The water wasn't too hot either. After fifteen minutes of gel-Topia she put salt in the soak and turned it back to water! Woah...what?! So neat. The pedicure wasn't in a chair but I was able to lie back on a massage table and she worked on my feet. I was also given an eye mask so I could relax even more. This made me feel pampered and she talked to me, actually had a conversation with me. This made me feel like my business mattered to her and made me feel good too. I could immediately tell that Bonnie's work was clean, not lumpy, symmetrical and precise. I had virtually no wait time and was pleased to be seated almost immediately after picking my colors. The layout is well organized and thought out. There are 16 really nice pedicure chairs with massagers and they have a little piece that lifts up to hold your leg while they remove calluses. A MUST in my opinion! Down the center there are 10 labeled manicure desks with large lights, Hooks for your purse and comfortable seats. It's very clear where you need to sit and theres plenty of room. Theres a large mirror along the back wall with a sink and work station for the staff. Multiple TVs and a variety of things playing. The ambiance is nice with soft "travel" music and videos to match. The lighting is cohesive and everything looks clean and orderly. Good ventilation and high ceilings. Overall well thought out and stylish. This place is the ideal nail spa with friendly and accommodating staff. You don't ever feel like anyone's talking about you like you do in other salons and the staff are friendly and happy overall. I moved here about 7 years ago from Los Angeles where the nail salon scene is extremely competitive and top notch. I have to say that it's taken me 7 years to find the quality, cleanliness, caring nature and immaculate work this salon has. Bonnie is by far a professional with a kind and friendly personality. I never once felt like I needed to see if she was going to be able to achieve my inspiration picture. She absolutely nailed it and went above and beyond my expectations.
