He made the repair there and once the screen was working, we discovered that the pro camera was broken as well. Nikita ordered the part and had it the next day while others said it would take 1-2 weeks. He moved some appointments around to be able to come back to my house the day he received the part because we were heading out of town the next morning. The phone works great and he was a pleasure to work with.

My iPhone 6 had a bad battery (its 2 years old), so I decided to pay a "professional" to replace it... I had to drive back & forth to this place 3 times to finally get my phone fixed. Maybe I should be giving 1 star, I don't know... I'll still give 2 stars because they were apologetic & offered me some free stuff (which I appreciate), but really, I just want a working battery for my phone... What happened: The first time my phone was bricked (the battery couldn't be charged/ my phone couldn't turn on, even after hours of charging). The 2nd time, i was given another flawed battery that couldn't hold a charge, and the 3rd time my battery worked like new. I'll give 2 stars because my battery works, but I can't give a higher rating because I had to make 3x round trips to this place which cost me a couple hours in travel time.... (not to mention the gas).

My key fob had been broken for two years after an accident involving me scaring my hubby and him throwing the keys at me thinking I was a murderer! The fob didn't work and the buttons are all missing. Within seconds they had fob working, and minutes later had an appointment set up to replace my case and buttons( they didn't have my particular case in stock). As I was waiting for them to check in their stock for my case, a lady came in asking for some help with her keys. The worker helped her and ended up not charging her because it was a "simple fix". The workers are going to go out of their way to help you! As I'm checking out they ask me if I want a duplicate key fob made while they were at it. I had been looking into getting a second key made and I was quoted between $350-$450 at the dealer and two other key makers. So at first I said no but then asked for a quote. They said they would do it for $150. I nearly died! So of course I said yes and I am just waiting to get back from vacation before I do it! I will update after I get my new keys. But so far don't bother going anywhere else! They were so helpful and fantastic!

I took it home and found that half of the screen did not respond to any touch, and the color was so far off that it was almost gray scale. I took it back and they did not have another screen in their shop, but called the Orem store and they had one available. I got to the Orem store and they had a screen but the person that fixed them did not come in until 12:30 the NEXT day. I returned at 12:45 the next day and I was told the person was not yet in, but would be in any minute. They told me to leave my phone and come back in an hour and it would be fixed. I returned in 1 and 1/2 hours and they had not even started on it. They hurried to get it done, but it still took about 20 minutes. The phone works, but the color is still off. I only wish I had spent a few dollars more and had taken it to the Apple store. Buyers remorse.
