Here's a polished version of your Yelp review: I will NEVER go back to this nail salon, and here's why: 1. I walked in for a simple color change and had to wait for the employee to finish her own pedicure before helping me. 2. My nails were shaped crooked, pointy, and uneven. 3. There were visible bubbles in the nails, which ruined the look entirely. 4. The shade applied to my nails didn't match the example on their palette. When I pointed this out, she insisted it was correct, despite the clear difference. The lack of professionalism and quality is unacceptable. I do not recommend this salon to anyone looking for decent service or results. read more

The lady who did my pedicure messed up the French for over 30 minutes and she couldn't stop using the cuticle cuter on my skin. She clipped my pinky nail down to nothing. I consistently said ow and pulled away my foot to signal to her she is cutting too much and it hurts, then she would slap the nail polish removed on it which burned. Overall never coming back here again from this one experience. read more

When we went to pay they made us pay $70 and couldn't tell us what the extra charge was. On top of all of this they asked for a tip. Used to love this place!!! Recently I feel as if they are just tip hungry and will do anything in their power to up the price of what you request for. Have came here multiple times but the last 2 times have been increasingly hard to make it worth coming back. The first time, my aunt wanted just regular nail polish no gel which is $25 dollars and the lady threw a fit about her not wanting gel because she wouldn't get a good tip.. I still came back because it didn't affect me directly, this time I came with my parents. I told them all 3 of us wanted the $30 dollar pedicure special. My mom and I got gel which is maybe another $5-10 each and my dad didn't get any polish. So total should've been around $100-110 for all three of us. But the price came out to be $160 which is odd.. my parents voiced that they were overcharged but they didn't do anything about it. I was still getting my toes done when this happened and when I was getting up they came over and were flaunting my mom's money to the girl doing my toes and they were all ecstatic. Will not be returning until they are fair to customers and give them what they ask for and don't up charge. read more

One of the nail techs was so rude to my sister. Telling her that by choosing the basic pedicure package, she was taking away from her commission. She was quite rude, sighing heavily when she couldn't find the color my sister chose from the nail color menu she handed my sister. I was in 2x's in the last 6 weeks, should have learned my lesson the first time! $110. For a nail fill and a basic pedicure ! I was not happy, ohhh next time you come you keep same color it will be cheaper, as I checked out $5 cheaper wth!!! They would not allow me to walk over to the nail polish wall to see if they had the color I found in gel! Kept playing dumb, that color is gel, I know i am asking is this color over there in the same color in polish no gel, I know, I don't want to pay an xtra $15 for gel on my toes if you have it in polish , adamant they kept me in the pedicure chair, the. The new girl cut my square corners off my big toes that I put acrylic on due to I don't like my big toes, and I can get them square with acrylic had them so short, thick, round and uneven, I started to panic , I said stop just stop these are horrible! The manager came over with her portable drill and started filing them down and build the sides up with more acrylic finally got them decent , then continued to argue with me about the gel and nail polish color for them! I was so frustrated I just did the gel! They act dumb and continue to say another $5 or another $10 or another $15 they rob you without you realizing as you ask a question they already have their plan of attack! I was so upset I had to come home and square of nails because they narrowed my tips also, then my toes looked like I had stuck bottle caps on them! They are all in cahoots with each other! I strongly advise not to go here! A friend of mine as I was telling her about the last 2 x's said she went a couple weeks ago, the offended her and her gel polish peeled off of her toes within 3 days, then she walked in to show them they were full of reasons why ! Just don't go here! Don't do it! You will be broke and unsatisfied! read more

This is a warning. Don't waste your time and money. I went in for a manicure and a pedicure, simple right? It was a fiasco. I had 2 services done. My manicure was done with color on my cuticles and underneath the tips of my finger nails. I kept asking the nail tech to please clean the polish on my skin. With a loud sigh and telling me it will be extra because it was not part of the manicure!?! Oh and no cuticle oil or that's another charge. I have asked to see their licenses no license was hung in this place. I did not pay the full price. They charged $40.00 for a pedicure and I told them it was not worth it so I just paid them $20.00 the pedicure was just as bad with a different technician didn't massage my feet and no lotion was provided because that was extra!?! They charged $60.00 I told them it was not worth it and I paid what was fair $25.00. Worst experience not worth your time and money. read more
