Honestly... i was better off doing my own nails. I paid $45 for it to look like I did my own nails. She didn't cut my cuticles, super rushed, kept leaving to jump somewhere else. Really embarrassed because I took my family here to get our nails done for a wedding and we all left with ugly rushed nails. Not to mention she didn't listen to me when I asked for certain color, a simple color but i let it go and trusted the process. I shouldn't have done that. Oh... and we made an appointment... for right when they opened but they kept taking walk ins so my family didn't get worked on till way after. Really disappointed, won't be returning. read more

They took anyone that walked through the door in regardless if you had an appointment or not. I soaked my feet waiting for over 30 minutes before anyone approached me. I didn't have an appointment but they should have turned me down or said there would be a wait. I counted there was 15 clients and only 6 people working... I would have understood if they told me no. Loved my nails at first but they all ended up breaking after a week. I don't think it was Tom who messed up my nails but the girl who started using the drill to prep my nails. She broke a few off during the process and made them way too thin. I would have gone back but I was scared to end up spending even more money to fix. Beautiful salon though. read more

This place was awful! The lady that proceeded to do my nails got up four different times to doi don't know what in the back, it took me two hours to have my nails done. She constantly talked to one of her other employees, never asked me the style, shape, length or color of how I want my nails. All my nails are different lengths, shapes, half my nails got a thick coat and half got a thin coat so the nail color is all weird. I ended up with nails I never would have got just so I could get out of there. They also wanted to charge me 45 for them. I was furious. AMAZING customer service. The owner (I think she was) brought my friend and I in at 6:30 as she was finishing up another customer. She was the last one there, and they close at 7:00, but she was still happy to give me and my friend beautiful manicures. She didn't even have to do so!! We ended up getting out of there a little passed 9:00. I was incredibly grateful and astonished that she was willing to do this. Both of our manicures turned out BEAUTIFUL. Even though she stayed passed closing for us she took very good care of us and took her time on our nails. I couldn't be more impressed or happier! I was headed out on a very rare and very looked-forward-to vacation and stopped by a different nail place to get a pedicure. At this other place my pedicure was done by a man wearing dirty clothes and he cut my toes and painted them as if he were a five year old (I"m not exaggerating, it was really bad) and then blamed it on the color I chose and wouldn't budge. And the scrub; he literally rubbed my skin until it was almost raw and he cut off a large chunk of my big toenail. And as everyone knows from Seinfeld that's the captain of the toes. You can't maim the captain! I won't name names but the nail salon's name rhymes with bunflower! I was heartbroken because I had spent my money on a terrible job and was leaving in the next few days and I had no more time so I headed over to LA Nails because it is close to my house. I showed her my toes and she told me she could fix them. She only charged me $7 and she fixed up my toes as best she could (he had hurt my toes so much she was afraid of doing to much more to them) and repainted them in the nearly the exact same color I chose at the original salon. They looked so much better and I felt so much better; so thank you LA Nails. read more

This is your typical low price nail salon. It is pretty clean and the service was average. One thing I did like was that they give you your own files that you bring back so they don't reuse the same nail files on every person. This only cost a dollar and it seems much more hygienic. For the price, (30 dollars for a fill+gel over acrylic) I can't complain. read more

Alright then service was nice and the ladies that did mine and my mothers nails were very friendly. My moms turned out great. Mine on the other hand are cricked. I asked for almond shaped and some are fairly done but my pinky nail is straight up uneven. Worst manicure I have ever had. Even when I have tried to paint my own right hand with my left hand. I had a French tip done and every nail had a different thickness of white tip and they were crooked. My husband noticed as soon as he saw me. I would NEVER go back to this place EVER! read more

Filed all of my skin off, and had a very small selection of colors.

I won't be going back here. The gal that did my nails was not polite. She was filing my feet and kept telling me to lift my leg higher to help her. I had my leg a good 8-10 inches off the chair with nothing to support me. I eventually ended up holding it up higher with my pant leg. She did this with both feet. My back has been hurting since. My friend went with me and the ladies were also turned around watching the World Cup while they were somewhat massaging our feet and legs. They finished our feet and didn't say a word to my friend or I. Just pulled out the toe separators, slipped our sandals on us, and walked over to the register and waited. I made an appointment for my 5 yr old daughter and I to have a little mommy daughter date. I had never been here before. We were treated wonderfully and my daughter enjoyed her interaction with both the lady that did her nails as well as the very nice man who did mine. It's too bad that this is the nail salon that is closest to my house. I've been trying to look on the bright side of things because of the convenient location, but every time I leave I just feel bullied. I could probably put up with them so obviously talking about me in Vietnamese (all because I dare say that I wanted more glitter!) if they did an outstanding job on the services, but I'm never toy satisfied with that either! This last time she was chincy with the push for my pedicure, only put 2 coats on and it was in desperate need of at least 3, probably 4. What really got me was when they argued with me and told me that the way I wanted my nails would be ugly, and I knew it was all just because they wanted to do whatever was easier! The prices where pretty good ,full set with white tip only 26. It was weird they charged an additional 1 for the files, they don't reuse files they advise for you to keep and bring back the file and buffer purchased.
