After checking around a few places, we tried Bad Apple to replace the battery in my wife's iPhone. The other places wanted us to come in and fill out paperwork to order a battery, and then get in line with an appointment. Bad Apple had it in stock and didn't require an appointment, and since we're both busy this really helped. We were in and out in about an hour and the new battery works fine. Pluse, they did a little tuning on my own iPhone and didn't even charge for that. Highly recommended, especially Caleb there! read more

Easiest 5 review! Got a new iPhone and I thought there was an issue but really it was dirty! But CarPlay won't work if there's not a solid connection! They told me they clean phone ports for FREE! Charges and does CarPlay with a Corded charger just fine now! Took only a few minutes to do also!!! Would definitely recommend!!! read more

I would give no stars if I could. I got the back of my phone fixed about 3wks ago and it's shattered again. I was extremely careful, I didn't even leave it in my pocket when I would sit down. I put a case on as soon as I left the shop. I took off my case to clean my phone & saw all the glass on the case but "oUr wArRaNTY dOesN'T coVeR tHat". Tf! Nearly 300 wasted. Do not recommend. read more

I have had two iPhones and a MacBook repaired her Each repair was done quickly and competently Would absolutely recommend this business read more

They did a great job! A little pricey but couldn't find a better price or turnaround time. Walked in without an appointment and picked up my finished phone later that day. read more

This business is amazing. I had an Apple Watch that I couldn't get into because I've lost the phone. These guys help me figure it out. I don't have to spend another $500 on a new one. I recommend these guys to anyone looking to fix their phones. read more

I have gone in for a number of minor things which they have done for me without charge and one time I needed something more and the charge was reasonable. I finally them very helpful. I am so glad to have a place nearby that I can Take my iPhone for small repairs or just for information. read more

This place is a money pit. I took my phone in Tuesday to get the back fixed and by Sunday it was cracked again. I VERY consciously did not drop it and always had it in my hand. The crack is in the middle of my phone not even connected to a side or anything so I know it didn't crack from a drop. I took it in because I was sad/mad that it hadn't even been a week since and mostly sad because I had been so careful and it happened anyways. The guy there said he doesn't see anything wrong and I must have dropped it. I said I was careful and I didn't and he said something must have happened when I wasn't looking. ???? What??? That doesn't make sense. I'm not looking for answers but at least someone to work with me and they were just a dead end. Next suggestion was it could have been pressure and when I asked what he means by that the best he could come up with was bending the phone. I KNOW I didn't bend my phone. That would be such an intentional thing to try. He said the "warranty" doesn't cover it. So basically the warranty is all just for show. But he could offer me a discount of a WHOLE 10%. Out of hundreds of dollars. He proceeds to tell me he sees this all the time in the 7 years he's been working there. Well I don't think that's something to be proud of. If you keep seeing this problem for 7 years over and over, it's not my fault. I almost told the new customers coming in for a consult to not waste their money like I did. read more

Bad Apple - Orem - The crack in my phone. - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Orem, Utah

Something was wrong with my charging port so I went in to see what was wrong. They cleaned it out for free and even gave me an estimate Incase it still wasn't working. Great customer service and I was in and out. read more

My older iPhone was having charging issues and I wanted to know if this was a sign to upgrade. Kelsey noticed the Lightning port was dirty and thought that might be the problem. She spent about 15 minutes cleaning it and didn't charge me. Kelsey was professional and very helpful in explaining my options. read more

Incredible service. I had my iPhone 11 fixed by some BYU student and other the screen was fixed, the cameras were both not working. I brought it in and they said they didn't have the part and could order it for me, but one of the workers said that they had an extra phone That we could maybe try out. It did not take long, and it worked! They did not charge me full price because they technically had an extra part available. I would definitely recommend going here for your phone fixing needs read more

Absolutely amazing! I had gone in because a price of rice was lodged in my charging port and they got it out in 30 seconds! They didn't even charge me because they do free cleanings. Will be telling everyone about this place! read more

My IPhone was incredibly difficult to charge, and I thought it was on its last legs. Then I brought it to Bad Apple, and in under 5 minutes the fixed all my problems for free. Highly recommend!!! read more

They used to be great, my go to for fixing our phones. But they have raised their prices. And they were nazis about wearing a mask. We were in there all of about 30 seconds. I won't go back. read more

I normally love going to this place because they would take the time to sit and find a resolution to your problems. But the last two times I've been in there I felt really rushed. The gentleman at the counter pretty much told me what he thought I wanted to hear just to get me to leave. it's too bad because this was definitely a five star a year or so ago... But not now read more

Talk about solid customer service! These guys were so nice and accommodating! They went above and beyond to try and fix my issue. I would for recommend giving these guys a visit for any problem with your phone! So when I slip on my ass and break my phone again... I'll be visiting them for sure! Ha! read more

We couldn't get our iphone to reset and Corbin was an awesome help to get it reset. Didn't even charge us for troubleshooting the issue and resetting the old phone. Highly recommend! read more

So impressed with the people at Bad Apple! My phone wouldn't charge and they replaced the battery but it still wouldn't work and they were SO apologetic and accommodating. They ended up replacing the charging port and reimbursed me the money I spent on the battery! The employees were so kind to my kids, too, which was really cool of them! read more

I shattered my iPhone screen and these guys were quick (about an hour) to fix it. My only complaint, and it's really not even their fault, is that the after-market iPhone screen is terrible. It really struggles with setting the cursor in typed text and deactivating the screen during phone calls or when it's in your pocket. I'd definitely recommend these guys to a friend, but do yourself a favor and spend the extra 30 bucks on getting an actual Apple screen. read more

I had my phone power port cleaned by them the other day. Quick work, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everything you could want.

I've had several fixes on iPhones here. They have succeeded every time with no issues. They have a good warranty and it's great I don't have to buy a new phone My minus one star is, it does make me a little nervous on the chance of them breaking something and me having to sign a waiver that they aren't responsible. read more

My husband and I have a son with severe autism. He often finds a way to break his iPad. We have taken the iPad to Bad Apple on three different occasions. They have been able to fix the problems, and since it didn't require opening up the iPad, they have never charged us for the repairs. We are even embarrassed that they haven't let us pay them. How often do you find businesses willing to do that for its customers? This business values customers and adds a very human touch to their transactions. Plus, they know how to repair items quickly. read more

I highly recommend Bad Apple in Orem, Utah! Corbin's confidence, attitude, expertise, assistance and service is 10x better than Apple's Genius Bar! He was able to quickly repair an iPhone that looked like it was smashed by an asphalt roller. Great job in all aspects: service, support, friendliness, prices, replacement parts availability, etc. Highest kudos to you! Give'em a raise! He's an asset to your business! read more

Bad Apple is an ironically apt name for this place. I had my iPhone 6 screen fixed on a Friday and by Tuesday afternoon the replacement screen already cracked down by the home button. When I brought it back in the Manager on duty couldn't even be troubled to come talk to me. Instead he talked to one of the employees tho I was 10ft away. My phone hadn't been dropped, smashed or pinched and he didn't care that for the two work days after it was fixed my phone sat on a desk in front of me or on a conference room table. Whatever "warranty" they may try and tell you it has is total BS. He said - well I guess we can give you 20% off of another replacement although I had just spend $100+ just days before. TOTAL RIPOFF - TOTAL JERKS read more

Bad Apple - Orem is the best!!!! I used to take my apple products to Simply Mac in Orem but was sick and tired of them returning my items to me broken more that what i brought it to them. Bad Apple has professionals and they have a lot of knowledge. They have fixed several iPhone, iPads and recently my MacBook Pro. Terrick at the store is the best!!!! read more

Do not trust these people. They steal your phone parts. I paid $170 for an iphone screen, and it cracked in just a few weeks. They wanted another $170 even though it is under warranty. Took it to the Apple store in City creek where it was repaired at no charge under the manufacturer warranty. this iphone had a working camera until we brought it to bad apple. since then the camera never worked again. apple Installed a new one at half cost. I also brought my Note to them at the same time for a new battery. The claimed they replaced it, but then said the power would not come on. It was working great until i brought my phone to bad apple. Since then I've never been able to use this phone again! I demand my $170, and $70 refunded back to me! read more

These guys made my day/week/month/year! I was at Apple all day yesterday and the "genius's" at the Genius Bar told me my phone was toast. Nothing I could do but get a new phone. I was so bummed because I hadn't backed up recently and was sad to know I'd probably lose my most recent photos and videos. I decided to go to Bad Apple today to see if I could get a used phone and when I was asked what was wrong with mine, one of the technicians asked if he could take a look. 2 minutes later he said it was an easy fix- it had to do with the charging portal. I came back an hour later and my phone was fixed! These guys are so great- they know what they're doing and they want to help! I'm so glad I walked in today! read more

I've had a number of interactions at this location with a number of employees. Every single interaction has been honest, fair, and affordable. These guys claim to put the customer first and unlike many other places they actually do! They really do prioritize you, will work out fair deals and clearly have a goal of making you come back again (I mean, I guess you NEVER want to have to go back to the repair shop, haha). They have all of my future phone repair business. Thanks guys! read more

My iPhone 6 screen cracked, and I was recommended by Best Buy to go to another place - IQ - but after reading their reviews that they gave discounts for people who'd give them 5-star reviews, I decided to go to Bad Apple. I couldn't have bee more pleased. I called ahead to see how long it would be, and Rob, the manager, said it would be about 45 minutes. When I got there, he was just finishing up with something, and said he could have it done right away while I waited. It took 15 minutes. I sat on their couch and watched a little TV and Halley helped me pick out a better case so I wouldn't crack my iPhone again when I dropped it the next 40 times a day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and my phone looks good as new. I would totally recommend these people, and while I hope I don't see them again with my broken phone, I know they're there to help me just in case! read more

Unfortunately bad apple really is a bad apple. They half fixed a screen which shortly popped out and cracked. I don't know if they use sub par parts or if they don't have the best employees. Their customer service is horrible as well. They won't do anything for us. I've never had a screen pop out. They say that it's normal for screens to pop out. Ridiculous. If your phone breaks avoid this place like a bad apple. read more

My husband brought his phone into this store to have the screen and the speaker fixed. The speaker actually works worse now, and when he went in again, they told him it was working fine. Nobody can hear him when he is on the phone unless he is yelling into the speaker. Now he has to go get a new phone after spending $150 to get his phone "fixed". Disappointing service, we won't be going back. read more

We've used them twice now. Had a great experience both times. I did not feel over charged. Will happily continue to use them again when needed. read more

These guys were awesome! A little background: I had shattered part of the screen on my iPhone 6. I took it *somewhere else* to simply replace the glass and when I got it back the glass was millimeters lifted off of the frame so that looking from the side you could easily see into the phone. Also, parts of the frame were SUPER bent when they had been perfect when I brought the phone in. I was told that there was just too much "frame damage" to fix the glass from lifting and that there was nothing I could do. This seemed a little sketchy to me so I decided to bring the phone to Bad Apple. Within 20 minutes the guys at Bad Apple had completely fixed the phone and made it look brand new again the way that I had brought it to the last place (minus the screen of course). They showed me SEVERAL things that the other place had broken, put in the wrong place, or just completely left out of the phone. They were so nice and willing to help and explain to me everything that was wrong with my phone. Definitely bring your phone to these guys!!!!! Don't trust anyone else! read more

They did a good job fixing it but now my screen pops out and they won't do anything to help me what a joke the popped out screen has caused it crack again slightly and it hasn't even been a week. They don't offer a warranty for help with anything on their work it's a joke! Just get your phone fixed at Apple they are a bit more but at least they probably have an actual warranty and you don't have to pay twice! Or your neighbor so it's not as expensive with the same outcome of no help if it falls out! Plus the chick on the phone was rude and over talking me stating my warranty with them is no good because of the crack caused by the glass coming out. NO HELP AT ALL and we have taken 6/7 devices to them in the past month customer service is sad for how much money we spend! read more

Very fast and not bad priced. Fixes my iPhone in about 15 minutes and works perfectly.

My iPhone 6 Plus screen was shattered, so I took it to them. The girl at the front who I told the problem to was rude, short, and unfriendly. They fixed my phone great. Two days later I dropped my phone and it shattered again. We took it back in to see if there was anything they could do to help. We were disappointed that the manager and the girl (in a Pokemon tshirt -unprofessional?) working with him basically laughed at us, said this has happened to multiple customers and they never help them. We asked for an email of a higher up employee. The owner of the store returned my email with another mocking email saying it sucks and he wouldn't help. The job was done fine, but I've rarely seen such terrible and unprofessional customer service. Not worth giving them your money in my opinion. read more

They have false advertising online and over the phone. I called to double check the pricing and they confirmed the prices online. By the time i pay, they charge me the full price!!! Will not recommend read more
