We frequent this location regularly because it is easy to get to in traffic, and seems less crowded than other nearby locations. The shopping model is addictive with the regular coupons, Kohl's cash, and rewards points. They also have a wide selection of items that we tend to appreciate. In addition to clothes and shoes, we also purchased kitchen, home goods, bedding, bath, pet items, games, and seasonal options. They have an Amazon return station also that we've used a few times as an alternate to the UPS Store across the street. I found some items I wanted that I tried to purchase online, but would have had to wait 4-10 days for them to get it ready for in-store pickup. So I visited in person, and found everything I was looking for the same day. I also picked up a 70% off clearance item that I wouldn't otherwise have found online. They reworked the checkout from having several registers in their separate lines on both sides of the store, to a single queue line weaving through last minute displays to a bank of multiple registers in a line. You wait to be called to the next available register so no one can slip in front you. There was only one register open when I was there, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my purchase. Clean and well organized store, decent selection of clothing for basic needs for a reasonable price. The check out line seems slower than competitors. The clerk seemed flustered as I didn't have a phone number registered with Kohls. After three different numbers weren't successful, she finally allowed me to check out. read more

We went into the Kohl's in Clinton,UT for Black Friday 2025, and were helped by Becky & Hailey... let me tell you, best costumer service one could ever ask for. They had patience with our questions, returns, ect. They both communicated clearly, and even signed us up for a Kohl's Card saving us 40% on our entire purchase. The amazon return was efficient once I found it. I got a coupon and found an underarmor shirt. So waited in line there were 5 people there w/one or two items. The line did not move for over 17 minutes. One checker wS trying to help the other, so no one could get out. Probably need a manager to control how that support is found. Anyway all in all it took me 30 minutes to drop off a 3x5 box. Obviously I was not happy when I left. I hate their political stance against Trump anyway. So I rarely shop. Their inefficiency saved me from dropping $40. So I guess that's the good news read more

No shorts in my size. I bought skirts instead BUT they didn't remove the anti theft devices so I have to make another trip to the store, wasting a.lot of time and gas. Don't know why the devices didn't sound the alarm when I left the store read more

staff at the return desk was NOT in any sort of hurry to help the growing line... she was reading the return slip the the receipt... she was inspecting this pair of boots & kept trying to fold them and the paper. the customer just told her IT DIDN'T MATTER. Then she kept trying to shove the box of boots in the same bag with two huge pillows. She was totally oblivious to any meaning of HURRY. Watching her was brutal. read more

What a great Kohls. I waited in line for Black Friday deals and the staff was extremely organized and made sure everyone got what they wanted and was super helpful. This was by far the best Black Friday experience I have ever had. Kohls was on top of their game and was organized. I waited less than 5 minutes to check out and was pleasantly surprised with how happy the employees were and how chipper everyone was. Kudos to Kohls for a great experience. read more

This store is excellent. Everything is always in place, clean, and classy. Most of the staff goes out of their way to help or help you find what you are looking for without having to be asked. Patrick is Amazing in the Customer Service, the Front Office section in the front of store for returns and check out. He is friendly and the type of employee I would hire to run my store. The customer service is outstanding and in the rare instances when I have had to return something it is nice not to have to answer a million and one questions about why I am returning. I have usually been fine with Kohls until today. My husband went in to the Clinton store to ask if they would help him remove a link in a watch. All he wanted was the use of their tool for a minute.They said since he didn't purchase the watch from them that they would not help him. He went to a small local jewelry store and they gladley helped him. I have shopped plenty over the years at Kohl's but today changed the way I feel.
