My daughters and myself went in around Halloween time, one daughter asked for coffin shape and got point almond shape with different lengths and crooked shapes. the other daughter asked for black with ghosts. She ended up with a dark gray with what looked like white smears. I feel if a tech can't do a design then they shouldn't say they can. My tech burned my nail bed several times with the dremel. This place sucks. Really. I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to my nails. I just want a basic gel pedicure and full set. The pedicure steps were in a crazy random order. Like putting cuticle softener on my toes, then immediately putting my feet back in the water, which just washed it off. A few lazy passes of the pumice stone. Her hair kept touching my feet. Nail polish not well done. I'm just telling myself they look fine from far away My nails sucked too. I asked for a longer ballerina shape, or coffin if she couldn't manage ballerina, and I ended up with misshapen short square nails. I tried to guide her throughout that they were going to be too short if she kept filing, and that she needed to file the sides, not the top. She'd then just file the top. In one ear and immediately out the other. I'm at Walmart now buying a kit to fix then because they're so bad. Just thoroughly irritated. read more

Went in for a wax the lady did a quick wax on my brows lip and chin she got wax in my hair missed a lot of of stray hairs on my chin she was rough wiping my face when she was done and pulling my hair trying to get the wax she got into my hair. Never going to return Brows $10 Lip $6 Chin $15 read more

I always want to give people a shot. I just don't think the skill level is there at this establishment for a quality manicure. The actual trim and buff was ok, no lotion or massage, and the polish is bumpy. Would not recommend. read more

So when I walked in I showed him the picture I wanted and they made it seem like it was too much or too hard or like they just didn't want to do it but anywaysFirst the guy was helping me get my nails off but I'm used to them using a some instrument that easily just poked them off they had my hands being soaked for literally an hour in nail polish remover all while I am thinking OK anytime now but instead he helped some other customer that walked in behind me so without even warning me that it's gonna take a while he just totally help some other customer that who came behind me. Then finally after it seemed like an hour and a half after he got doing that other girls nails it was the nail lady behind me she didn't say anything to me she just turned around and took my phone I said very loudly hey that's my phone and she's like handing me to go on that desk like I was supposed to know I was going to get my nails done by her I don't know just a very unprofessional very overpriced place I will not come back again read more

If I could rate no stars I would. Worst experience in a nail salon we've ever had !! I took my friend here for her birthday to get a mani/pedi and the man who did her nails finished both before I even had my manicure started. He rushed through everything and when she asked him nicely to correct stuff on her nails he repeatedly said "it was her nails, not him." She got French tip on her toes and you can still see the red nail polish underneath that she came in with. He didn't attempt to clean up any of the white tips to make them straight and look clean. He put a random glitter sparkle(that she didn't not ask for or want) over the toes to make them look better but it didn't help at all. For her manicure she asked for a silver glitter gel polish which on the nail display was completely covered in silver and not clear at all. He only wanted to do 2 coats even though she asked him to put another on so it was more full and less see-through. Her manicure ended up clear with minimal silver sparkles and ended up looking dirty and when she asked him to do her cuticles he ignored her and didn't touch them. We told them we weren't happy with our nails and the manager contacted us and told her she could fix them but only if we went to another location. After driving 30 minutes to meet her she didn't want to hear anything we had to say about our experience so we didn't fend off the clients she already had. We weren't talking loud or even rude about it we just wanted her to know what we went through so no other customers would have to. To fix the toes all she did was file them down and not touch the white tips. For her nails she had to completely take off the gel and start from scratch. We weren't going to complain anymore because it clearly wasn't doing anything but now we know that Tammy Lynn Nails doesn't care about fixing the mistakes they made. 0/10 recommend! read more

Was not a pleasant experience not even worth what I paid. Jenny was not welcoming and she was rushing Steph the whole time. Jenny also BURNED my hand with the paraffin wax by shoving my hand into the wax even though Steph was waiting for it to cool down because she knew it was hot! While being there another customer also complain about Jenny behavior towards the employees. I called the owner immediately after leaving but she wanted me to drive all the way to there Layton location when I live in Ogden. Terrible experience especially for my first time! I will never return my appointment was at 3:50 and I was left there for 40 minutes before I was even attended to my nails were super chunky I kept getting stopped and put to the side to wait and when my nails were done they did not look like the picture at all they couldn't even do the style that they said they could do to begin with and when I was pointing out the mistakes nothing was done about it I'm taking my nails off tonight!! I tried calling asking for eyebrow services and the lady on the phone was so rude. Just told me to wait and then hung up on me, called again and she told me she didn't know and had such attitude when I asked if I could come in if they did offer eyebrow services, then she just hung up on me again. read more

honestly, we keep coming to this place but it's because all of the other ones in town are worse. they are all nice people, however when you call to make an appointment they will always tell you they aren't busy and they have time for you, then you show up and they have a wait of like 10 people and sit you in a pedicure chair for 40-50 minutes before someone even comes to do your pedicure. if they're busy i'm happy for their business but they need to communicate this with their customers and stop trying to trick everyone into showing up. this problem causes all of their work to be extremely rushed. i feel bad writing this because the people really are so nice here, and they don't do a bad job which is why we keep coming back. they have the potential to do a good job, if they just were organized and ran their business a little better. read more
