Their Gel nails do not stay on!! They talk you into a supposedly better base coat, for 10 extra dollars. Within a week, two of my nails lifted! I went back to get them repaired (very inconvenient) and within two days two more lifted. As this has happened more than once, II won't be going back! read more

If I could give a minus ten about this place I would. I brought my daughter in today to get her nails done. They were so extremely rude. She is disabled. They told her because of her left hand they wouldn't do her nails. She and her twin sister, who has the same disability, have gone there several times. Absolutely my favorite place to get my nails done. They never do it too thick or any of that. I showed her a picture off of Pinterest and she absolutely nailed it. She freehanded the little things on my ring finger. I was very surprised with the cost because of the freehanding and how much frustrated she was when she was trying to draw it. I used to like this place but in my opinion is going down hill. Only one young guy there does a good job. Went there last Saturday for manicure, pedicure with gel, I had a Gala to go at the same day later. I have been planning for this event for the whole month. Since I purchased an open high hills, I wanted a nice pedicure. First the woman doing my nails would stop several times to answer the phone and do scheduling, frustrating! Hire a front desk receptionist!!! She most would point to the sink when she wanted me to wash my hands, and kept pointing instead just saying! She was done, she put my shoes back on and I left straight to the hotel to get ready to the Gala, just then when I was getting my sandals on I saw that she completely missed my pinky toe!! Ridiculous!!! I had to go to my Gala event with an open sandals with no gel on my pinky toe!!!! I will never recommend this place and never go back! And I will dispute my payment! By the way not the first I have been disappointed with this place but this time I really had it!! read more

I was so excited to have a nail place close to my home that does walk ins. First time I went there, there was one person getting her nails done and no one else. Asked for a pedicure and they wanted to know if I had an appointment. When I said no, the man working was not happy but went ahead and did my pedicure. He did the work VERY fast. I was happy with the job other than not much time spent on me. The price was $5.00 more than the other places I have been going to. The next time I went in, there was once again one person getting their nails done. I was told unless I had an appointment, they would not give me a pedicure. I told him they really need to take their "walk ins welcome" signs down as that clearly is not the case. He said they were just too busy to help people without an appointment. I showed up for a pedicure with 3 friends that we had an appointment for. One of the employees asked us to wait 15 minutes past our appointment time because he was finishing up a client before they could service us at the same time. It happens. We sat down and talked to each other as time passed. 2 pedicure stations opened and the same employee asked two of us to sit down so they could get started while one of us waited. We said we would wait until all 3 chairs opened because we booked the appointment for 3 pedicures at the same time so we could be together. The employee grunted to himself and proceeded to talk in a different language badly about our decision to his peers. We booked 3 pedis at the same time for a reason. We were understanding of their need to push us back because they were running behind. We were patient with them and when we clarified we would wait longer so we could ALL 3 have our pedis together he should not have reacted the way he did. I don't appreciate having someone talk badly about our decision while we were respectful of theirs. I wouldn't go back again. My gel polish chipped within a week and my heels were rough. read more

I wasn't able to get into my normal nail place and Awesome Nails was able to get me right away. Bonus. They were pleasant and the shaping was spot on. However, my nails were breaking and splitting not even one week later! They didn't apply enough layers of polish to make them apocalyptic proof. I've had my nails last mooonthssss with no breaking, splitting and good support at my go-to salon. They naturally grew out beautifully. It's been two and a half months since going to awesome nails and I can't get my nails back on track after having them long and healthy for two years. My daughter had the same experience as I did. Took it slow when is came to drilling, so no nicks(yay) He matches the picture I brought in and added even a bit more to the design. I am very pleased with the outcome, it is so pretty. Much better than a previous place I went. It cost more than I am used to, but it was really worth it. I will go here again for my next fill. read more

This was my first time here. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I HIGHLY suggest calling for an appointment as there are only 2 people there for the next little while and walk-ins are hard to accommodate. I was able to begin my pedicure right away which I love, especially since we all know some places make you wait even when you have an appointment. Lily did both my shellac pedicure and manicure. She did an AMAZING job! She took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. The leg massage was great and not rushed. The chair massages felt great with many options for your comfort. I can't stress enough how great of an experience it was for me as I love not feeling like they're rushing on my nails. Very professional staff, nice clean salon, and a great color selection. I am very impressed with this salon and will definitely be back! I'll update, if necessary, at my next appointment in a couple of weeks. read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Right as I walk in I already noticed that they are very rude don't greet you and are very short and cold. They do not listen to anything you tell them. And when you correct them for their mistakes they are very rude and disrespectful. Told them I didn't want acrylics and then they gave me acrylics, I told the lady to remove them because that's not want I asked for and she was very rude and put my hands in this solution that burnt my skin and damaged my skin and nails. Called in and made an appointment for 3:00. Went on time and still had to wait a while. I show the person what I wanted and he says okay. I wanted coffin style. He starts cutting the tips and I wanted them longer and he says it doesn't look good. Keep in mind I know what length looks good one me I've been getting my nails for years. So then he cuts them and laughs. He keeps telling me what I want he has to do extra so it's going to be $55 instead of $25. That's a big jump! But if he does what I show him I was going to be happy. So he continues and someone else who works there sits next to me and the person who's doing my nails says "show him" so I do and they both laugh!! Obviously because it looks like crap! And I felt soooo uncomfortable he finishes and then says you like and laughs. Not funny at all. Like what the hell $55 bucks for this?! DONT GO! Save your money! Please. As I was leaving he's helping someone else and yells out "hey you girl! If something u don't like come back" yeah right he didn't even fix the shape too a coffin like I told him. He left them fat and wide. Not happy at all. If I can't reshape them I'll be removing them. Waste of Money and time. Some parts are even bumpy. read more

There was one time I accidentally bumped my toe nail after a pedicure while on my way to the nail counter & Raymond noticed and instantly got under the counter, pulled out a stool to put my foot on and gently reapplied the nail polish.
