I debated between 4 or 5 stars because sometimes the substituted items aren't what I wanted but then realized that is more on me than smiths since customers can provided instructions for substitutions. In the rare case that the wrong thing was included, the customer service has been outstanding. I find that the selection of foods is really good. I can find almost anything I need for a recipe and it seems that the store does a good job at keeping everything in stock, except for TP and Paper Towels, but that isn't due to Smiths not trying. People be hoarding.

The name does not sound much like a comic spot though, eh? It's in a curious area and the building itself looks run-down and beat. Inside, that motif continues, but there is a treasure trove of comics there, with fully 1/3 of the much larger than expected interior space devoted to both comics and related toys. I wound up spending a lot more time here than anticipated and though I didn't find anything right at that moment I was after, it definitely is good to have another shop on the radar. There is a ton of trades and collectibles as well, not to mention probably the greatest amount of the short boxes I've seen anywhere. If you're a comic book fan, this spot definitely has to be on your radar. Don't let appearances fool you. This place has a lot to offer, particularly in the back issue department.

It is refreshing to see vinyl make a comeback, the store was packed with people and everyone had at least one record to buy. We stopped in last week during our date night and a few things have changed. The free arcade games…read moreare now in the back of the shop (which is a great idea). It makes it a lot easier to walk around the shop to look at games. Another thing I noticed was that they were playing gaming music. It just made the shopping experience that much more fun. The last change I noticed was that they had some of their arcade games for sale...and they sold the ninja turtles one! They still have plenty of fun ones to play though! My husband and I played two quick games and then I bought me a switch game to play at home. I really love this shop. It brings back so many childhood memories! I'm definitely going to keep supporting it.
