Second I spent 25 minutes trying to check out using their so called self check out I was told by their staff the self checkout has always been an issue yet management seems incapable of addressing the issues. While it is nice they give many high school kids their first job there are consequences one of which is those students just are not up to par in certain areas. We used to shop their often now it is our store of last resort. It may have been a gem but now the gem has lost its luster. I do not recommend this establishment.

It's now a day later (the 23rd) and my delivery is still delayed. This is so frustrating for me. It won't let me choose a new delivery date or change it to a pick up. All they'll let me do is cancel the order. When I needed Walmart's help, they let me down. I do not recommend their grocery delivery service.

More often than not, my interactions with this Smith's market is through the click list pick-up. I debated between 4 or 5 stars because sometimes the substituted items aren't what I wanted but then realized that is more on me than smiths since customers can provided instructions for substitutions. In the rare case that the wrong thing was included, the customer service has been outstanding. I find that the selection of foods is really good. I can find almost anything I need for a recipe and it seems that the store does a good job at keeping everything in stock, except for TP and Paper Towels, but that isn't due to Smiths not trying. People be hoarding.

I was actually expecting a much larger store, but it's fairly small. The aisles aren't the widest and it definitely felt pretty tight with the three of us trying to look at everything. I feel like they did well with the space they had though. Every aisle was filled top to bottom with so many fun items. We found a few things we wanted to try (some yummy ice cream and drinks). In the back towards the left they have a huge selection of different fresh meats ready to be cooked at home. It smelled amazing and made me want to go back to pick up dinner one night.
