Came just before noon on a Saturday and I was able to get a pedicure chair right away. I got the deluxe pedicure for $30 and was pretty happy with it. I think I had the owner working on me which was fine, except she got distracted a lot by answering the phone and helping other people. But I wasn't in a hurry. After using tools on me, I saw her wash and sanitize them right away, which is great! I was hoping for a bit more of a massage on my feet, it seemed the people next to me got great massages, but a bunch of people came in at that time and I think I got hurried a bit. Not bad though. Customer service was good, she asked me some questions that I could elaborate on if I was feeling chatty (which I wasn't) so then mostly just worked. I've been to CT Nails three times. I've had two different women do my nails and they were excellent! I give them a 5 star. My nails last long around four weeks before my cuticles start to really shows gaps between cuticles and the acrylic. They are convenient and close to my house so I go there. But, their salon is VERY DIRTY so I give it a 1 star for that. I honestly don't know how they can work in such a filthy environment. The tables where customers place their arms is not cleaned in between customers. It is always busy so I guess most people don't care about the cleanliness. To average my two ratings I give CT Nails a 3 star. I'm looking for a new, cleaner place to have my nails done. read more

Amazing!!! I got it for my wife and myself. Yes... strong men get pedicures too!!! I even had all the scrubs and clay and they painted my toe nails sparkly turquoise. My daughters loved the nails. The services was nice and friendly and the massage chairs for while you get a pedicure are awesome. Only complaint is the quality of the work. Could be better, but not terrible for the price. Update: Lowered my rating from 3 star to 1 for two reasons. First, my wife's toenail gel paint began to flake off after just two days. But more importantly, when it came time to remove the polish, her nails were ruined. No amount of remover will take off all the paint and the top layer of her nails is gone and they are rough. Very sad and disappointed as I've been coming here for years. I have breast cancer at 39, I am a student at Weber State and life is difficult. I loved the way that they all did my nails but then all of a sudden today they told me that I am unwanted there . It hurt me so bad and I left crying. Save your money and go somewhere -where they actually care about you. Other note: I called in at 9:35 am to get my nails done- they said to come on in . I did, instead after waiting forty minutes and then sitting down - the lady who was doing my manicure not only made me bleed, but she then made me get up and get out of my seat so another lady could sit down. Then I waited another 30 minutes and when I asked for someone to do my nails in the almond shape- no one wanted to do my nails. So Lee did my nails. I am beyond disappointed at how they treated me. Had 3 nails left on from my last set I got at this place, and was coming in to get new set. The lady that did my nails used another fake nail to jam under my nail to get the other very thick acrylic left on my nails. I told her it was hurting but still proceeded to rip my nails off. The nails she took off were bleeding. I realized how bad these gashes were and told her I wouldn't be continuing with the service. Won't be returning back to the salon so in pain and will surely have to be waiting to have my nails healed before I get nails again. I came in for a simple fill. I wanted to get a black French tips with a little bit of glitter under the French tip. They said it would 25$ for "extra work". I thought that was a little steep for a line of glitter. They rushed me in out and didn't give me the shape I asked for even though I asked multiple times. I like coffin, they kept it square even after I asked him to fix it. Well a week goes by and my nails are lifting and failing off. You definitely get what you pay for here. If you just want nails for a week it's a great choice. They don't do any cuticle work, they overcharge for any time of work other than a solid color. Was charged extra for taking off the gel I applied over a month ago, I could have picked it off before she realized and saved myself $5. Also, she seemed to have a hard time covering the whole nail. My manicure was a better experience and cheap but she squared my nails and the were perfectly shaped before. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to! The shape of my nails were horrible, so much so that I had to take the file and fix it myself they were slanted and in a pizza shape. I get home and the gel lifts off of five of my finger nails because it was placed on way too thick and not done correctly. Do not go here they do not know what they are doing my nails are also so thick they look disgusting! I can guarantee the lady who did my nails is not legally certified to do nails. I used to love this place but so does everyone else! It's just too busy, especially now that the weather is warm. I am not sure who did my last manicure but it must have been the owner or wife of? She literally did not even look down at my nails. She was constantly looking around, answering her cell and business phone, jumping up to help others. It's a good sign that they are busy, but they may need a dedicated person to take care of walk-ins and phone. I won't go back. I have been going to ct nails for years. And had a regular person to do my pedicure and fills named Emily. Emily did a good job in terms of shape and painting. Where I have an issue with ct nails and Emily was I would make an appointment and every time I still had to wait 30+ minutes. I understand things happen, but the last time I made my appointment I scheduled it for 9am and she was still 30 minutes late. I kept asking "where is she?" And they kept saying " she's on her way". Then I'm the bad one because I didn't understand she had to take her daughter to school. If someone would just say " can you come at 9:30..." but no one does that. You make the appointment and just wait. Why make appointments if you cannot stick to the schedule. The other thing is I like to be in and out as fast as possible. I don't need the message and things that are nice, but I just want to get in and out. Because I came in every 2 weeks I found that Emily would skip steps thinking I would not notice . I also find management to be lazy and not customer friendly and the facility just feels dirty. So I will just take my business else where that appreciates a loyal customer. read more

My husband and I decided to come in for pedicures. We didn't have an appointment so I figured we'd be waiting awhile and that was fine. They got us in our massage chairs relatively quickly but we were waiting an hour before our pedicures began. When we started they never asked me which level of pedicure I wanted or if I wanted any other services. The woman doing my pedicure was really in a hurry and while painting my toe nails she got polish on my toes in a few areas. I figured she would remove it later but she instantly started putting the top coat on. She literally just did a dab of top coat on each nail and didn't smear it on the nails at all. I could have made them look better than she did. She also used a callus remover to remove my calluses but only for like a second on each foot. It made my feet more rough than before I came in. I drive by this salon everyday and I finally decided to go in. The workers are all very attentive and friendly and they sat me down right away. I did however stop because I noticed they were a little empty so that's probably why. The quality of work is not good in my opinion. I went in for gel manicure and pedicure and they left it all over my skin, yet somehow still managed to leave some edges empty and missing nail polish. Not only that but the total for painting my nails (no cuticle or filing,etc. JUST PAINT) and for a pedicure was 50 and literally my toe nails weren't even filed down to decrease sharpness or to make them even.
