We visited your American Fork store yesterday, August 15, 2024. My husband and I were impressed with the staff. We actually only interacted with one person, SAM..... who took great care of us. He greeted us immediately and happily. He told us that he could solve the problem I was the one with the compromised computer, and he said he could help He put me at ease. PC Laptops is amazing! I've never had a better experience buying anything. All the employees are extremely courteous and friendly, and the service couldn't have been better. Dennis helped me find the perfect laptop and transferred all my data from my old laptop onto the new one no problem. I told them my favorite color was pink, and they made my computer keyboard and mouse light up pink! It was amazing. I'm disabled, and can't carry things, and the gentlemen carried my laptop from the store to the car for me every time, without me even having to ask. EXCELLENT customer service! After being turned away from my laptop manufacturer and geek squad with little to no explanation or service, I headed to PC Laptops. Let me tell you about my man Mike. So I went to go and fix my phone, I had a cracked screen, and just couldn't handle it anymore. I'm a cheapskate, so I thought this was going to be 70-90$ and he didn't tell me the price before, so I come to pick my phone up and it was $250+ but my man Mike got the price down to 168$, what a great experience, I thought I was going to be without my phone for a while! Hayden at the American Fork store was the best! I took my laptop over to have them erase the hard drive. The power button had quit working, Hayden took it apart and had the hard drive erased in just a few minutes. Total time spent at the store was less than 15 minutes. My computer had a software bug that would not allow me to access any wireless network. I took it to the American Fork location. They kept the computer overnight and called me the next day to say it was fixed. They said other than the bug, there were no issues and they didn't charge me for the work. I wanted an SSD installed and cloned from the HDD. They installed the SSD and left it with nothing done to it. They also unplugged my HDD, so it wouldn't boot at all. Took it over to Geek Squad and they did everything for me in half the time it took PC Laptops. I don't understand how they can exist with such bad quality work. read more
