It was like being taught by a friend in her kitchen, instead of a stuffy stranger. My husband and I planned a night away for our 12 year anniversary and happened to find an Airbnb in Ogden that we liked. Then we started looking at things to do and an Italian Date Night Cooking Class showed up! My husband loves cooking so we were excited to do the class! The area was set up for 4 couples with each individual couples stations and it was nice because she had us introduce ourselves and how we met and it made it like a whole group experience! We made homemade sauce, ravioli, and cannolis and it was all delicious! We then also made our own flavored Italian sodas as we ate! Overall: I would definitely come here again! She has different types of classes including pie making, "parent and me" classes, date nights, etc. Go check this place out! My only suggestion would be to bring a water bottle if you get thirsty.

She also is a great teacher and you can tell she has a passion for cooking. We made Italian food and the ravioli was fantastic! It was so good. I have always wanted to learn how to make fresh pasta. She made it easy and simple. She also uses the best ingredients! The class size was also just for 4 other couples, which made it easy to ask questions and for her to check in. (I have been at a big cooking class and the instructor was as attentive.) My wife and I will definitely be stopping by again when we are in the Ogden area!

They've gone to hellaciously overpricing their wares so they can put them on sale. (Just like Joann's did and look what happened to them!) And their BOGO1/2 off ticks me off sooooooo much I rarely go in anymore. Are people sooooo stupid these days that they don't realize they're only getting 25% off and not even that much if you have items priced differently?!? At Christmas NONE OF THE CHRISTMAS MERCH WAS PRICED!!!!! AND THEY TOOK OUT ALL OF THEIR PRICE CHECK MACHINES AROUND THE STORE!!!!! You either carry it up to checkout and get price checks for everything before you buy it or, as one lazy, arrogant associate suggested, "You don't need me. You can scan for your own price if you use the app!" NOT UNTIL YOU PUT ME ON THE PAYROLL WHEN I WALK IN THE DOOR!!!!!!! I used to go in nearly every week because they had excellent assortments of painting books and paint and surfaces and the 40% off coupons. Now I let them keep it. And brick and mortar stores wonder why sales are steadily heading down. Let me check my Amazon app really quickly. Oh, yeah! That works! Bye-bye!

We were about to head out when we stumbled upon a candle sale. They are normally $10 each, but yesterday they were 3 for $10! Of course we impulse bought them because we need Christmas candles :) Once at the register with all of our items (the candles and items for the mask), they automatically scanned a 25% off coupon they had sitting by the register. We saved almost $15 that trip! The one thing I really love about michaels is that there's always an active coupon to use! If you don't have a physical one, then search Google and find a digital one. There's also apps that can help with that.

I wouldn't have selected the correct shoe size, the leotard was an "easy-off" option (which is worth so much dressing/undressing a 3 yo) and the tights are soft (which is also great, as my kid hates tights, but wears these with no issue). Beyond that, the customer service is amazing. The associate selected these options for me after listening to what the studio required, AND who was going to be wearing the items. I will definitely be going back.
