I wish I could name them all by name, but there is one especially who has made an invaluable difference in my life. Not just by the way he has treated me, nor by the way he has treated everyone else, but by the personal impression he has made in my life. I am truly a better man by witnessing his example and feeling his care and concern for me individually. ..Riley I want to thank you for all you have done for me. Thank you. Each time I have came in and seen him he is actively making the best possible difference in the lives of those around him. Each time he is smiling with a positive attitude and seems to always be helping someone. I know I'm not the only one he brings smiles to because I've seen others thankful and grateful for him going out of his way to take care of their needs. I called and checked to make sure that it would be a valid form of payment and was assured by customer service that it would be. We drove over and it was down. Having said that, when we arrived they held the door open and every single person greeted us warmly. When they realized that we couldn't pay for gas, they suggested to cross the parking lot and load it to a gift card and use it for gas. They even offered to do it themselves. After thanking them I prepared to head across the parking lot, unload all the kids, go in, purchase the $15 gift card, go back, load them all into the truck again and drive and attempt to get gas...again. When Bert came out to the parking lot and advised me that, Jeri, the manager had paid for my gas and was profusely sorry for the confusion and inconvenience. I was blown away. I won't be fueling up anywhere else from now on if I can help it. Thank you ladies for your grace and outstanding commitment to customer service that was so rare it restored some of my faith in humanity and America.
