Yesterday I went in and bought my oldest a phone and it was the quickest, easiest process thanks to Alejandro. He greeted us, helped us with what we needed, went above and beyond and we were out of there in 20 minutes! Side note, about 4 other people came into the store after us and there was plenty of staff to help others, and they all seemed to have left satisfied in a timely manner as well!

They told me there was nothing I could do about it, which was completely false. I went to the T-Mobile store in Spanish Fork, and they gave me the correct solution without any hassle. This store is an absolute joke. Avoid it at all costs. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers.

This is a scam. I'm dealing with the same thing everyone else is. They facilitate a lease…read moreagreement with a finance company for 5 years that is non-revocable and cannot be terminated. They provide phones at 10 times the cost then disappear. If you dealt with them file a police report immediately and start the process. you may not get your money back, but with some luck and enough reports, they might catch them and safe someone else the trouble. If you haven't signed a contract yet, DON'T, it will only cause you pain and you will never get the service you're expecting.

I tried for 2+ months to find the "correct fit" with the one they provided me. After being totally frustrated, I called Christine, who is absolutely awesome.
