Love this place. Amazing people to talk with! Lovely Management and a good store! They always help me, curbside is quick and easy. Unfortunately, a lot of people don't get the online coupons. But, they are super easy and I love the deals and points! read more

The store is always immaculate when walking inside--lots of chairs to sit at in the pharmacy area. The staff is amicable on the store part and quick to help. In the pharmacy area, the staff is very knowledgeable and excellent as well. It. The store also has EV charging hoping more businesses go this route. I recommend the store fix before you get in the door the transition when you take a walker across it jams our wheels. read more

My go to place for prescriptions. Like the drive up , but it's always busy. Pretty friendly cashiers. Still reminds me of the old fashioned Drug stores of the past. read more

If I could give a zero I would. WORST customer service ever.. Does anyone have any pride in their job anymore? Apparently not at this Walgreens:( read more

Terrible Service, Cashier was rude and clearly has not worked at this store for very long. Will not be taking my business here ever again. There are plenty of other pharmacies and groceries nearby that offer exceptional service. This is not one of them. Stay Away. read more

Every time I go to this Walgreens I am greeted by friendly employees. The pharmacy works quickly and efficiently and when I cannot find items in the store, employees help me cheerfully. Around Christmas time when I was looking to buy Despicable Me 2, this store was out of copies and the manager offered to drive to a town 15 minutes away after work to bring it to her store the next day because I was not able to drive there myself that day. Wow! She did a great job of going the extra mile! read more

Looking for a pharmacy or photo lab ? Walgreens in Kaysville has the best customer service I've ever received! The pharmacist take the time to go over medications and help with any questions or problems. My husband is diabetic, type 1 since 3 years of age. Getting his medication used to be like pulling teeth every 30 days. Now I just go through the drive through, they make sure the insurance has handled their end, and off I go. Every time I use the photo lab, someone is right there making sure I have everything I need. They are super fast and friendly. The worker told me to wait around and he'd have them done in 15 minutes. 10 minutes later he tracked me down and delivered my finished order. Impressive. Another bonus is the reward system they use to give money back. Two thumbs up Kaysville Walgreens :-) keep it up read more

Since I'd lost my insurance, I had to go to the free clinic to have my prescriptions refilled, which they did, but, because the Kaysville Walgreens is so far from the clinic, it was not in their system, so they were unable to send the prescription electronically, and therefore printed out the prescriptions on a form w/the doctor's signature. Walgreen's Pharmacy, however, refused to fill my antidepressants and anti-anxiety medications, (neither of which are controlled substances), because they said they said the prescription was invalid without validation, so I just have to go without medication and probably kill myself. Good job, guys; keep up the awesome work. read more

My insurance switched my preferred pharmacy and I now have to use Walgreens. I've experienced nothing but stress and frustration with the Kaysville Walgreens. I attempted to set up their app on my phone to fill prescriptions, I even called customer service when it wouldn't finish the set up process, and it never ended up letting me set everything up. I've been told by several pharmacists here that they were going to get my prescription history requested from my previous pharmacy. That never happened. I've also never experienced such poor customer service at a pharmacy before. When I call in, the pharmacists are not courteous or kind. On the phone, or in person, they treat you as if you are interrupting them. I fully understand they are busy, but they should treat each customer as an individual and not as just another transaction to rush through without paying much attention. I'm really hoping there is another pharmacy I can use as this one causes me so much stress. read more

I absolutely love this store! I'm always greeted with a friendly staff and offered assistance. I'm pleased with the rewards program that they offer because I have had so many great rewards from the app and I get at least $10 bucks just about every week or so read more

The pharmacy here is stellar. Staff is always nice, prompt, and helpful. I had an issue with my prescription and the pharmacist was able to resolve the error quickly and efficiently. I used to fill my prescriptions at Walmart, but never again! I've been going to Walgreens for a year and couldn't ask for better, more convenient service. read more

this place used to be so welcoming and nice since I grew up in kaysville. but now it's full of awful workers who don't help anybody. the girls at the photo desk were very kind to me, but the managers are real jerks. I was a previous employee and only got to work for a few days, I was really hoping to return because I was in a very bad state of mind. when I returned to attempt to get my job back after going through training, drug test, back round checks, the whole nine, when I returned there was a new manager named matt who completely made me feel awful about myself and how the situation played out. I was told I was able to come back from zach(a manager) and andrew. they were checking the schedule for me to see. when I went in today I was met with matt, who told me he already hired someone else, even after going in the day before. I tried everything I could. my dad ruined my perfect job opportunity and I had no choice but to stay with him and get therapy. matt is the rudest, more disrespectful man I have ever met. no care for his employers, only himself. this is the worst wallgreens I have ever been to. the sad thing is I grew up coming here as a kid. and I still have to get my prescriptions there while getting dirty looks from the mangers. don't come to this place. the bountiful wallgreens is much kinder and faster then this awful place, full of rotten attitudes from the managers. read more

ALWAYS check your photos before you pay for a photo order. Their quality is not always great, and they will argue with you that they do not 'edit' your photos. I offered to bring the photo I sent to show him the difference. read more

WAY better than the Walgreens in Layton. Wait time is usually minimal and the staff are always nice and happy to answer questions.

We want to give kudos to the staff at Walgreens in Kaysville...we had lots of poster size photos to process. Ashley, the manager did an absolutely AMAZING job of cropping , printing and framing our photos!!! She was not only great at the technical side of her job...she was incredible and fun to work with!!! Very professional and helpful. When she had to step away to help in another department she asked Steve to step in.He also did a very nice job!!! Thanks Walgreens for hiring such great people. We will continue doing business there because of the great staff. read more
