I'm guessing well over ten (10) years, but she may know more accurately how long it's been. She is one of the very few folks that carry the line of product I really like. They are Kawasaki's with cable temples. At 65, I'm a super active guy, and the cable temples keep them from moving on/off my face when I am active. I am also EXTREMELY demanding and an ADHD perfectionist. Did not bother Jodie one bit; she was super confident in her ability to excel; especially with me being a remote customer out of the DFW area some 1,228 miles east of her office. I have travelled out to Utah on occasion, but never been able to stop by and meet her in person to thank her for her kindness & courtesy. By now, I've received about a dozen pairs of glasses from her with absolutely ZERO (0) issues. Does not seem like much, but the investment over the years has likely been north of $9K. Not cheap, but great value in my opinion. Quality is not a budget item. Plus, these always look like jewelry. They are just gorgeous. Can't thank Jodie enough. One day, I will stop by and surprise her... She is all about the efficient delivery of GREAT service to the customer. Feels more like a close friendship more so than a 'business transaction. Pro tip: If you stop by her East Millcreek location, head down to Provo and try out the Black Sheep Cafe. Stellar. If you are visiting from out of state, go visit the "Mighty Five". (I call it the Almighty Five, cause it's more like a religious experience in nature). And the delightful Jodie did everything I could ask for to repair and rapidly return my glasses to me in what felt like no time. She even sped up her response to get the glasses fixed before a long 3-day weekend, which would have delayed getting to them even further. So, I'm very impressed with Jodie and her team. And she even went above and beyond to tighten up the hinges and replace my old temple tips with new ones, so the glasses came back looking like new, in a new case and cleaning cloth. In short, though I was 2,000 miles away, I felt like a first-class customer and highly recommend them.

I don't really know that much about pricing for actual exams as they are covered by my insurance, but I think he is pretty comparable to anywhere else. I have always bought my contacts from him, and he makes sure I have rebate forms so I get the best deal possible. They sell glasses there too, but I don't wear them so have never bought any. They seem to have a good selection of budget to designer frames. His employees have always been pleasant and helpful to me. The location is kind of weird. It's off of Fort Union Blvd, but it's a small shop, and the back actually faces the road. I drove past it twice the first time I went so just keep your eyes open when you get near. It's $65 for eyeglass exam and $90 for contract lenses which I feel is very reasonable. I would recommend making an appointment with the optometrist before hand so you do t have to wait in line. Today I saw Dr. Nathan Green & he was wonderful! Took time and did thorough checkup. Gave me sample plain lenses to wear for the full day so I can let them know if I feel comfortable with them or not, and then we will place the order. The doctor and the receptionist were super nice & friendly. Highly recommend them.

The manager was extraordinarily patient and knowledgeable. I tried on so many glasses and was grateful for their opinions and patience. What topped the cake was dealing with my insurance. I rarely use my optical insurance and the manager spent so much time helping me even though it was so busy. She was never snappy or impatient, and I appreciated her expertise. I'm really excited for my new glasses too and love my frames.

I had them since May 2025 AND they are so muddled that I have to buy dollar store glasses to see clearly. The anti-reflective coating is so worn you can see the glare in my pictures. This is the 2nd pair of clear lenses that failed within 6 months. Nice enough, they're replacing these with a new pair. I'm leery because the rate these demolish are great. What are they using? I have glasses from America's Best that don't degrade like Eye Glass World does. I'm going to get this free pair wear them, and buy NEW glasses at America's Best after the start of the new year. In 6 months I will compare the lenses. Based on past experience I'm pretty sure America's Best will remain the better lens. AVOID Eyeglass World. I believe I'm getting the free pair in order to keep my business. When you look at the pictures you will see foggy, muddled lenses that look scratched but actually the coating used has rubbed in a way that it looks like the coating was applied with very little diligence on the craftsmanship part.

Wanted to replace old lenses that the coating was deteriorating, causing reduced vision. I didn't…read morewant to change the frames though, and most of the usual places won't do this. I walked in the store and was greeted by a lady sitting behind a desk. She asked what I wanted and assured me they could help with the lenses, but not with the prescription (You must have a prescription for eyeglasses, if needed, as Frameworks doesn't help with this.). I came back once I had a prescription and was helped by the same lady to determine what it was I wanted with the new lenses. We figured that out easily enough, and her suggestion of the mechanical blue light protection in the lenses was something I didn't even know existed. Now, a little less than a week later, I've got my glasses back and they are PERFECT! The lenses are clear as could be and are installed extremely well on my rimless frames. My frames were cleaned and tightened up like new. Wonderful! I would recommend Frameworks to anyone that needs glasses without reservation.
