Walking into this Michael's is like stepping into a customer service void. I've never encountered a group of employees so consistently unhelpful, uninformed, and seemingly confused by their own store. Asking a simple question feels like I've interrupted a very important staring contest with the air. No one knows where anything is, no one knows how anything works, and no one seems remotely interested in finding out. It's honestly impressive how a craft store... of all places... can lack creativity, problem-solving, or basic awareness. If you enjoy wandering aisles alone while employees look at you like you just asked them to solve advanced calculus, this is the place for you. The employees are nice and generally helpful. Their base price is usually lower than jo ann's. They will match coupons. Offer duff airbrush stuff for cakes which jo ann doesn't. This store is slightly smaller than the jo ann on Riverdale but overall I usually go here more. read more

This is a good store for basic crafting supplies. And it's close to where I live so it's been my go-to place when I just need to run out and grab some cardstock or something. But the service is consistently poor. The cashiers are inattentive, and even the manager I asked for help from today was dismissive. There's a JoAnn's Fabric the same distance from home, and a Hobby Lobby is being built close by as well (that sound you hear is the angels singing...) Fortunately, I have choices - and I'm going to start using them. read more

This is an ok craft store but is really expensive. I normally don't go here unless I really need to.

Michaels is my favorite store. They are very helpful. I love the products! Prices are very reasonable.
