to see about the service over there and instead I left with a terrible plan. Lost my great plan that I had for 30 years! I was lied to four different times from four different people! Found out that you can't have a technician come there. They just have to put a work order in and hopefully somebody will come check it out!! I still have extremely crappy service and unless I'm hooked up to my work Wi-Fi, I cannot get service in my building!! Was told the reason why I don't get good service is because I have a new apartment complex next to my work that blocks the Reception!! I found out that the store in Murray Utah on 4700 S. 900 E. is not a true Verizon store. They are contracted through Verizon and they do not care about Verizon's policies... they are only there to make their commissions. Worst experience I've ever had and I will tell everyone I know about my experience so they don't have to go through what I did!! This store is the most dishonest people I have ever worked with. I am considering changing services after the way I was treated.

Geared myself up and walked into this Cricket store and I'm so glad I did. Danielle greeted me, even though she was on another call (it seems a serious part of their computer system has gone down and she was working with a tech to reset it) and as she could she asked what she could help me with, I told her my thoughts, she didn't roll her eyes or act like she didn't have time for a senior citizen - which I totally appreciated. She's still on the phone with the above tech, we picked out the best phone for me, another customer came in with questions, she helped him and was still getting me set up - when I left the store, my phone was fully operational, all contacts transferred, she even wrote down instructions for me to install stuff from my home wifi - I left with a smile and feeling that I was valued as a customer - I'm so glad I stayed with Cricket, went to this location and that Danielle Molina was there!
