I dropped something on my iPhone and the while the screen wasn't cracked, it was completely black. He made the repair there and once the screen was working, we discovered that the pro camera was broken as well. Nikita ordered the part and had it the next day while others said it would take 1-2 weeks. He moved some appointments around to be able to come back to my house the day he received the part because we were heading out of town the next morning. The phone works great and he was a pleasure to work with.

FixIT Mobile completed non-trivial repairs on two of my late-model Apple mobile devices:…read more 1. Replacing a fractured camera lens on my iPhone 13 Pro Max 2. About 4 months later, replacing the faulty USB-C port on my Gen 5 12.9' iPad Pro. I priced both repairs at a nearby authorized Apple repair shop before turning to the helpful and super- friendly staff at FixIT. Not only were FixIT's final prices 35-45% of the authorized Apple service center's, their turnaround time was 1 day vs 3-5, This hogh-im difference was caused by the latter's failure to keep the required parts in stock. FixIT Mobile has demonstrated to me that they are fair, competent, and effcient. I highly recommend their repair service.|\

I can whole heartedly recommend PC Laptops and Hayden. Thanks and great Job! -- original I took my iPhone 7 into have the screen fixed. They installed a new screen. I took it home and found that half of the screen did not respond to any touch, and the color was so far off that it was almost gray scale. I took it back and they did not have another screen in their shop, but called the Orem store and they had one available. I got to the Orem store and they had a screen but the person that fixed them did not come in until 12:30 the NEXT day. I returned at 12:45 the next day and I was told the person was not yet in, but would be in any minute. They told me to leave my phone and come back in an hour and it would be fixed. I returned in 1 and 1/2 hours and they had not even started on it. They hurried to get it done, but it still took about 20 minutes. The phone works, but the color is still off. I only wish I had spent a few dollars more and had taken it to the Apple store. Buyers remorse.

It took over a month to fix the charger on my iPad…read more Which, ok, it was fixed, so I would have given them three stars. But the people working the front were rude and disrespectful. When I dropped it off, they spent 20 minutes yapping to another customer before me. Not a "welcome, I'll be right with you" or acknowledge I existed. After 20 minutes I called at the back to see if someone could assist me. Finally the person working the front acted like he saw me. When I went to pick it up, over a month later they were yapping and ignoring me again, so I went to check the back, not wanting to wait 20+ minutes again. They then stopped talking with the other customer and let me pay them for the iPad I brought in last month. The tablet charger seems to be working, so 2 stars for doing your job and some of the most horrible customer service I've experienced. Never coming back, and advising anyone who asks to look elsewhere.

The computer worked fine except that it gave us a message that the battery should be replaced soon. We brought it to uBreakiFix in Lehi Utah on October 13, a full three weeks before we needed to leave town. They said that they could do the replacement, with an expected return date of 20 October, two weeks prior to our departure. On the estimated completion date (October 20), we contacted uBreakiFix. They said that the battery had not arrived. The next day they called saying that the battery had arrived and was working fine, but the laptop's touch pad was not working now, so that they ordered parts to repair it. They said, as soon as the part arrived, (which they expected in a few days) they would make it a priority. I did not hear back, so when I called three days later, they told me that - now - the keyboard did not work, and they would need to order a new keyboard. After a few days, we had not heard back, so I called to check on the status on October 27. I was told that the repairman who had been working on our laptop would not be back until Thursday, O. When I asked if the needed parts had been received, the associate said that he could not see any record of the part being ordered. I asked if I could speak to the manager, and was told that only the manager could order parts, and he would not be in the office until Wednesday. We started this process a full three weeks before we needed to leave town, plenty of time to replace the battery - by their own estimate. The computer was working fine, other than a message suggesting that we should replace the battery when we brought the unit in. Now we have no idea whether it will be done before we must leave. We are sorry that we brought our laptop to uBreakiFix.

My iPhone 6 had a bad battery (its 2 years old), so I decided to pay a "professional" to replace it... I had to drive back & forth to this place 3 times to finally get my phone fixed. Maybe I should be giving 1 star, I don't know... I'll still give 2 stars because they were apologetic & offered me some free stuff (which I appreciate), but really, I just want a working battery for my phone... What happened: The first time my phone was bricked (the battery couldn't be charged/ my phone couldn't turn on, even after hours of charging). The 2nd time, i was given another flawed battery that couldn't hold a charge, and the 3rd time my battery worked like new. I'll give 2 stars because my battery works, but I can't give a higher rating because I had to make 3x round trips to this place which cost me a couple hours in travel time.... (not to mention the gas).
