I was hoping for a bit more of a massage on my feet, it seemed the people next to me got great massages, but a bunch of people came in at that time and I think I got hurried a bit. Not bad though. Customer service was good, she asked me some questions that I could elaborate on if I was feeling chatty (which I wasn't) so then mostly just worked. Oh... and we made an appointment... for right when they opened but they kept taking walk ins so my family didn't get worked on till way after. Really disappointed, won't be returning.

She would not listen, and told me the employee I requested, she had never heard of, when she was visibly there. So I had someone else. The nails I wanted were supposed to replicate the nails I already had, and I should have taken a picture before I had the "manager" remove them before I left with no gel nail applied. She as well was trying to provide a service I didn't want which including adding tips when I said I did not want acrylic, i had come in 2 weeks ago with decent natural nail length, and had 2 week growth by the time I came back, so they were a lot longer to work with, and left with one being extremely shorter than I expected, you couldn't even shape it at all. So I now need all my nails to be that length, I have to wait another two weeks for the growth to come back, to get the shape I already had at the time of arriving. Sorry for the rant. but it was very unprofessional and very unexpected

I came to Salon Bleu because my previous salon, I was fifteen minutes late getting to my appointment and the only appointments they had for me were weeks away and I needed serious help. So I called around and found Salon Bleu and Kaitlyn answered the phone. We had a discussion about my naturally curly hair and what I needed. I have been her customer for months now and said good bye to the other salon. I'm grateful I found Salon Bleu. They know a lot about how to work with naturally curly hair and few salons and stylists really know how to deal with this hair texture. My hair has grown so much longer,healthier and so beautifully because of her help. I came with not very short hair but length was above middle of back and it had issues, color issues. Kaitlyn helped get my hair into a better place and a wonderful and beautiful growing path. I have had several appointments and I'm very satisfied and impressed with Kaitlyn. I appreciate her kindness and how open and friendly she is. I also appreciate the knowledge she extends me about my hair, what is going on or about how she goes about the coloring process. She is really awesome and out of years of going to salons I have not found any salon or anyone like Kaitlyn! She really is so compassionate about her art, hair!
