New check in. CVS cannot be bothered to deal with people. Now have a kiosk check in. Will be moving all prescriptions somewhere else.

I have used CVS for quite awhile. My Dr sent a prescription at 3:40 p.m. At 5pm they said they had not received it. I called the doctor and they said it was sent at 3:40 so I waited. I checked on line at 9:00am and said it was in process. At12:00 pm I went to pick it up at the drive through and it was not ready. They told me we are busy any maybe it would be ready in 2 hours. I told them to forget it and called Smiths to have it transferred. That was at 1:00pm. It's now 6:12pm and they still haven't transferred it. This place has become a joke. I also stood in line when I first went there for 30 minutes for them to tell me it wasn't there. read more

I was in line to get my prescription at 4:58 pm An employee came by and said we are closed and locked the gate, everyone waiting was out of luck. He verified that the prescription was called in and ready but would not give it to me. It would have taken him 1 minute to ring it up. Unfortunately the closest CVS pharmacy that is still open is 30 miles away. I need the prescription because I am I'll and in no condition to drive another 30 miles read more

Wow!! Here I am sitting in my car because I was turned away at 9:54! The lady was standing just inside the door. She said "I'm sorry hun but we just closed." What?? Google says 10. I'm pissed off! Seriously so so upset. read more

CVS Pharmacy - the front of the building - Drugstores Near Me - LAYTON, Utah

I'm so glad that this part of Layton is finally getting a facelift! Great location adjacent to WinCo. This store was built about a year ago. I love all the windows in this building! Most drug stores are lacking when it comes to natural light. Great open layout, with all the typical drugstore goodies. Oh yeah, and a huge parking lot - by drugstore standards. I prefer CVS when it comes to eye glasses. I burn through reading glasses...that is to say I break them and lose them...and CVS has the large variety at reasonable prices. Nice pharmacy with 3 pickup windows as well as a drive thru to keep your wait to a minimum...if at all. The pharmacy is open until 9pm on weekdays, and 6pm on weekends. Employees are friendly and helpful. One actually approached me and asked me if I needed help locating anything. That rarely happens anymore. So refreshing! read more

Horrible service at this location. I have been using this pharmacy for 4 years and every single month they miss one of my prescriptions. Each time we pick up we have tried to resolve the issue with the tech's and pharmacists but its a new problem every pick up. I will never use this pharmacy again. read more

Took over 2 days to get Covid results for travel. Paid a lot for nothing. Slow service and hassle. Would've been better off going to Walgreens for a free test that's way faster. read more

This location has the rudest employees in the pharmacy! The rudest ! I called to ask valid COVID questions and was given no help. I asked about payments and insurance and how long the results take and the woman was so snarky and couldn't give me any answers. i don't know what the deal is with this particular store but it seems to be a mess. once a month or so ago my wife and i walked in and there were several display racks knocked over and product all over the floor with no cashier up front. looked like the cashier got pissed off trashed the place and left. more recently ip picked up a prescription that was supposed to be for ninety days but they only gave me thirty days worth. i didn't notice at the time but when i called to get it refilled i found out it wasn't eligible. i went in to the pharmacy and that's when they told me they had charged my insurance for ninety day supply but only gave me thirty days worth. now how does that even happen. their system showed charging for ninety but only giving thirty day. wth. so i had to wait for half an hour for them to figure out how to remedy the situation. had to do a refund and then recharge me even though their system should've showed them having too much in their inventory. i worked retail for 16 yrs. it's an easy solution. any way, next i called in a refill which i was told would be ready by 2 p.m. that day however two days later when i went to pick it up im told they didn't have any thing ready. another 20 min wait for a script that should've been ready. they are having some serious issues and im on the search for a diff pharmacy. read more

Drive-thru pharmacy extremely slow. 10 min per car... no reason for this at all. Been waiting over 30 min.

Haven't had a bad experience at this location and any time we've had a mixup with a prescription they've been good about fixing it.
