I then went and got the right size only to have them try and charge me the full price of the shirt. This place looks like a tornado went thru it every time I come here. I love the clothes and other things they have, but is not fun when you can't find the right size because the clothes are either in a big pile, the racks are overstocked & clothes are on the floor. Even Walmart could do a better job at keeping their clothing dept organized! The cashiers were the only ones doing their job. read more

Awful. Every department was in shambles! I was there to purchase Dockers for my husband. The men's department was an enormous mess. It took me forever to find pants in his size. I took them to the register & they rang up for double the price that was posted on the shelf where I found them. When I pointed this out to the sales associate she acted miffed. She told me they were on the wrong shelf. She had no intention of honoring the price that was marked. I ended up going back to the men's department to find a different pair of trousers. I had a $10 gift card to use at Kohls & that was the only reason I was in there. Eventually, I did leave with a pair of khakis. But I won't go back. Even if I get another gift card. Throwing any amount of free money at me won't be enough to get me back in their disorganized doors. read more

Kohl's in Layton. Customer Service Department Sucks. I ordered a Keurig Coffee Maker online. When it was delivered by UPS, it was just left in the front porch and the box was totally destroyed, exposing the damaged product. I took the entire package to the Layton store and explained what happened. The first thing out of the idiots mouth was, (we can't be responsible for what UPS does). She then scanned the box and told me there were none available in the store or any surrounding store. I already knew this, because that is why I had ordered it online. She then told me my only options were to look for another model in the store (all more expensive, of course), reorder and wait another week to get it or she would refund my money and I could look somewhere else. Never once, did she apologize for any inconvenience. I asked why Kohl's would just slap a delivery sticker on the actual box and not pack it inside a shipping box. She had no answer. I told her that the other part of my order were 5 hand towels that were packed in a large box filled with air filled packing pillows. I returned the coffee maker and bought one at Walmart. I kid you not, within a 30 minute time period, I had a sales gal asking me, 3 different times, if I'm finding everything, if I was okay (46 years old & I'm being followed by 20 something year olds now like I'm a lost!!) what in the world is going on? I think I know how to shop! if I need your help, I will find YOU. I felt like I was being watched since I was there more than 10 minutes... it's called browsing, thank you. By the way, the store needs to be organized & not so messy. Hire more workers to just fold clothes nicely & put them back where the items belong, not just in the general area. read more

Been to several Kohl's stores and have never seen a location so terrible. Went to Kohl's for baby clothes and toys. Both departments were a mess and not organized. There were toys, books, and clothes all over the floors. Finally, when we made it to the registers, a lady cut in front of us in line we were waiting in for quite sometime. The worker clearly saw we had been waiting and the only thing she had to say was, "Kohl's doesn't have a line policy, we just go with what the customers do". That is far from an appropriate response from someone working in customer service. I refuse to shop at this location again. read more

This place was such a mess. I love Kohl's and I've been to several, but this one was so messy and unorganized. None of the clothing was organized so it was hard to find anything in my size because I'd see something cute but it would just be a random top hanging on a random rack. There were clothes strewn all over the floor or thrown over the racks. The dressing room was a mess with clothes all over and every dressing room had piles and piles of clothes in them. I left without purchasing anything, which is really rare for me because I usually enjoy shopping at Kohl's. I will never return to this store... hopefully the one in Centerville is better organized. read more

The women's clothing is thin, transparent, cheap, and flimsy. The only reason I went there is because they offered Kohl's cash. The last time I shopped there I spent over $200 which usually earns $40 in Kohl's cash. I was informed that they weren't doing Kohl's cash. Why were there no signs informing customers they weren't doing Kohl's cash? If there had been signs informing customers then I would have shopped at a store with quality merchandise rather than waste my time there. I have emailed them several times about the matter but they refuse to amend the situation. I will not shop there again. I do not recommend them. read more

This kohls has great selection, good checkout lines, it is clean and organized, and good customer service in the back. The people there are always willing to help me find what I am looking for. The bad reviews I saw on here must be isolated incidents. I shop here a lot and don't ever see the problems they are referring to. read more

Bought a Jetson z5 hover board on your Black Friday sale. Didn't work properly off and on then stopped working completely. Still had box and receipt and was still in the return time frame. However, when I tried to exchange it there were none in stock in store. I was told because I received $60 in kohls cash for the purchase that would be deducted from my refund but if I was exchanging it straight across I wouldn't lose money. Since there were none in store only online, this option was not available. They couldn't even do an exchange for a new one to be shipped to the store for me to pick up. So I had to return it and lose $60.00. Just to turn around to order one online and pay more money for the same item... if an item is not in store but available online it should be available to exchange with out having to pay more, or give store credit for the kohls cash portion so customers don't lose money when an item is defective. I have to find $60 so my kids get their main xmas present replaced. read more

I ordered dishes from Kohl's online on the kiosk in the store because they did not currently have the dishes in. When I received the dishes most of them were broken so I called to see what I needed to do and I was told by TWO different people that I needed to go to the store do the return. When I got there I was informed that I needed an invoice number which my order did not even come with. They told me they could not look it up by my phone #, order #, or credit card # and that they could not do anything until I had it. FINALLY, when I got the invoice # (after being in the store for 1.5 hrs) they informed me that I would need to order the dishes for $119.99 and come in with both the new and the broken set to do the return which I am NOT willing to do. You should be able to do an even return and reorder the item for me especially when I had all the information present. After being in the store for 2 hours I left with nothing and broken dishes. Hassle free returns my butt. Will not be recommending to a friend. read more
