This is our go to location for all things medicinal. It's a great location on Antelope Drive that is very accessible - quick and easy to get in and out. The pharmacy has long hours - open u til midnight every day. The staff is always very friendly, and they are fast and efficient and gat their jobs. We come here each year for our flu vaccines as well. Hopefully soon we'll be coming here for a COVID vaccine! Speaking of which, the employees all wear masks and do their part to keep the store safe and clean. read more

What a joke! I got there 3 minutes after they close for lunch. There was a woman waiting that was couching and hacking everywhere so I decided to wait at the drive thru. I sat there for almost 20 minutes and there was a long line of cars behind me when a woman came over the intercom telling me that I could to wait there. So I pulled around and see the long line of people now lined up in front of the drive thru so there I was at the back of the long line after waiting almost 30 minutes. This business has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I use them because they are close and convenient however I will be finding a new pharmacy. They are always short staffed and take forever to get my prescriptions. I called on Saturday morning to request refill, was told it would be available on Sunday. Received a call saying they were out of stock but would get it ordered right away. Called Monday, they closed early. I called Tuesday morning and spoke to the pharmacist Megan and she said they were short staffed and actually told me she didn't CARE! She really said those words. I don't have time to care! This location routinely deletes prescriptions from their database, never has the correct refill amounts, and constantly says your refill isn't due yet and refuses to refill when you're out. I have to call my doctor's almost EVERY month to fix it. Even my doctors say they call this location Constantly to fix prescriptions and don't recommend this walgreens. I'm told by their staff as many as 50 a month. I called walgreens corporate office, and they literally told me they don't make mistakes nor do their people and to stop complaining and go somewhere else. read more

do not go to this pharmacy! and or dont waste your time using same-day delivery for your prescriptions. sunday i went on walgreens app and did same-day delivery. it said for it to be delivered no later than 4pm. after 4pm, i called and spoke to chi. she said she knew nothing and for me to call fed-ex? well its sunday and fedex is closed? i asked to speak to someone who knew of the same day delivery service. she gets on the phone and says there is nothing we can do. so i offer to come pick up the prescriptions since i had already paid for them and she says no we wont allow you to do that. so she canceled it on walgreens side and she said in order for me to receive my prescriptions i would need to cancel it on the app and then repurchase? even though i had already paid for them. so now i was going to be out the money twice? i said this doesnt sound right, maybe you as employees should be trained on the app. she responded with well that would be impossible. it's really sad as consumers to be treated this way. clearly this store has issues, the ratings are not good. about 4 months ago i was there one night to pick up my prescriptions and of course the drive thru was closed "due to lack of staff". i was waiting and i witnessed a tech yelling at an older man because the man was just asking why the pharmacy closed at 10pm, when it is advertised to be a 24 hour. i actually called the next day and spoke with a manager about how badly that older man had been treated. so i actually ended up having my prescriptions transferred to walmart and i had a pleasant experienced and was treated like a human being. read more

The WORST. Walked in to pick up Rx. Ten people in line. Jumped into my car to hit the Drive Thru Rx Window. Third in line and it took TWENTY MINUTES. I get to the window and the woman asks my name. She grabs my Rx, drops it in the bin and walks away to to other things in the pharmacy area, and stopping to chat to two others. The line of waiting cars is out to the street. My 90 year-old mother was trapped in the drive-through pick-up line for 45 minutes yesterday at 2:30pm. Understandably irritated, she asked the pharmacy tech what the problem was and since it was taking so long for them to assist the person ahead of her, why didn't they ask him to go inside for service. The pharmacy tech proceeded to lecture her about trying to jump the line. He continued to argue with her, so obviously the service was horrible. Sounds right when you look at the other reviews. We will be moving to another pharmacy. read more

I don't know why my husband hasn't changed pharmacies. They consistently don't have his prescription on time and never give him the needles he needs to administer the injections he needs. He has to ask for the techs for needles every time and they begrudgingly give him barely enough to get him to the next refill. There have been times where they have refused to give him any and we have had to shop at IFA for needles just so he can get his medication inside of him. They're inconsiderate and I wonder if they are trained by Walgreens to act this dumb. read more

Unbelievably horrible experience! I went in to schedule an appointment for a shingles shot. I patiently waited my turn in line for about 15 minutes. When i eventually made it to the window i asked about making an appointment for a Shingles Vaccine. I was immediately interrupted and told they could not make an appointment for me and to use the website or APP. I already had the APP open on my phone and was not able to locate a menu to schedule the vaccine. Then the pharmacist called the next person in line leaving me there without any further help. I then attempted to explain it was not working and again i was brushed off and the next person was called to the window while I was still there. Terrible customer service. Later that afternoon my wife made an appointment for the same store. When I arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment the pharmacy was closed! No courtesy phone call, text message or email to inform me they were closed. To summarize the experience in one word: Pathetic. read more

Lily is the worst pharmacy customer service person I have gme er dealt with. She has an attitude for no reason and walks away while you talk to her. Her communication skills are lacking and I think might have communication issues, I'm not sure if they are a "special needs" hire facility with no due disrespect but she was too blankly rude to be not possibly have a mental issue... she is too confusing and walked away from me twice, when I had a question dropping off the prescription and when I thanked her at the end, either way I wouldn't recommend this place read more

I feel like this location is decent. Every time I enter, it seems like it's really slow, and the employees are not eager to jump to your service. I feel like I am constantly flagging them down when I need their attention. I am in here regularly to drop off packages for FedEx to collect (for business) and I usually have to wait 10-15 minutes before I can get someone to simply scan my package. If possible, it's better for me to just drop off at a FedEx location as I don't have to wait for a person to assist me! I wish the service was faster, but I can't complain too much here. read more

Went to pickup a prescription, no greeting, no "be with u in a min", just 3x folks ignoring the counter while i attempt to get their attention...when I'm finally acknowledged (again not greeting, no smile) the guy spends minutes staring at his computer screen and tells me it will be filled in 15minutes...45 mins later I'm at the counter wondering if I've been transported to hell...nope, just Walgreens. This time I get a friendlier lady who tells me it will be ready in 3 mins...when I let her know it's been 45 mins she asks who told me that, I point to the guy & she rolls her eyes telling me this is a common problem. When it's finally ready I ask for my insurance card that the guy took...when asked he has no clue where it is!! The death of retail is not online business, it is the complete lack of customer service & professionalism in the store! I've used Walgreens for years, and have for a few years had a controlled substance prescription. Many times, I've been advised to call ahead, to be sure that they have it in stock. So, I called today, and was told that she didn't know. I'd been inquiring about the cash prices for a few prescriptions, and she told me that the others I was asking about were in stock, but this particular one she "didn't know". I decided not to press it, even though I felt that I was being blown off, because they usually have it. But, when I went there, lo and behold, they didn't. I've had several not so good experiences at this store in the last couple of months, since moving here, and this was the proverbial straw. I'll be doing business elsewhere, from now, on. P.S. Enept in every way! I have a monthly injection I take; I signed up for the calls and text alerts to ensure they had everything necessary to contact me. I have been waiting over a week for my scheduled injection to be filled. I received a text saying it was delayed. I called today to make sure it was filled before driving down there. Not only wasn't it refilled, they FAILED to contact the doctor's office for another P.A., they failed to contact Insurance to find out that's what was needed, they also failed to call or text me. Now my scheduled injection will be late. This is peoples health and lives they're screwing up!!! This isn't the first time. The pharmacist sounded like a bumbling idiot when I tried talking to them. Said he didn't know why I wasn't contacted. I hate this freaking pharmacy!! I wouldn't use them, but for now, they're the only ones that get this medication. I have had multiple bad experiences with this Walgreens. Go anywhere else! They have "lost" called in prescriptions three times and I changed insurance 8 months ago and every single time I go in my prescriptions are delayed because they haven't bothered to change it in the computer. I called today before I went in to make sure they had the right information and asked the guy to make a note, I got there and they didn't have my info. And the woman, Barbara, was so rude to me. I hate Walgreens. If you like standing in line forever, or sitting there waiting for an eternity for your prescription to be filled, then this is the place for you! Okay. I've been holding this back for a while now and today was the last straw. This location is continually understaffed, rude, and abrupt in the pharmacy department. God knows my insurance and I have given them tens of thousands of dollars over the years and I expect more respect than the staff at this location show. If you give a time frame in which a prescription will be ready- HAVE IT READY unless it is a circumstance out of your control, like out of stock. I don't consider "I didn't get around to it" a circumstance out of your control. I don't have time to get a babysitter, take time off work, or sit in your parking lot for another hour with screaming children while I wait for you all to get around to filling my scripts that you stated IN PERSON would be ready a long time ago. If you can't guarantee it, don't say it- people rely on that time frame. It's as simple as that. Lastly, if I call you out on your discrepancy, I deserve some respect, not some excuse like "well I'm the only one here". WHY are you the only one here when there's a line a mile long, like there is every single day? WALGREENS- properly staff your pharmacy so customers aren't kept waiting hours on end and your staff isn't grumpy all day! Ain't nobody got time for that! read more
