The products are ALWAYS fresh and come with expiration dates, as well as made on dates and who by! I've never, in the last decade of shopping here, had an issue where I've needed to make a return or leave due to a rude employee. Their employees are so happy and knowledgeable. I've came in a couple different times just in the last year where a couple of different employees completely turned my day around. One of those days being today! I was bummed because the candle I www after was gone, and she found one that was going to be thrown out so she just gave it to me! It was incredible and it made me so happy! The only thing I would love to see would be a rewards program of some sort (other than the recycle program) because I spend a LOT here haha! Overall definitely worth the stop in every single time, and if you're in the area and don't have a Lush near you. I would highly recommend just stopping in! Just about every time I go in lately there are young kids milling about in groups and according to a friend of mine that works there, they are often shoplifting. The mother gave no mind to her daughter's actions. She even encouraged it!! What are you teaching your kids when you're letting them go into a place of business, and take up space and time away from the people that are there to do business inside the store? i'm embarrassed for these parents and more than that, these parents should be embarrassed for themselves and their kids. Please, PLEASE, teach your kids that Sephora isn't a "hangout" nor is it a place to play dress up with the samplers. Teach your kids what it is to respect a business.

I have been coming to Elase at Station Park, off and on, for about 3 years for IPL to my face, neck and chest. The week before, I made my usual IPL appointment and with a specific esthetician. I showed up to my appointment on time and checked in. The receptionist said that esthetician called in sick and another would do my treatment. But, she only had time to do IPL to my face instead of my usual treatment. I was also given the opportunity to reschedule the treatment to all three areas and with my original esthetician over the next week or two. Unfortunately for me, this was Friday afternoon, I had taken time off work and cleared my schedule for the next few days to heal from the swelling I always have after IPL. And, I was gonna go out of town for a couple of weeks. I couldn't do this again anytime soon. I was angry because I thought I should have (at least) been called before I showed up but, also because I made this appointment in person and confirmed twice... and to no avail! During the back and forth, Kelsie came out and kindly offered to do my entire treatment right now! She said it would be no problem and that she would "make it happen." I was thrilled! During the treatment, she was charming and personable... as always! She did an amazing job and I got an awesome result. 2/5 stars -- Honest Review: Small Implant + Lift…read more I had a breast lift with a small implant (under 300cc) and spent over $12,000 hoping for a refreshed, natural result. I'm 45, have had kids, and had lost volume over the years. I wasn't looking for huge--just perky and full again. What I got instead was... underwhelming. Yes, the nipples are higher and my chest looks better without a bra, but under clothes? It's almost like nothing changed. I still look and feel deflated in the upper pole. I still struggle with bras because my shape wasn't corrected enough for the implant to "carry" the rest. And the worst part? The doctor made it seem like I'd have this youthful, round look--but didn't prepare me at all for what happens when you put a small implant under soft, naturally sag-prone tissue. I don't necessarily regret the lift--it helped--but for the price, I expected more than subtle swelling that disappeared after a few months. If you're thinking of doing a lift with a small implant, ask: * Will it correct the upper pole volume, or will your natural tissue still droop? * Will you be dependent on specific bras just to get the look you paid for? * Are they showing you realistic before/afters for your body type--not just tight-skinned 30-year-olds? Bottom line: If you're hoping for a noticeable difference in shape and fullness, a small implant might not cut it.
