These guys are amazing, they made us the most beautiful gender reveal bouquet! We asked last minute and they had it done in 20 minutes and wrapped it up so we couldn't see. They're very accommodating and fairly priced! read more

Flowers are amazing, but the service is horrible. Went in for flowers and got treated like CRAP. The cashier thought she was way better than anyone in there. I asked questions about minky blankets she got annoyed over it. When I tried to pay for the flowers she kept saying it was decline but she was using the wrong Cvv code i tried to explain but she wouldn't listen I even show her on my phone the message I got from the bank and she didn't care. read more

I discovered Jimmy's shortly after moving to the area in June 2024. The staff are welcoming, engaged and passionate about their flowers and craft. They are happy to help you arrange bouquets for you, based on your color and flower preferences. Simply incredible. read more

I absolutely love sending flowers. Found this spot, reviews look ok. The pics are nice. Now let's test them! I always go with the Designers Choice. This is technically the best go to option unless you are custom ordering something. This is what my wife got. She loved them. read more

I bought one of those fundraiser cards where you pay up front and you can go in once/month for 12 months, to pick up a flower bouquet. A couple times throughout the year or so I've been doing this, I've opened up the flowers once I get home and there are moldy flowers in the bunch. So frustrating! I called ahead last month to have them put those "free" flowers into a vase along with some other flowers (additional cost) to make a prettier bouquet to give to a special friend. Once I got there to pick the flowers up and pay, some of the filler flowers from the "free" bunch looked wilted and not pretty enough to gift to my friend. I explained this to Tabitha who offered to replace those sad looking flowers for other flowers of the same cost. She brought two different options up front to show me, I chose one, and she replaced those flowers to make it a giftable bunch. I'd definitely give Tabitha 5 stars but this review is only 4 stars because this situation has happened a few times now and obviously hasn't been resolved. I might not be purchasing another fundraiser card like this in the future. read more

I arranged with Martin at the Ogden store to make an arrangement for outdoors for my husband's childhood sled which is about 70 years old. This was about the middle of October and when I asked for it by Thanksgiving he said he would do his best but was committed already to 150 Christmas trees. I picked it up on Nov 9 and am absolutely in love with Martin's creation. He also made two "swags" to use by my front door and everything looks WONDERFUL. Without question some of the best service I have ever received and products are exceptional. Thank you Jimmy's and Martin!!!! read more

Like every other man, I sometimes get myself in the dog house. And when I do, the folks at Jimmy's are always there to help me bail myself out. The have the freshest selection of cut flowers in the area and their arrangements are second to none. A few of my favorite things about Jimmy's: 1.) They keep my info on file. I can call and give my name and they know what my wife likes, where I want them to go, and how to bill me. 2.) Funeral arrangements look like funeral arrangements and a spring mix looks like a spring mix. They "get it" when it comes to placing colorful things in a glass vase and having it mean something. Nothing is worse than not having flowers that match the occasion. 3.) They take vases back. They will knock a few bucks off if you can sneak one of the umpteen vases off the shelf that your wife is collecting. 4.) Timing. They seem to have it. I can call the day before Valentine's and get what I want, not what is left over. Delivery is extremely timely as well. I highly encourage the use of Jimmy's. Girls seem to like flowers and Jimmy's seems to like getting them to those girls. read more

Ordered flowers for a funeral and paid over $100. I could not attend the funeral and specifically requested a Picture of them be taken and texted to me before delivery. I was assured it would happen. Day of the funeral I had not received a picture. I called and as I feared they sent them out without full filling my basic request for a photo. I'll look for a different florist next time. read more

Avoid buying flowers here save your money and spend it somewhere else, there's plenty of other places in Utah with better customer service. The older lady in the front desk snatched the card out of my hand. And before that when she was telling me the price, she looked at me like if I couldn't even afford it. If you're a person of color you know when someone gives you that look. The place was empty just one person ahead of me no reason for the attitude save your money, and spend it where you're welcome. read more

the customer service was excellent, she was more than happy to help me with my question on finding singlular roses she kept a great smile and was very kind. I look forward on coming here for more flowers. read more

Laura helped me choose gifts for me and others. She went above her job description to help me find the right things. I bought several room sprays, porcelain diffusers, lotions and silk flowers. I didn't check out their fresh flowers, but I've had floral arrangements delivered from their other location near Hill Air Force Bass several times. They also have chocolates!! Great long-time local business. read more

Absolutely awful. Terrible service. Extremely rude and low quality. Also refused to deliver flowers to my dear friend in a treatment center on his birthday due to his sexuality and did not notify the buyer until 2 days later. read more

Don't do the monthly flower card. I got my mother one for Mother's Day and she has brought home horrible flowers. They won't let her pick them and the flowers are so gross. Waste of time and I am so disappointed in Jimmys. I believed it would be a good thing for her to get flowers every month, as she is a widower. So frustrating and very sad. read more

Jimmy's is my go-to for flowers. They have done numerous arrangements for me, ranging from unique winter toss bouquets for friends dancing in the Nutcracker to a custom Oakland Raiders themed floral arrangements for a football fan's memorial to a beautiful tropical spray for my dear aunt's retirement party. They are always friendly and helpful, and keep my information on file, which makes ordering easy and makes me feel valued as a customer. The reason for my five star review, however, is for my interaction today. I have a dear friend in the hospital who I am currently unable to visit but wanted to send thoughts to. I called Jimmy's to have flowers delivered, and I received a thank you from my friend's family within three hours! I wish I could be there in person, but it's reassuring to know that if I can't be, Jimmy's is prompt to send my best wishes. They've been there with me to celebrate the happy moments in life and there to help out during the rough patches, always with consistency and quality. Thank you, Jimmy's. read more

Great experience with my first floral order from Jimmy's I wanted white flowers that keep an amazing aroma throughout the day. I made the order over the phone and was understood clearly and they delivered with a solid beautiful compact arrangement for my wife the same day. Thank you. read more

Im really disappointed in this flower shop. I live in Atlanta and called to order flowers for my grandmother's 73rd bday. Jimmys has been around forever so I figured it was a safe bet. I went online and found some flowers I really liked which was 49.95 and asked if they could do a $40 version because delivery is like $12. I figured $9 would be maybe a rose or two removed maybe a lilly, I was very wrong. They told me they would send a picture before they delivered which they didn't, I see why. My mother sent me a picture and they put one little sprig of blue and ur almost looks dead. The roses and lilies are pretty but still the arrangement is not vibrant like the website AT ALL. I've posted pictures of what it looked like in the website and what my grandmother received. (note: the $9 difference) read more

I was very disappointed. I ordered a funeral bouquet and when given the options of size chose the deluxe bouquet. When I got to the funeral and saw the piddling thing I was dismayed! It was barely bigger than a corsage. I was almost embarrassed that I had sent something so small. The price of over $80 for what I sent was also appalling. Never again!! read more

My best friend in the world just had her second baby after 11 years since her oldest was born. So y'all about a blessing and super scary time for her! It's all new again! I live about a thousand miles away now, unfortunately! I wasn't able to make it for the delivery, and I was immediately referred to this specific location, the hospital gift shop at McKay said they are the best if the best!! I HANDS DOWN AGREE!! I called them and the gal, Melissa, was SO nice and helpful, she was friendly and had great ideas! She was even talking to another lady there and they were throwing out ideas and products that weren't yet online!! I love that! THEN, as if they hadn't been nice enough, she offered to text me a picture (AND SHE DID) so that my friend wouldn't need to be bothered sending me a picture!! Because of course I wanna see the final arrangement! Well, they nailed it!! The arrangement is BE-UTAH-FUL! Seriously a stunning arrangement of flowers, and the balloon was an awesome much needed touch! Thank you very much! I truly appreciate it. I always say, being treated well is worth all the money in the world. It's nice to know they care about their customers and that they are just flat out good human beings!! Thank you, I will definitely be back and recommend your shop!!! read more

needed a last minute arrangement and they were able to deliver on time! Thank you for your accommodation!

I always love reading the names on the marquee to see who might be getting a free rose on any given day. The shop is quaint and lovely. There is a convenient selection of chocolates and truffle for purchase right at the front counter, as well as stuffed animals and greeting cards. I ordered Mother's Day flowers with balloons from Jimmy's flowers in Ogden, Utah. I spoke with Daryl, She was so pleasant and accommodating by suggesting type and color or orchids when they didn't have what I wanted. She was courteous and took the order and the flowers came the very next day as promised. Mom absolutely loved the flowers! I would definitely go back to Jimmy's flowers to order in the future.Thank you Daryl and Jimmy's Flowers for making my Mom's Mother's Day so Happy! Benito read more

Jimmy's Flower Shop goes above and beyond the call of duty to create a gift that is just right for the recipient. Their delivery drivers also work really hard to get the gift to the recipient despite challenges like gated communities and nobody being at home. I had a great experience with Jimmy's this week in sending a basket of goodies to my 25 year old son who was visiting friends in Ogden on his birthday. Thank you, Jimmy's, for being a shop with a big heart! read more

I ordered on line over the weekend (after closing) and really needed them delivered before 11am Monday morning. So a year ago I bought this 1 year of flowers card from the cheer Kats for $30 as a fund raiser, I should have just gave the group the money instead. I go in today on Valentine's day to use it for my Feb month and they tell me I can't use it today. No where on the card does it have blackout days. There were 5 other people in line with the say cards that got turned away. read more

We went to Jimmy's in Ogden recently to order funeral flowers for my grandmother. The customer service was so off putting we ended up leaving and going to Posy Place a few doors down. Jimmy's had multiple orders for the funeral from friends and family and they didn't deliver the flowers until the funeral service had ended. Posy Place was very interested in our order and kind about the passing of our loved one. The Posy Place flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. I have gone to the Layton Jimmy's on other occasions and they were very kind and helpful, but Ogden will no longer get our business. Very disappointing. read more

Just a little constructive criticism. You guys need to mix it up a little bit with your monthly bouquets. I've gotten the card three or four times now and I expect to have one that's not my favorite every once in awhile, but This time I've gotten the EXACT same blah bouquet three months in a row! If it keeps up like this I won't ever be buying one again :(. You can get nicer, cheaper flowers in a better variety at Walmart. You guys can do better. read more

They tried to deliver me some flowers but I wasn't home, we missed the delivery by 3 minutes. I called to try and catch the driver no one answered. After 14 phone calls all unanswered, 4 days later I finally got ahold of them. They were nice about the miss and had already gotten me ALL new flowers. I couldn't believe it how great is that! They delivered them and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. read more

I ordered an arrangement, based on an advertised picture, at Jimmy's online website. What arrived did not look anything like the picture i ordered from. I guess the shop doesn't expect people to ever SEE what they give as gifts to others and so they can make the arrangement any way they want. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I went to pick up my son's corsage today and it was not like anything I ordered. They told me today that they didn't have the flowers I ordered. I know that failure to plan on my part does not make it an emergency on your part. That being said, I want to thank Kristy (sp?) at Jimmy's Florist for expediting a last minute arrangement of a dozen long-stemmed yellow roses to my mother for her birthday yesterday. She received her flowers within 3 hours of me placing the order. And they looked amazing!! Wish I could post a picture here so you all can see how beautiful they were. She loved them. Crisis averted. Our family recently ordered a casket spray for my mom's casket. I picked it out online but then called to order it with a small change in the color of flowers. When I called, the woman I talked to was very nice and had great suggestions for how to include some pink color into an arrangement that was mainly purple and white. The casket spray was absolutely fresh and stunning. I live in Salt Lake and wish they had a branch here. I am just so impressed with this business. read more

I have always ordered dance flowers for my daughter from Jimmy's flowers and have been very happy with them. The last dance of my daughters high school years, I forgot to order the flowers in advance. I called by 9am the morning of, and they said they had already cut off orders for dance flowers. How disappointing!!! After all the business I have given them, I get this! I don't know how long it takes to make a boutonniere, but not too long to lose business over, I would hope. I immediately called Lund floral and they had no problems taking a same day boutonniere order. Sorry Jimmy's, Lund now has my business and I will be sure and spread the word! read more
