This place is extremely woke. They put a rope in the front entrance and the worker acts as a bouncer. Only 2 people aloud to enter at a time and you cannot enter without a face diaper. Whoever is running the location or the higher leaders need to learn that these decisions are going to impact the bottom dollar. Go woke, go broke. I will not return in the future unless I absolutely have to for the warranty glasses I bought. read more

Ordered a pair of Versace sunglasses When they arrived they had scratches on them. I called the fashion place mall location wanting to simply exchange them for the same pair that isn't damaged. The "old store manager" named "Andy or Amy" actually told me they weren't able to do anything about them due to them being shipped. Saying "we don't know if you were the one who scratched them" I didn't pay 300$ on a pair of glasses to be scratched up. When I asked for a manager she informed me that there wasn't a manager there, when I also asked for the corporate number she informed me that she didn't have that number. What type of business does not have a manager or know the corporate number? Guess I should've went to Nordstrom and purchased the glasses from there. Sunglass Hut - About 5 scratches on the left side - Sunglasses Near Me - Murray, Utah

Took my granddaughter to the mall to see Santa and do some X-mas shopping. Seen a poster out front of this Sunglass Hut advertising the new Ray Ban Camera. There was nobody in the store other than one girl working. I asked her about the glasses and she just nodded at me while she was texting on her phone. I asked if I could look at the difference in the models they had and she just told me they make 3 different kinds couldn't get her off her phone! I walked out of the store and literally 20 yards away was another sunglass store. I asked if they carried the Ray Ban with the camera and the sales clerk immediately showed me all 3 different models. Needless to say I purchased 2 pairs for my Grandkids. I don't know how Sunglass Corporate pays their employees but it doesn't seem as if they are on any type of commission or incentive to sell. Terrible Customer Service. Won't ever go back. read more

I purchased expensive glasses, found them $125.00 cheaper on line. The lady At the counter had no desire to help me even though the glasses were pricey. Then on a Saturday night at 5:30 I made a special trip just to return them and the door was locked with no sign that they were closed and all the lights were on. No one picked up the phone. The glasses at Sunglass Hut are better to be bought online or at another store because of the high markups, low quality, and poor selection here, and the staff are unhelpful and borderline rude. Imagine someone basically ignoring you and then when you need assistance, they are on the phone or difficult to get their attention. Not recommended. read more

This place has the worst customer service. I purchased a pair of Ray Bans in July and another pair in September. The screw and the glass lens came out of the frame on the pair I purchased in September. We went in to see if they could help us fix or replace them (since it only had been three months). First the guy acted like he could care less ( funny since it was the same guy who sold them to me and he was overly friendly when he knew I was buying a pair). He proceeded to tell us there was nothing he could do for us and doubted Ray Ban would do anything either. He seemed extremely put out and a little irritated we would even ask. I thought maybe they would have Ray Bans info. So, I asked him and he just looked at me and said look it up on line. He did offer to give me 1/2 of the $178 I paid for them. That's a crappy deal. $90.00 bucks for three months and then I need to buy another $200.00 pair. I have spent thousand of dollars at Sun Glass Hut over the years but will not spend another dime. I am with the other guy. I would rate them a zero. read more

I would rate this place with zero stars if I could. Went into this store before Christmas for a specific pair of glasses to give as a gift. The manager stated they only had the display pair left but she assured me that the person receiving the glasses would be able to return them if they were defective in any way. The day after Christmas we returned with the glasses as the lenses were scratched for an even-exchange. Iram, the store manager immediately went into defense about the return and was reluctant to help. I reminded her of the conversation she and I had only 3 days prior about being able to return the item if it was less than desirable in any way. She then returned the glasses without informing us on what she was going to do and then asked us to repurchase a new pair. This wouldn't have been an issue if I didn't receive 20% off the original item with a coupon being a VIP member. Iram said she wouldn't be able to honor the 20% off. I asked to speak with her manager in which she stated I couldn't. I had to ask Iram to lower her voice to me, her customer, twice as she was incredibly unprofessional. After about 25 minutes Iram finally called her district manager, Harry Decker, which she wouldn't allow me to speak with. Harry did not have a solution for Iram and they disconnected the call. It was only after having to call Harry back that I was afforded the luxury to speak with him. He tried to explain to me how their systems work and why Iram wasn't able to help me. As a customer, I'm still dumbfounded as to how this was or is my issue. Harry asked to speak with Iram in which a work around was magically found. After 45+ minutes the even-exchange was finally awarded and we were allowed to leave with a new pair of glasses. These glasses here are not cheap, so why is their customer service cheap? I'm shocked and closing my VIP account. I asked for sunglass hut to reach out to me and I'm still waiting.... read more
