Yes, the nipples are higher and my chest looks better without a bra, but under clothes? It's almost like nothing changed. I still look and feel deflated in the upper pole. I still struggle with bras because my shape wasn't corrected enough for the implant to "carry" the rest. And the worst part? The doctor made it seem like I'd have this youthful, round look--but didn't prepare me at all for what happens when you put a small implant under soft, naturally sag-prone tissue. I don't necessarily regret the lift--it helped--but for the price, I expected more than subtle swelling that disappeared after a few months.
