The reviews weren't great but we took a chance and i am so glad we did!! I will definitely be coming back in the future. The service was quick. The staff were so kind. The salon was cute and clean! The cost was reasonable. I wish i knew the gal who did my nails but she did such a great job. I am so in love with my nails and will be returning in the future. Really embarrassed because I took my family here to get our nails done for a wedding and we all left with ugly rushed nails. A clear front desk with a sign-in iPad! Three employees greeted me immediately and I felt welcomed and comfortable. There was clear direction on what to do and where to sit. I had an appointment with BONNIE. I did do a little research before hand to scope out what nail tech I wanted to book with for my Full Set. I could immediately tell that Bonnie's work was clean, not lumpy, symmetrical and precise. I had virtually no wait time and was pleased to be seated almost immediately after picking my colors. The layout is well organized and thought out. There are 16 really nice pedicure chairs with massagers and they have a little piece that lifts up to hold your leg while they remove calluses. A MUST in my opinion! Down the center there are 10 labeled manicure desks with large lights, Hooks for your purse and comfortable seats. It's very clear where you need to sit and theres plenty of room. Theres a large mirror along the back wall with a sink and work station for the staff. Multiple TVs and a variety of things playing. The ambiance is nice with soft "travel" music and videos to match. The lighting is cohesive and everything looks clean and orderly. Good ventilation and high ceilings. Overall well thought out and stylish. This place is the ideal nail spa with friendly and accommodating staff. You don't ever feel like anyone's talking about you like you do in other salons and the staff are friendly and happy overall. I moved here about 7 years ago from Los Angeles where the nail salon scene is extremely competitive and top notch. I have to say that it's taken me 7 years to find the quality, cleanliness, caring nature and immaculate work this salon has. Bonnie is by far a professional with a kind and friendly personality. I never once felt like I needed to see if she was going to be able to achieve my inspiration picture. She absolutely nailed it and went above and beyond my expectations. Needless to say I found my new go to nail salon. Thank goodness it's down the street, but even if it wasn't, I'd drive however far I needed to go to a quality place like this. I end with this. I explained several times what I wanted. They had me switch seats/techs 3x. When I said they had painted the nails orange instead of white, they said no that's not what you said. He literally pulled the "no that's your finger that's crooked..." She then made an appointment for my wife to see her today Sunday at noon. Then I told Cindy my wife will only use ORLY GelFX on her nails and Cindy told me yes that's what she uses. All good so far. My wife shows up Sunday at noon and they told my wife that she is off on Sunday. That she called in sick. Then my wife has another man work on her nails who then told her they do not use GelFX, but they use something similar. My wife said it was junk. But the man did a great job on her nails! Thank goodness that Lily is still here. She is so good at the craft of threading that her threading technique is really soft to the touch. Other threaders at other locations push down hard and makes it uncomfortable, but NOT Lily. She's the total opposite! I love that she is also detail oriented and knows how to shape your eyebrows without overdoing them to make them thin (you know what I mean). She has never made my eyebrows uneven, ever. When she feels like your eyebrows need to grow out more in some parts, she will make sure she won't touch it. I've been to her for a few months now and I'm grateful that she's at Ez Eyebrows. If you come, I highly suggest requesting her if she's working while you're here. You will not regret it! Here's the process: you walk in, at the counter right when you walk in on the right hand side has a check in kiosk. Check in with your number and fill out the information. On the screen, it'll also show you the pricing of each service. After checking in, walk towards the back of the room and there are couches. This is where you wait if there are people ahead of you. They will then call you over once they are ready for you. This location is located right behind Newgate Mall and there's plenty of free parking here. It does get busy here on the weekends so I suggest coming here on the weekdays.
