I love being able to leave reviews to businesses that still believe in those good 'ole fashioned values of customer service and craft. I called the Floral Patch on the same morning I was hoping to have a delivery of an odd number of roses delivered. I was very much prepared to be disappointed like I have been so frequently by online stores who rattle off some bureaucratic policy as their justification for not being able to deliver. It was such an incredibly bright spot of the day to have the owner reach out and personally guarantee that the flowers would be there even though the closest branch of the shop didn't have sufficient numbers of flowers they needed to complete my order. When I told them that's okay if we had to go with some other arrangement, the representing who helped told me the flowers were already on the truck heading to be arranged. To have that kind of sense of personal care and service at such a reasonable price is the perfect combination. I certainly am not going to get flowers from anywhere except for the Flower Patch here on out. I can't even begin to tell you how highly I recommend them. read more

I called Flower Patch at about noon on the day of the viewing, fully expecting to be told it was too late, but they cheerfully helped me figure out the best option for our budget and had it delivered to the funeral home in good time for the viewing that evening. They event sent me a picture of the arrangement, which was great since I'm out of state and was unable to attend. I'm so mad. I specifically asked for a sage green boquet but an orange one was delivered! It was a grand opening with specific colors. I dropped $100. The boy who took my order was rude and sounded like he couldn't be bothered to take my order. I told him several times to make sure of the color. He apparently wrote nothing in the instructions about the color. I asked them to take the correct color but they refused. She only offered 20% back. Ridiculous. If they will correct this, I will change my review. Otherwise, I would warn anyone not to use this shop. There are plenty others that won't treat you this way. read more

The roses were beautifully arranged and the shop was great to work with. I had a special request which they had no problem with. When the address was hard to find, the delivery person called me directly and we solved the problem, so my friend got her flowers delivered promptly. One star I don't know why. I came here the first time to buy some flowers for a date and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful! Buying flowers is a job. Helping to chose, giving the customer insight on what the specific flower means, taking care to wrap, giving me about 90% of say in how the final bouquet looked I left impressed! Today I came in again and it was well worth writing a review and giving 5 stars. Affordable flowers, you get a say in choosing flowers and how the arrangement is made. I took maybe a combined 15 minutes in choosing and debating which specific blossom I wanted it had to BE PERFECT! And the staff once again assisted me with a smile, gave me advice and the flowers were a hit. This is the only place I will buy flowers from now on in the state of Utah. read more

I will NEVER EVER order my flowers from here again. If you have the patience to work with incompetent, RUDE, senseless people: from the reps there to the management team, then this is the place for you to order what you need. I'd ordered a set of funeral floral arrangements for a loved up who resided in Utah. I called and placed an order, confirmed with the rep that they had the specific color I was needing and the rep confirmed, and DOUBLE confirmed that they had them in stock and that there's nothing for me to worry about. On the morning of the funeral, I get a call from this shop advising me that they cannot complete my order due to them not having ANY of the specific color of floral I'd requested. I requested for a refund back and to cut to the chase, I did NOT receive my refund until 5 days LATER. I did not receive any sort of apologies or sympathy from this company, period. They didn't even have the audacity to wait 15 minutes for me to swing over and get my refund since the EFT transaction didn't go through yet. Horrible customer service. We made the 13 hour trip to this state and for them to not even be willing to wait a mere 15 minutes to give me my refund, is uncalled for. I'm giving this place a 1 star only because I can't give them a lower rating than this. Lesson of the day: If you are using your credit card / debit card to purchase an arrangement from this company and then you decided it wasn't up to par, or if they mistakenly told you that they had specific flowers in stock when they actually don't---- don't expect to get your $$$ / credit back as quickly as how they'd charged you. Expect to wait 4-5 days. They will TELL you it will take 2 hours, then to wait another 3 hours, then 24 hours for the transaction to process, but trust me--- you won't get it until days later. read more
