I had a pedicure with Cathy and it was great. We were visiting for a wedding and had some time, so we went to the second floor shop and were excited to see it spacious and clean. The only disappointing pedicure I've ever gotten. Was so rushed and sloppy. The nail tech bumped one of my nails while it was still wet and instead of fixing it correctly, she threw two coats of polish and the top coat on all within 10 seconds, causing the polish to look diluted and messy. She barely touched the calluses on my heels. Apparently I wasn't worth more than the 10 minutes she spent on me. I won't be back. read more

The guy did my pedicure. Worst pedicure ever! He barely gave a foot massage and doesn't know what he's doing. Only spent 5-10 seconds exfoliating each one of my feet! That's it?! Really?! Aren't I paying for this as a service? He didn't even clean under my toe nails at all. My nails, he bumped both of my big toes and just covered it with top coat polish hoping I wouldn't notice, but when he said my feet were finished I looked and saw (not small) but HUGE dents in the polish! The lady working on the client next to me chimed in and says "well that's because you bumped your polish when you were on your phone". Umm ... excuse me?? You were not a part of this process. Lying and blaming the customer is not smart, okay. The woman told him to fix it and wiped off the polish and started over ... what a waste of time. Seriously. I don't have time for this crap. Asked if anyone knew how to shape Stilleto nails CORRECTLY and was told they would have me down with someone knowledgeable, when shaping came around they botched the shape and got upset when I asked them to correct them. They are skilled when it comes to nails, but be careful they add on charges. I've been seeing one technician for months and at my last appointment AFTER she painted my nail she said the nail polish I chose was more money, but it was NOT marked anywhere and it's a color I had chosen previously. I though that was unusual (dishonest) and let it pass until today when she started to fill my nails and told me it was extra to shorten my nails and extra to ask for 3 coats of polish (I have always had 3 coats, I don't like to be able to see through the polish) and it was extra to fix one that had mildly lifted on the edge. Prices are reasonable, so the techs work hard and get tired. No money left for great decor.
