This is the worst experience I've had in a long time: - told me they would call back and then never did on 5 separate occasions. I had to call them each time when they are supposed to communicate with me. - many employees seem to know next to nothing about their products -lost irreplaceable photos and videos after telling me they would be able to transfer to my new phone - i got different information from different staff - every time I went it literally would take forever Even when they know I was coming So frustrating and don't plan to go back. read more

Amazing! I have never been into this location but was greeted immediately and got 2 phones waterproofed in 10 minutes. Very cute store with a kids corner with a few toys to keep them busy while you talk t the associates. It's also cool that they have a hover board whike they dance around and wave the signs outside ;) Very reasonable prices and knowledgeable employees. MEGA sketchy. Be careful. Get a second opinion. Took in an iPhone 5c whose battery had come loose. The battery is held in place by some adhesive and if it lets go, you can hear the battery jostling around inside the phone. I don't have the tiny torx driver needed to remove the screws and didn't want to wait for one to come in from eBay, so I thought it would be easy-peasy to take it to them, have them pop the cover, add some adhesive, and off I go. Wrong. First, they wouldn't open it in front of me, but had to take it in the back. When they came back out, they had a big story about water damage, missing parts, and how they'd need $$$ to bring it back to life and restore it to working condition (mainboard swaps and a bunch of other stuff). They must have thought I was an idiot. I brought in a working phone for a battery whose adhesive had let go. Nothing more. I asked if they could just reapply new adhesive strips for me and I'd pay what that was worth. No go--they wanted to do A, B, C, X, Y, and Z for repairs. Finally I told them I'd pay them $30 to just take the screws out and leave them out for me. Which they finally agreed to do. Came home, pulled out the trusty suction cup, and opened the (now screwless) phone. What did I find? Zero problems, just a battery whose adhesive had let go, as I thought. No evidence of water damage, no missing parts. Like I said, phone was working fine, just a loose battery--but they'd made me just paranoid enough to look carefully. It was all BS. I went to the Wal-Mart, got some command strips, removed the old adhesive strips, and reattached the battery myself using command strips. Closed the phone, screwed the screws back in using a steak knife's pointy tip. Good to go. Phone is absolutely fine. Don't go here unless you want to be charged big bucks from problems that cost less than a dollar to fix and should be doable in five minutes tops. read more

Best place to go for a screen replacement! I called 15+ other local shops for pricing to fix my iPad. For the same price as the other places, iQue provided me with an insurance against cracked screens (with a low deductible), a tempered glass screen protector, new case, AND waterproofed my device. I have had several repairs done by iQue in the past and they were done satisfactorily. Not great prices, but done on time. The last time however was much different. I called to set up an appointment and was told I needed to go to the AF location, but that I would get a 15% discount because of the hassle. I called to set up the appointment and was told that there was a 15 dollar discount, but that they didn't have the parts and they might get them in a week. It took me a couple weeks to get back to them and they wouldn't honor the discount they told me about before with no mention that it was only for a week. I asked the price and it was even higher than the original quote. They also couldn't get to it for an indeterminate amount of time. So I looked around and found another repair shop in Orem that was $45 dollars less than the $135 I was quoted. They fixed it in about an hour and did a great job. Bottom line... iQue can probably fix your equipment, but they are outrageously priced and not trustworthy enough to honor their own prices. I suggest elsewhere. read more

Based on reviews I went in to get a cracked iPhone screen replaced. The worker was wearing pajama pants and slippers. Normally I don't care about stuff like that, but he was really unprofessional all around. When I came in to get my fixed phone I noticed the screen was really dark. I have to turn the light up all the way and it is still really dim. It's so dark that if I'm wearing sunglasses the screen looks completely black. I said something to the person working the counter and he clearly didn't care since I had already paid. He responded that it's supposed to be like that, and that 3rd party screens will never be as bright as apple screens. He really didn't care and just wanted me to leave. If the screens really are supposed to be this dark I'd never go back, nor recommend their screens to anyone. read more

Have had to come here three times in the past six months to get my speech screen replaced twice and another repair. Since I have an older phone I was hesitant to get the warranty after the first repair, but I should have considering that I was back in with the same problem (dropped phone, cracked screen) a few months later. I covered my new iPad mini with them, and luckily I haven't had to use the insurance, but I dropped my iPhone AGAIN today and the screen went blank - no cracks, just no screen. I plugged it into my computer and it came up in iTunes, but no power to the screen. I brought the phone into them and they were simply amazing. I don't know if they took pity on me for all the money I've already spent there, but they fixed it for free in less than ten minutes after I showed up. Purchased the warranty for my phone in November and the sales rep told me if my screen cracked it would be replaced. Never mentioned any deductible and I even specifically asked if I had the warranty I wouldn't have to pay any more and he said yes. My IPhone 5s was having difficulty charging, and they fixed it right on the spot. No charge! (Haha punny!) Apparently the inside was just dirty a little dirty. I was willing to pony up at least 50$ to fix this problem, because I had no idea what was going on and they did not take advantage or anything! Great service, quick, and knowledgable. Mackenzie was the young lady who helped me figure out what to do and what products would be helpful for a a new google pixel that my handicapped daughter repeatedly broke because of mobility issues with her hands. It was never intentional but was costing me a fortune. The phone was repaired perfectly and toughened up with the products added to the phone. My daughter has dropped the phone many times and not one crack! And we don't even live in Utah! But the service was so great I bought the extra warranty package and can mail the phone back and get it fixed if I need to for no cost! My daughter is happy, so I'm thrilled!! read more

My wife got her phones screen replaced here at the American fork location about a month or two ago. She needed it fixed because she works a lot from her phone. She got it fixed, and after spending a good amount of money with them, they included a screen protector and a warranty. A few days later the top right of her screen started to go dark. She took it in to them and they inspected it. They determined it wasn't the screen but part of the circuit board that has gone bad. Something that they messed up. and they told her that she needed to give them the phone to have them send it in to get repaired, send it where?!?! Don't they fix phones here? I guess not. We took the phone because she needed it for work. Then when we found her a replacement phone, I took it into them to see what they can do. They had no notes about what happened, that she had brought it in, something I think they should have about their customers. So they take it for two hours, replace the screen again to see if that would fix it...nope, then they tell me that I have to wait another whole month for their "specialist" to come back to fix this. Horrible customer service. We spent a lot of money to have them fix a simple screen, they break it even further, and then tell me they can't fix it for another month. We've already paid them, they should make it a priority to get it fixed. I will update you when they contact me about when/if they will fix it. Update 12/1/16: Stopped by today to have her phone looked at again, as they're last fix of replacing the screen again went bad. there were phantom touches, causing her phone to open apps by itself, stop movies, etc. got it fixed. Not even a few hours later, the screen goes half white and half black. We do a hard restart on the phone and that helps. But now her screen won't respond to touches. These guys really need to learn how to fix phones. Oh and we are STILL waiting on them to get tools to fix the original problem they caused. read more

Very disappointed. I wanted to surprise my daughter for her birthday and have her iPod fixed. I made an appointment a day in advance. When we went in to have it fixed the lady asked my name and after I gave it to her she told me they didn't have any parts and wouldn't for three days. I told her a call would have been nice and then she lied to me and told me she called and left me a message. I had my phone with me so there was no way she called and left me a message. I usually don't write reviews but I really had to this time. I went here because my phone screen was shattered. Instantly they start talking up their insurance and all the custom things that come with it. I told them I would discuss with my husband when he got home from work later about all the "extras" and to just replace the shattered screen only. I went back 2 hours later and turns out they did do ALL the extra things even though I told them not too! The kid at the front said "Oh my manager thought you wanted it all so we did it all. It's already done. Sorry." So 243.00 later (a 243.00 I really didn't have) JUST over a cracked screen. Sorry but this is NOT okay. I would be very careful here. I had them fix my 5S screen. They were very quick and professional. However when I got home I quickly noticed that my screens sensitivity had decreased significantly. I almost couldn't even put in my password to unlock my phone at times. I called in and they said they would replace the glass again ( as the glass can be defective). I went in because I tried to replace my battery on my iphone5 and managed to rip my iphone in half.... I'm a strong believer that stupid people have to pay more for stupid mistakes so I was happy to take my phone in to get repaired professionally after I royally messed it up. I need to have the screen and possibly also the speaker and proximity sensor replaced since I managed to rip the ribbons in my most brilliant moment. So i took it in last week on Tuesday and they said they didn't have any screens in but they could probably fix it on Monday, this was fine. But then things got weird.... On Friday I got 2 missed calls to have me come pick up my phone. I live in Murray but work in AF and didn't want to drive all the way back but I thought I should tell them I would pick it up on Monday, so when they called Saturday afternoon I explained my situation and told them I would be in to pick it up on Monday, and she said that was fine and asked if i wanted to provide my credit card number over the phone to prepay.... that's weird.. I don't know if my device was fixed... i don't know if it even exists in this plane of existence, but they want me to pay before looking at it... I tell them I'm not comfortable with that and I'll just pay on Monday, and she was nice and accepted that.... but then at 5:30 PM the manager at the store is asking me to pre-pay again.... At this point I assume they are having payroll issues or something so I start to feel bad and just go ahead and give in.... Still weird thinking about it. On Monday I go in and they are happy to see me and told me they fixed everything. I'm super happy about this because they only charged me the screen repair fee of $150 which I was OK with since I broke it and I needed someone to fix it who wasn't me. But upon inspecting the screen there is a deep scratch in the middle of it. Its only about 2 millimeters long but my OCD kicked into high gear and I spotted it immediately. Then of course i notice a few less deep scratches on that were much longer and I felt like someone who isn't me should have noticed this before they asked me to prepay. So now I'm upset that I prepaid to have a scratched screen... granted it was cheap.. not cheaper than buying it myself but much cheaper than sending it to apple and having them unjailbreak my phone. But its scratched and this is unacceptable. So we go though the song and dance of "oh maybe this is just sticky gunk" and "oh ill see if i can buff this out" but I know a deep scratch isn't going to resolve itself that easily, so after what felt like 10 minutes of this she offers to put a free screen protector on my phone to help hide it and promises when more screens come in they will replace it. Which is how we got to 3 stars. (It didn't hide the deep scratch at all but it did hide the minor surface scratches) Initially I wanted to give one star because I was super upset that I prepaid for something I didn't inspect first, mostly because they were super pushy about it, but I really do think they went above and beyond to fix my phone and if they do actually call me and offer to give me a screen that isn't damaged I will probably update this rating and post. I still think the whole thing was weird, I also didn't mention that when i came in to give them my phone the first employee handed me both pieces back like she just assumed I couldn't afford it and didn't want the place that advertises fixing iphones to FIX MY IPHONE! and practically had to beg her to do this, And to be perfectly honest the manager looked a little concerned when I asked her name after she promised to call me back to replace the screen so I have little hope of them ever calling. My phone is fixed as advertised and I don't think they charged me as much as they could have and these are all great things... but this scratch is still unacceptable.... oh and their screen protectors are not flush with the edge of the device, they stop short about two millimeters short on all sides... she gave it to me for free so I'm not complaining. But I'm going to rip this thing off and put my Zagg invisible shield back on.... that last point might just be a "ME" problem but it looks ugly. read more

She told me they didn't have any replacement screens and wouldn't until the end of the month (about 2 weeks away). When I asked if they could get a screen from one of their other stores, she said, "No. . . unless you want to arrange it with them and go pick it up and bring it back to us." She acted as if she were doing me a big favor to accept my business. So I went back 2 weeks later, and received the same treatment again. The service and staff at iQue are AMAZING! I dropped my phone in the water and took it in for repairs. I left it at 9am and got it back at 5:30pm the same day. I also purchased the waterproofing service offered for $60. Now if I drop my phone in the water or spill a drink on it, I'm covered!!! Obviously I can't go swimming with my phone, but who needs a Samsung when iQue can waterproof my iPhone! Total cost for waterproofing and repair was just over $100. Best news of the day...I didn't need to buy a new phone. iQue repaired mine without losing any of my pictures, data, upgrades, music or apps. Great job guys. read more
