My husband just had surgery and my daughter is sick, so I decided to take advantage of Walmart's grocery delivery service. I placed my order on the 21st and chose for it to be delivered on the 22nd between 7-8pm. When it was 8pm on the 22nd, they said my delivery would be delayed by 2 hours. It's now a day later (the 23rd) and my delivery is still delayed. This is so frustrating for me. It won't let me choose a new delivery date or change it to a pick up. Don't ever go here for pickup it's TERRIBLE! I placed an order yesterday for pickup today at 5pm so my husband could grab it on his way home from work. At 5pm, I got a notification that it was late, up to two hours, with no more info. Around 5:30, I got a notification saying it was ready, and I sent my husband there to park in a spot. We checked in and put in the parking info around 545. He sat there until 7:05 before they finally brought it out. When I called to check on it around 630, the guy said he checked on it and they'd be bring it out. Well that was nonsense. I called again at 655 and all the customer service did was say sorry and give me a $10 coupon...as if that makes up for my husband waiting two hours for a $100 grocery order. I only come here for the Da Vi Nail salon, the workers are great and my gel pedicure stays on for weeks. They are quick and efficient, provide me with a bottle of water, and make me feel pampered and well taken care of. The only downside is they are sooo busy, even if you make a reservation, prepare yourself to wait 20 minutes before they can get you in. They tend to spread themselves a little thin; however, they have enough exceptional employees that they can make it work. I would suggest making an appointment but don't push yourself for time. They truly are great and it is well worth it, but don't get caught up in the hustle--allow yourself to treat yo self on a day where you won't be pressed for time. TIPS & TRICKS: * Gel shellac is ALWAYS the way to go. Prepare yourself for a literal cheese grater on your feet too. This Walmart is so hot and cold, mostly cold, when it comes to delivery. They don't communicate with you when your ordered is delayed so you have no idea when it's going to come even though you picked a specific time. When you call in if by chance you can talk to someone they always have an excuse of a truck came in so we had to deal with that first. If that's so then don't allow people to pick those times on the website, close them off. The latest was that the pickers are behind because of employee call outs. I totally get that, it happens, but when you call to see if you can get a guesstimate they tell you they have no idea when your order will be delivered. I understand that unforeseen issues happen but at the very least you could communicate with the customer to allow them to know when their groceries might be coming. Some of us are depending on them and don't have the availability to drive due to health issues. read more

I want to give a shot out to Walmart.com costumer service resolution department. I bought something in April that I couldn't return to Walmart stores because it was from a vendor. I couldn't return to the vendor either. Months go by, and the item,which cost over $400, is still at my house collecting dust. I call Walmart.com and they transfer me to the resolution department, and she gave me a full refund!!! I was hoping for maybe $100-200 of store credit. She went above and beyond my expectations! Employees was rude when asking for fitting room. I got told just buy my item and bring it back if it don't fit. That's putting it nicely. I am now a Walmart boycotter once again. As back in Bremerton Washington around 2005 I had my Chevy astro van in for oil change. Three hours later they come and say they couldn't do it as I had wrong dipstick and cracked windshield. The dipstick was the right one. When I left I went to Jiffy Lube again this part is all in Washington. I pulled in to Jiffy Lube engine stinking like oil and ticking. The employees at Jiffy Lube asked if I came from Walmart I said yes. They told me look under the hood with them. What I saw disgusts me as I called Walmart manager and give them my service tag number. As it turned out I was not in the Walmart system. I had oil dumped all over engine. Afew weeks later my van died. I never since used Walmart for anything car related. read more

The customer service is the WORST that I have seen! So I wanted to buy three gift cards for Steam (one was for the amount of $50 and two of $20) but the limit it's two, so I decided to take the $50 and a $20, the lady at the register got the $20 ones confused and gave me the one that I returned, so it didn't activate! I notice this when I was trying to redeem them the $20 didn't work! So I went to Customer Service to solve that problem, what I got there when I told them the problem the two woman gave me shady looks and said that the barcode doesn't match, of course it doesn't match because I got the WRONG ONE! They were talking to one another loud enough so that I would heard and gave hint that they "caught" me "robbing" 20 bucks, and to clarify I'm a woman of color, I tried to not take offense but even my mom that doesn't speak English noticed the looks that they where throwing me bad looks. Then I asked how long it will take cause I have work and one of the women that was being disrespectful to me answer my question in a very rude tone, her name is Vanesa btw! But thankfully the camera man was very nice and he saw that it was a mistake made by the cashier he was the only respectful one, so thank you so much Chris! read more

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in my entire life I have had at this Walmart auto care Center. About a year and a half ago I Purchased four new tires for my Toyota sienna minivan. I got them rotated and balanced every 3000 miles. They had a 45,000 mile warranty from the manufacture plus I bought the roadside warranty as well. After a year and a half, only 19,000 Miles on the tires, they were already worn through with no tread left. One of the tires popped. They made me buy all new tires even though they were under warranty and only halfway into the warranty. I was furious but the local auto center attendant nor the manager was willing to help me. I made the mistake of purchasing the replacement tires at that location because they had all the old tires off the vehicle and I would have had to had my vehicle towed to a different location. I bought all new tires with this time a 65,000 mile warranty. I had my attorney write Walmart a letter demanding a refund. Walmart never responded whatsoever to the refund demand. I called and spoke to the store assistant manager and he said he had no idea how to help me and that it was out of his control. Today, only four months after I bought the new tires, one of the tires is damaged. This vehicle only drives around town, never on long trips, and never off road. Walmart is insisting that I purchase all new tires again because it is an all wheel drive vehicle. Therefore if one tire is bad, they make you replace all tires. Only 3000 miles on the tire into a 65,000 mile warranty and I should have to buy another $700 worth of tires only after four months?! Absolutely ridiculous. The general customer service at this location is always horrible. Whenever I drop my vehicle off about 10 minutes after they open, the workers always tell me that they are already way over committed and understaffed, and try to talk me into not leaving my vehicle for service. What a horrible management technique! I leave the vehicle and return about eight hours later to pick up the vehicle every time I drop it off for service. This time I dropped it off and asked them to rotate and balance the tires and fix the one tire that was damaged. They never replaced the tire and never rotated the tires either. When I called and asked when it was ready they said all the work was complete. When I got to the counter and asked what they did to fix the tire, she looked through the report and then told me they did nothing. I asked why they didn't tell me that on the phone. She said she tried to call me four times today. I showed her my phone that no one had called me all day. Absolute horrible experience every time we go there. Save yourself the trouble and never go there ever!!!!! read more

This is a really nice store. We ended up having to come in here later at night to get some medicine, and the store was surprisingly pretty busy. But, the lines seemed to be moving quickly and there was no wait for self-checkout. After getting notification that my order was ready for curb side pick up I drove over and checked in on the app. I waited for 45 minutes and called the number on the sign to make sure they knew I was there to pick up. The person on the phone said I was all checked in and they would be out soon. I waited another 30 minutes and someone came out to my car and asked my name then rudely cut me off and walked away. After waiting another 30 minutes I called again to double check. The employee said that my order hadn't even been completely picked and they didn't know when it would be. I then drove over to the door and asked for a manager. There were at least 4 employees just screwing around not doing anything. The manager basically just gave me multiple excuses that didn't line up. She then told me to come back after 10pm. Mind you I was waiting in the car with my newborn baby. The manager didn't seem to care at all and gave no apology. She just said to call the 1800 Walmart customer service number. This location was an absolute joke. Not to mention a handful of things in my order were taken off because they apparently weren't in stock anyway. I have a Casio watch that I bought from them, because they offer battery replacement for any watches they sell. Until it comes down to doing it. I went in today to get a new battery, and they refused, stating that they dont do casios. That I can take it to a Watch shop that charges $20 for a battery. These guys just suck. Do not get your oil changed here! There are lots of hidden charges that make it more expensive than Jiffy Lube or anywhere else around! When I pulled in I was told they had my filter but when I went to pay there was a $10 charge for a filter they had to pull off the shelf because they "didn't have my filter in stock outside". I felt like I was being robbed right there at the cash register and told him as much and just got a shrug of the shoulders from the manager.
