The other day someone actually asked me if I was using a brand new computer after the fans/ keyboard/screen was cleaned at Computech. Service is always super fast and thorough. I don't know anything about computers, including my own laptop and these guys will never make you feel silly (As a woman, going into other tech shops, this is a common issue for me). Earlier this year, when my boyfriend was getting his computer "checked up", the tech noticed signs that the fans were close to dying - Computech got into contact with us and offered to order and install the fans. They were extremely transparent about the cost of the fans and labor, making it clear that they were providing service at an extremely reasonable price. We will go back to these guys time and time again because of their friendly, fast, and well priced services.

It had gone from a few mild issues to completely unusable, and I assumed it was a Windows problem. Even then, I couldn't get it to boot from an external drive. It would power on, try to load, and fail every time. These two brothers went above and beyond. They methodically tested every possibility, even swapping in known‑working parts to isolate the issue. I…read moretried to get my screen repaired through insurance, I had already turned off the find my feature, and they insisted I had to shut it off for every account that was related to my Verizon plan. After calling asurion, the parent company, they stated that was incorrect and I should have received the service that was owed me through the insurance plan. Update - after going to Apple, they confirmed shutting off "find my" for phones and accounts not tied to the phone being repaired is unnecessary.
