Bliss paid for shipping without having us pre- pay for the dress. The shipping cost and the rush on the alteration was a cost they were willing to eat to help my daughter get her favorite dress. If you like something here I say buy it right then and save yourself from suffering shopping overload. They will do right by you and help you find what you need. The owner also stated, that every "girl" needs to have a parent there. Some people don't have the luxury of having parents or guardians available for these special events in their lives. Should they be penalized and discriminated against for this? This is 2022, close your doors, since there are so many other businesses that know how to treat paying customers.
