I had to call 4 times across 2 days before I got ahold of someone here and never got a call back. On the 5th call, once I did finally get ahold of someone, 15 minutes into the call I still didn't have an appointment and had to go to a meeting and asked them to call me back in an hour which they agreed to do. 4 hours later after not receiving a call I had to call back in twice more over the next day to finally get ahold of someone and start all over once again. All I needed was a standard annual appointment and a corneal topography. They stated that this was no problem and part of their routine annual exam anyway. The next day I got another call from them in which they said (direct quote) "I'm just wondering why you want the corneal topography..." firstly, that's none of your concern, secondly, you already stated it was standard practice so why does it matter? 2 days before my appointment I get another call which I miss and they left a voicemail saying they moved my appointment a day earlier (without my permission) but I decide I'm already this deep so let's just finish it out. I show up to my appointment and the receptionist says that my appointment is tomorrow (the original time). At that point I cancelled my appointment because this is just insanity. You would think it would end there but 2 hours later I get a reminder for my appointment which I had canceled in person earlier that day. I have no idea how this place is still open, maybe the doctors are phenomenal. I truly can't speak to them and their expertise as I couldn't even get that far. You need a complete overhaul of your entire operating procedures. Good luck!

I was thoroughly impressed with both Dr Rice's knowledge, professionalism, state of the art equiptment, and overall appearance of the office. He educated me on all sorts of eye conditions, why my vision could be the way it is, the risks of not caring for my contacts and eyes the way I should be, etc and most importantly he was realistic. I was very impressed with the equipment and technology he uses in order to run the eye exam. He seems very up to date on all things eye care related. We found very quickly that we were and ARE much much more than simply a patient, and that Kristine treats us much more like family. And, similar to any family, everyone is different, has "good days" and "bad days" and Kristine has been SUPER accommodating and understanding. With everything going on in our society and the COVID protocols, she took the time to text my wife many times. Where we still had concerns, she personally called and spoke with my wife and to come to a mutually agreeable solution. WOW! When I got them back they didn't fit my face so I asked the woman behind the counter to adjust them for me. She laid them upside down on a table and said they're fine. I told her my face wasn't a table. I went back two more times for an adjustment But they never fit right and I couldn't see out of them correctly. If I could give them a minus review rating I would. I spent too much money on lenses that don't work. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a business, let alone an optometrist office.

Wanted to replace old lenses that the coating was deteriorating, causing reduced vision. I didn't…read morewant to change the frames though, and most of the usual places won't do this. I walked in the store and was greeted by a lady sitting behind a desk. She asked what I wanted and assured me they could help with the lenses, but not with the prescription (You must have a prescription for eyeglasses, if needed, as Frameworks doesn't help with this.). I came back once I had a prescription and was helped by the same lady to determine what it was I wanted with the new lenses. We figured that out easily enough, and her suggestion of the mechanical blue light protection in the lenses was something I didn't even know existed. Now, a little less than a week later, I've got my glasses back and they are PERFECT! The lenses are clear as could be and are installed extremely well on my rimless frames. My frames were cleaned and tightened up like new. Wonderful! I would recommend Frameworks to anyone that needs glasses without reservation.

I am hard to fit because my allergies here in Utah to sage pollen make my eyes vary from day to day. He discovered this and very patiently adjusted the prescription until we had the most perfect fit. Dr. Lynn is a very patient man who is motivated by perfection, and he wanted find the most perfect prescription that would solve all my specific vision problem with my allergies. Of all the optometrists I have ever seen in my life he is most certainly the very best one of them all.

I got a LASIK consultation and Dr. West was so amazing. He explained all of the details of LASIK and answered all of my questions. I decided to go ahead and schedule the procedure, and I couldn't be more happy with my decision. I now have 20/20 vision and had absolutely no complications. I wish I had decided to get LASIK sooner, it is one of the best decisions. Dr. West and Dr. Charelton did an amazing job and were so professional and really care about their patients. The best part about this place is the provider Dr Pierce! Every appointment I've ever had at an optometrist felt like I was at a "vision mill" where they just check your prescription and try to get you out of the clinic as fast as possible to see the next patient. Dr Pierce took the time to break down the results of all of my test results in depth; perhaps since I'm an aspiring PA he could tell my nerdy passion for anatomy and went in greater depth because he noticed I appreciated it, but even still that's just the sign of an excellent provider! I never felt rushed during my appointment and he answered all of my questions about how to improve my dry eyes and even gave me regimen advice for hot compress as well as eye drop and eye health supplementation suggestions.
