I don't normally write reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. Called in the morning to make a reservation for 3pm. Arrived at 3pm and was not assisted until an hour later. It wasn't even crazy crowded, just extremely slow with minimal service. I asked for French tips which were then painted pink for some reason, not something I asked for. $75 for two pedicures that were poorly done and caused us to waste the afternoon. got my nails done today and I am fairly happy with the results considering they did not have the color I originally wanted. however I paid an arm and a leg for them. I literally got french tips and paid $80 not including a tip. I was STUNNED when I was told how much I owed. I will never go again for that exact reason. I'm a broke collage student who wanted to treat herself. but I was expecting to pay maybe $60. Prices are a complete joke!! read more

I stumbled upon this place and started going here since it opened. My family and I love the pedicures. I think I have only done a manicure and gel nails once as I usually get mine done in slc. My daughter takes her boyfriend and I take my husband. To all the complaints regarding enough attention or time. Listen we are living in a pandemic, make an appointment. Your experience will more than likely be different and they will allocate more time and attention to you. You honestly cannot expect to walk into any salon without an appointment and not have a wait. I don't know what these bad reviews are seeing but their experiences are nothing like what I experience at Color Nails. Maybe their artists were having horrible days, we all have them. These people are professional and kind and generous and funny and consistent and they work their butts off. They are solid human beings with incredible work ethic. I've been coming here since it's been safe to get your nails done again and they are so thoughtful about face masks and hygiene, it's incredibly appreciated. A wonderful woman named Amy did my nails today, with dip powder. I had to take pictures and show everyone because they're beautiful and (no offense to anyone who's done them in the past!) they're the best dip powder manicure I've ever had and I am in love with them! I came in wanting my old set taken off for a new one. They proceeded to get upset with me saying that my set is still good (which they weren't, multiple were broken). Then they starting to rip off my old acrylics with fake tips. I told her that my nails are thin and sensitive and it hurt. She said that why you should've done a fill. My pedicure was mediocre. I couldn't really relax because I was getting my nails ripped off. Honestly my new set does look good but going through all that pain and being treated like garbage is not worth $130 dollars. Save your money and go some where else. read more

Usually i'm one to give the benefit of the doubt but my experience wasn't the best. Not only did i tell my nail tech to be careful because my nails were thin but he kept drilling even after i flinched a couple of times. yes it hurt and yes i did tell him that. Now that my gel manicure is off, my nails are RUINED. Not to mention that they chipped off in a matter of 2 days which is ridiculous. My nails are now extremely sensitive and it has me in tears over how bad they look. i will never come back to this salon again. read more

I went on a very busy night! It started out okay but as the pedicure progressed I could see that we got less and less attention. I went with two friends and I could see that they got less and less time with the exfoliation and massage compared to me that pedicure had started first. Also there was an employee who never had a mask on the entire time. At this point in the pandemic I just don't see any reason for that. Especially with how many people and how close she interacted with customers. My pedicure was fine but the overall experience was lacking! read more

I've had my nails and toes done here at least 15 times. I always have a great experience. The atmosphere is nice. They play good relaxing music. They have pleasant shows on the tv's... no chaotic news channels. Just some nice Asian cooking channels usually. I've had a few different people do my nails. They are all equally great. I've recently started to request Abby. Just because she's so sweet. I don't like to talk much when I get my nails done. So she's the perfect amount of conversation for me. They don't pressure me to get something I don't want. I always get a gel manicure... sometimes something creative, sometimes just a solid color on all 10 fingers. And when I want a pedicure, I just get the regular paint with the deluxe pedicure. Super nice. Super easy. I have never had an issue. My favorite nail salon in the area. read more

I've visited this salon a few times and always had a great experience. I always make appointments and ask for Aaron. He's great! Unfortunately, he's out of town, so I had someone else today for a pedicure. I was disappointed she didn't even say hello when she sat down in front of me. She was on the phone through her AirPod during my entire service. She seemed very disinterested, rushed, and started to apply my nail color without even applying a base coat. I have a pedicure at least once a month, I've never seen a nail tech not apply a base coat. ‍ I hope this salon doesn't go downhill, because I've really enjoyed all my services previously. read more

They were very busy. I would of rather been turned away than ave my pedicure rushed through. I did make appointment ahead of time. My massage chair wasn't working. She didn't do a clear coat on my toes and then she rushed away to start doing someone else's nails and never returned. I didn't put a tip on the receipt at first. I was irritated to even pay as much as I did for the service I didn't get. A different lady who did my daughters pedicure handed me my receipt back and told me I forgot to tip! I've given this place multiple times to redeem its self and today was the last straw. Every time my nails have always been painted mediocre and never fully "cleaned" today my technician didn't do any lotion or massage and when i confronted them they made me feel like it was my fault. I have a girl that does my nails elsewhere but go here for pedicures. Pedicures are a tad pricey but always pretty well done. My regular nail girl got Covid and I desperately needed to get my nails done. I had an appointment for a mani and pedi. Got my pedi but still had to ask for my nails to get done. They acted like I asked at the last minute totally disregarding that I had an appointment. She seemingly rushed my nails and none of the layers fully cured. They lifted within 24 hours off 2 nails. When I saw my nail girl today she discovered that the under layers were STILL WET almost 2 weeks later! This put me at risk for mold to grow under my nails and also as a result at least half of my nails were broken or cracking and she had to reinforce them. This was my last straw with the pedis too just because I'm so disappointed. Pay too much for this sort of service. I'll be finding another place to go, I think. read more

I went here because I liked the photos of the place online I made a appointment at 12 and walked in to my extreme surprise only a few of the employees were wearing mask (that made me nervous right then) but the place looked clean so they told me to take a seat in the pedicure chair the first chair they told me to sit in there was a few hairs in the bowl Including a huge long one! So I looked at the lady "you want me to sit here or there?" I pointed at the chair next to me with caution "here" she said then as she went to put in the plastic bag liner for the pedicure she saw the hair and said "ohhhh there" pointing to the other chair. My anxiety in a ruff now they start the water and this nice younger guy Alex starts to do my pedicure, honestly Alex was super nice and probably the main reason I felt kinda comfortable and didn't walk out later on, my only complaint is he could have massages me with more pressure but I have strong legs so I understand . But he asks me if I want to do my acrylic fill while I get my toes done "sure" I said So these two girls are talking and the keep pointing at eachother like "you do it, no it's your turn" I'm not sure though I didn't speak the language they used, then the girl who did my nails says her drill is broken so Alex said she could use his. I told him "if she dosent want to do my nails i can wait for someone else or go somewhere else" he said no she would do a great job (she did in the end) I wish I would have turned off the massager sooner because it caused me to move and she drilled the biggest slit in my natural nail almost all the way down! I wish I could have taken a photo but I was horrified at this point I almost cried of anxiety and wanted to get up at leave once i had saw what she did, I asked her if I could move to be more comfortable for her and she said no it's just the massager bumping you so I turned it to a different mode that was completely fine I can't imagine my body moving so much and her trying to do that I completely understood. Then as my pedicure was coming to a end I at one point had Alex by my feet, a women doing my fingers, THE OWNER sitting in the chair next to me without a mask just asking about my spa (I work at a spa and do hair) and another young man in the chair next to him no mask on. (You can imagine my sense of anxiety thinking why are so many people around me honestly in the end I had a good conversation and good time with the employees do I think it could have been better and more professional, yes. Will I go back? Probably for a pedicure? But not for my nails I spent $40 on a fill when they told me $35 on the phone (i usually pay $25) they charged me a extra $5 for doing a almond shape when it was the shape I already had! Am i going to change to square to save $5 no? All together i paid $90 plus a tip. I'm sad it wasn't a $90 experience at all.. I didn't want to leave a bad review but more one of my experience and why I was uncomfortable a few times throughout the appointment. read more

The Voesh New York pedi lasted about an hour and was so awesome - sugar scrub, mud mask (on your legs - I know, right?), hot stone massage, parafin wax dip and hot towels. Absolutely worth the price. However, when I got home I found that the nail on my big toe was jagged and coarse. Raggedy and snaggable. I had to clip and file my toenail to fix it. Very disappointing experience. My daughter and I made an appointment to have a full set of nails put on. When we arrived for our appointment they had us pick out a color and wait for our turn. No problem. As we were waiting, several of their staff members stopped by us and asked what we were wanting. 'A full set of acrylic nails', we said each time. They would smile and walk away. This went on for 40 minutes. We watched others walk in and get helped fairly quickly. We finally left as we ran out of time. the only reason I went to this nail salon because they took last minute reservations and now I know why. it took the nail lady only 10 minutes to do my gel nail and manicure. my gel lasted 3 days until it started to chip.
