I had a cashier attempt to upsell me on their promotion of the day (which is totally fine I understand it's their job to do) and I honestly wasn't interested in getting a bunch of product I didn't want even if it saved me some money. Initially I told her I wasn't interested politely but she continued to push so I conceded and decided to take a look at the promotion options which happened to be body sprays. I picked out one that I thought was decent and I brought it up to the counter and she continued to tell me that I needed two for the promotion. I again told her I wasn't interested and to just put the body spray away and that I was fine with spending the regular amount for what I actually wanted. This cashier continued to press over and over to me the promotion after I had told her I wasn't interested multiple times. A customer shouldn't have to reject a sales associate more than a couple times to get the point across. I eventually got mad and told her to stop because at that point I was mad that she wasn't listening to me. I don't appreciate pushy sales associates sometimes a no is a no and you have to respect it! I shouldn't have to tell you I'm uninterested 5 different times it's bad customer service. Learn how to read the room!!!

She's extremely knowledgeable about new techniques with cutting and coloring hair, and she has experience in a lot of different hair textures. Mine is very fine and limp without intervention, and she makes it look full and voluptuous. My husband, on the other hand, has Asian hair and she knows how to texture and shape it so that it does what he wants instead of getting too heavy or sticking straight up (as it likes to do). She's taken my hair to the blondest of the blonde, to red, then to a rich dark brunette and my hair still feels as healthy as it did when it was virgin. Bonus? She's just freaking adorable and fun. She's down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and knows how to keep the conversation flowing if you're chatty, or when you want to just be quiet and zen, she's down to respect that.
