I explained several times what I wanted. They had me switch seats/techs 3x. When I said they had painted the nails orange instead of white, they said no that's not what you said. I said yes but the just ignored me. The man why actually put on and shaped my nails did a horrible job. Literally had to tell him 3x that one of my nails was crooked. He literally pulled the "no that's your finger that's crooked..." Then I was passed to another girl who did the nail art and she was like, "wow he didn't even file this side down", she had to try and fix it. The paint was all on the sides of my fingers. Seriously left crying because they didn't care that I was unsatisfied. This crap job cost me $58 and now I'm having to try and fix this at home because I can't afford another manicure. The water wasn't too hot either. After fifteen minutes of gel-Topia she put salt in the soak and turned it back to water! Woah...what?! So neat. The pedicure wasn't in a chair but I was able to lie back on a massage table and she worked on my feet. I was also given an eye mask so I could relax even more. This made me feel pampered and she talked to me, actually had a conversation with me. This made me feel like my business mattered to her and made me feel good too. I had been here about six years ago and she even remembered me and mentioned a few things to prove she remembered me. Honestly, she made me feel like I want to come back and I will. I like my nails a bit short, and she happily and quickly took the almond shape down to the perfect length for me. The whole thing took around 45 minutes and she was lovely the entire time. Reasonable prices, a wonderful color, cateye, and topper selection... Ill be coming back here from now on!! Theres plenty of parking, chairs, and waiting room seating. It is very clean inside. She then made an appointment for my wife to see her today Sunday at noon. Then I told Cindy my wife will only use ORLY GelFX on her nails and Cindy told me yes that's what she uses. All good so far. My wife shows up Sunday at noon and they told my wife that she is off on Sunday. That she called in sick. Then my wife has another man work on her nails who then told her they do not use GelFX, but they use something similar. My wife said it was junk. But the man did a great job on her nails! Then Cindy walks in! Not sick. Dressed to the 9's with full makeup. Enough said. My wife said the prices are great but they use low end products. Wishing you good luck.
