I had an inappropriate incident during my first appointment there last February to do laser hair…read moreremoval -- a male who was not working there, just there to fix some things opened the door while I was undressing. I pushed back and he tried to push it open again asking who I was. After this they did fix the doors and added locks that were not in place before. I was also misinformed about the terms of the treatment package I purchased last year. At no point during the purchase was I informed that the treatments would expire after one year. Had this been disclosed, it would have directly affected my decision to proceed. They were very unprofessional, neither of them seemed to know what they were talking about or doing and had to constantly go back and forth with questions before I finished my purchase. After completing my first few treatments, I contacted their office and explained that I had multiple trips planned and would be returning the following fall to continue treatment, particularly due to sun exposure concerns. During that conversation, there was still no mention of an expiration date or any urgency to use the remaining sessions. In December, I scheduled another appointment without issue and booked a follow-up. Shortly afterward, I was contacted and told I needed to move the appointment up because my treatments would expire before that date. This was extremely frustrating, as this was the first time I was made aware of any expiration. I would not have allowed such a significant balance to go unused had I known there was a strict time limit. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, I waited nearly 20 minutes only to be told that the machine was down and that I would be contacted to reschedule. I was not. After two weeks with no follow-up, I had to call to schedule the appointment myself. I've tried to resolve this with the owner for over a month without putting out a bad review because the girl whe did my treatments did a great job but the owner will not respond. They are very unprofessional when you call and there is no accountability with management.

Da Vis Nails - Pedicure!

I felt like I was being pampered. She's very friendly and very talented! Her name is Le. I tipped her well, got her card, and will be going back to her from now on. Thank you, Le.

Okay my first review is on Google. Got a single color oval. Came out to $40, though posted price…read morefor full set is $25, and gel is $5. So and extra $10 for good measure I guess? They came out.. odd. See my review on Google for details and pictures. But I figured I would give them another try, see if it was just the nail shape and an odd day. Sadly, not so much. Got a fill in today, adjusted the shape to square from Their version of oval. Let's start sanitization first. There is minimal, drill tips are cleaned after each use. And I guess washing hands is dependent on the techs mood. Now to my nails today. The polish is bubbled, I have left over acrylic all over my fingers. And polish left on my finger tips. She also filed my nails after polish and top coat. Like who does that? Also the price came to $30. Only $10 less then my FULL SET I got 2 weeks ago. Posted price shows fill ins $15, gel $5. So again $10 more then posted price again. Then I heard the single color fill in next to me was told it was $20. So they make up prices on the fly. Pros: fast service, friendly staff. Seriously the staff is nice. Quiet, but nice. Cons: no set prices, lack luster sanitation, and kinda meh work. Not God awful, but mediocre. Conclusion: for the price you can get a set anywhere. For quality, you could get better, especially for your money. I will head else where from here on out I think.

Red Orchid Spa - Gel foot soak

Had a wonderful visit! The owner herself did my pedicure today…read more The spa is very clean and organized. She started me off with a gel foot soak and that felt amazing. The water wasn't too hot either. After fifteen minutes of gel-Topia she put salt in the soak and turned it back to water! Woah...what?! So neat. The pedicure wasn't in a chair but I was able to lie back on a massage table and she worked on my feet. I was also given an eye mask so I could relax even more. This made me feel pampered and she talked to me, actually had a conversation with me. This made me feel like my business mattered to her and made me feel good too. I had been here about six years ago and she even remembered me and mentioned a few things to prove she remembered me. Honestly, she made me feel like I want to come back and I will. She is worth the $70 it cost. The pedicure is a great one! I went home feeling better. Thank you, you are amazing and I will be back.

The communication, consistency, and clarity of services at this salon need improvement. Our group…read moreof four came in for pedicures, and each of us had a completely different experience--despite paying for the same service. Some of us received sugar scrubs, hot stones, and foot soaks, while others did not. The website didn't clearly outline what was included, so we weren't sure what to expect. Only two of us were instructed to check in on the iPad, select extras, and sign a waiver--those same two received a foot soak, while the others didn't. We were later told the soak wasn't provided because we didn't arrive early. However, we arrived exactly at our scheduled appointment time--when the salon opened--and were never told to come early. Our service also ended early, so there was definitely enough time for the soak to have been included. On the positive side, the staff was friendly throughout our visit. They also comped a hot stone charge after we pointed out we hadn't asked for that add-on, which we appreciated. The eye masks and the ability to recline during the pedicure were nice touches that made parts of the experience enjoyable. Overall, with better communication and consistency, this could have been a relaxing and positive visit. Unfortunately, as it stands, we won't be returning.

A clear front desk with a sign-in iPad! Three employees greeted me immediately and I felt welcomed and comfortable. There was clear direction on what to do and where to sit. I had an appointment with BONNIE. I did do a little research before hand to scope out what nail tech I wanted to book with for my Full Set. I could immediately tell that Bonnie's work was clean, not lumpy, symmetrical and precise. I had virtually no wait time and was pleased to be seated almost immediately after picking my colors. The layout is well organized and thought out. There are 16 really nice pedicure chairs with massagers and they have a little piece that lifts up to hold your leg while they remove calluses. A MUST in my opinion! Down the center there are 10 labeled manicure desks with large lights, Hooks for your purse and comfortable seats. It's very clear where you need to sit and theres plenty of room. Theres a large mirror along the back wall with a sink and work station for the staff. Multiple TVs and a variety of things playing. The ambiance is nice with soft "travel" music and videos to match. The lighting is cohesive and everything looks clean and orderly. Good ventilation and high ceilings. Overall well thought out and stylish. This place is the ideal nail spa with friendly and accommodating staff. You don't ever feel like anyone's talking about you like you do in other salons and the staff are friendly and happy overall. I moved here about 7 years ago from Los Angeles where the nail salon scene is extremely competitive and top notch. I have to say that it's taken me 7 years to find the quality, cleanliness, caring nature and immaculate work this salon has. Bonnie is by far a professional with a kind and friendly personality. I never once felt like I needed to see if she was going to be able to achieve my inspiration picture. She absolutely nailed it and went above and beyond my expectations. Needless to say I found my new go to nail salon. Thank goodness it's down the street, but even if it wasn't, I'd drive however far I needed to go to a quality place like this. I end with this. Please GUYS TIP WELL. At LEAST 20% and MAKE AN APPT. I promise you will be treated well! You have to treat others well and with respect if you want it to come back to you in return.
