They have upgraded their processes so you don't have to get your eyes dilated and coordinate with someone to drive you around . The selection is great and I saw a few pairs to get them done as prescription sunglasses. I was able to use my insurance for 95% for 2 frames . Only came out of pocket about $50 bucks. Had them both ready within 2 weeks super convenient. read more

I ordered my contacts with Visionworks but within the first month I had multiple issues with quality in the left eye. I went through 3 contacts in that first month so I called the store and asked if they had reports about any defects with the Alcon Asigmatism and they hadn't received any complaints. The store manager, Carol had me come in and talk about my options. They had me try out a new trial pair which worked great! Carol then took all of my previously purchased contacts and ordered a new set free of charge! I was fully expecting Visionworks to tell me it wasn't their problem but I am relieved and so thankful for her understanding! 10/10 would recommend! read more

I had the worst experience here. Kim is really not great, she is horrible with directions on what to do and where to go, she isn't great at explaining information to you either. I was not welcomed when I walked in the building, sat around waiting for them to notice me. The doctor was okay. After my exam, I was left to find lenses on my own, and not once did they offer to help me. They were so unprofessional, talking about another clients situation in front of me, and pausing what I needed to help with, to assist each other with that, they were so rude. I will not be back, they need som serious training on how to have good customer service especially Kim. read more

She was so friendly, knowledgeable and soon enough my baby was so comfortable trying glasses on. We wanted to have our eyes checked and even though we didn't have any appointments she was able to set appointments for me and husband with the doctor and it was great, the doctor is knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful! Both times they are crazy with appointments and people waiting as they are trying desperately to shuffle people around. They are totally short staffed. I had a problem with the way the doctor wrote my prescription and was put on hold for an excessive amount of time and hung up on twice. I've been here a few times, once for an exam and twice to get new glasses. My partner also purchased glasses here. I've found the experience to be pretty positive. When I went for my eye exam I didn't have to wait long and the doctor and staff were helpful. Purchasing glasses both times was a good experience for me, though one better than the other. The first time the process was smooth and I got my glasses pretty quickly. The second time the worker informed me on how to size glasses and purchase a pair sized for my face. She let me know that the first pair I found wouldn't provide me with as full a scope of vision as the frames were too narrow. They also accepted my insurance and worked with me to contact the provider. I have and would return. And they always have sales. read more

I don't normally review non restaurants but I have to give these guys a shout out. I just got my new glasses earlier today and I almost cried in my car for happiness! My vision has never been this clear. I've worn glasses since I was in kindergarten and was always used to the glare and imperfections. So when the sales associate recommended the HD lenses with No Glare treatment I didn't really think it would make much of a difference but I said yes anyway. WOW was I wrong! It's like there are no lenses at all in the frames but my vision is PERFECT. Everyone there is sooo kind and amazing. I will never go anywhere else after this amazing experience. This place is nothing but a corporate racket! Last year I bought a pair of glasses, about $500 (which to me is a lot of money..) and I was unable to wear them. I took time off work 3 different times to get them adjusted and nothing ever worked so I basically tossed em on my desk and had a $500 paperweight. So last week I took them back, and was given a story about my eyes are changing and I'll need 2 pair of glasses one for distance one for reading...I bought the B.S. because I know in your 40's your eyes change.. but why the glasses I'm wearing now ( that I got 2 years ago..ALSO bifocals work amazing??) But, I'm no expert..turns out.. they put the WRONG PRESCRIPTION in those lenses... and they did nothing to try to make it right but they did charge me$40 for that stupid eye pressure test and tell me for $400 they could put new lenses in the glasses they f**ed up on last year...REALLY? fool me once, shame on me..try to fool me a second time and you can go get stuffed! During these strange times I know it's hard for it to be "business as usual" but they have tried their best to make it all seem ok while adhering to the new standards. I met with the Dr and 2 very nice ladies out front, unfortunately I'm terrible with names, I got my exam and tests, picked out some awesome frames and in no way was pushed to an upsell! This was my first time going to Visionworks. My wife and I went for new glasses and the team at Visionworks was very helpful. Our doctor was excellent and friendly. They had a decent selection of frames. They don't have a lot off staff members, but they were each helpful. We had a clear explanation of our options, and they did their best to get my wife and I the best deal with their current promotions. They had our lenses in stock and were able to cut them and fit them to the frames the same day. I noticed the next day that one of my lenses had a minor scratch/defect. I took my glasses in to show them and they ordered a new lens to replace it. The lens came in a week later, and all I had to do was take my frames in. They replaced the bad lens in under an hour and free of charge. I was very satisfied with my experience and all the employees' sense of customer service and professionalism.
