I went through 3 contacts in that first month so I called the store and asked if they had reports about any defects with the Alcon Asigmatism and they hadn't received any complaints. The store manager, Carol had me come in and talk about my options. They had me try out a new trial pair which worked great! Carol then took all of my previously purchased contacts and ordered a new set free of charge! I was fully expecting Visionworks to tell me it wasn't their problem but I am relieved and so thankful for her understanding! 10/10 would recommend!

If eye doctors are really doctors caring about helping patients, go elsewhere. It is unconscionable…read moreto me that anyone calling themselves a doctor would deny a patient a script because they don't have the same brand of contacts as habitually worn and randomly chosen by the patient as that was available at their actual doctor's office. Brands are not medically distinct where measurements are involved, they're preferences--moist, dailies, etc. To deny someone contacts who is unable to function without seeing is bad medicine. Take your money and eyes to a practice who cares to do no harm.

I never heard of that and never experienced that in my life. They screwed up the prescription it did not match my glasses. I learned this by asking another local optometrist to check the glasses they gave me and the prescription. When I finally had enough I went to ophthalmology department at Mayo Clinic and got a new prescription. The frames and lenses at Wasatch cost $1,000 so that money is down the drain. BE WARNED.

There was another family I witnessed that ordered glasses where one pair didn't come at all. They were given an apology and the money paid was refunded. But in my own experience, they came a full week before I expected them. When I went to pick them up, again it took time. I should have not tried to pick them up in my lunch break. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. My sister and I visited the store to check how many reward points I had accumulated from my purchases. A manager named Alex came to assist us and explained that the points were not showing in the system and that we would need to contact customer service. That part was completely fine. However, English is not my first language Portuguese is and while I do speak English, sometimes I need a little help understanding certain details. My sister was simply trying to help translate and make sure we fully understood the situation. At that point, Alex became rude and said to my sister, "Is your sister understanding? Because she is back and forth to the same topic?" in a very dismissive tone. I had to explain that she was only trying to help me understand. As a loyal Diamond member who consistently spends money at this store, I expect to be treated with respect especially when there is a language barrier involved. The issue with the points was understandable, but the way we were spoken to was not. I hope Ulta takes situations like this seriously, because customer service and respect should apply to everyone.
