I came in and wanted pink chrome with glitter . What I got was a nude color and glitter I realized when I saw that she was finishing up that it was not what I asked for so I said hey are you finished because this is not pink . Long story short she was so mad she wiped them off and was aggressively putting the powder on it smeared all over my fingers . I was taken by surprise by her attitude . She finished up and I stared at her to see if she was going to wipe off the mess she made . She did then squirted oil on my cuticles and says your done ! She was so rude I usually only see this stuff on videos ! My nails were done yesterday and not only do they hurt terribly but ones lifting already . If you don't want to go somewhere that if they don't do your nails the color you wanted don't go here !!!! They look nice but I will never ever return read more

This was my first time in and it was great, I'll definitely be coming back. I called ahead and they were able to take me soon, the staff were friendly, atmosphere was pleasant and easy to locate. I brought in a reference photo and she was really friendly about going over it to make sure what I wanted and didn't. She did great and they turned out really cute. read more

We all had a very lovely, relaxing experience when we came for our pedicures! To start, it's in a small shopping center right off the Main Street so it's very easy to find and there's plenty of parking. The staff aren't overly friendly but they are courteous and professional. Also very apologetic for any kind of wait time. They don't have any spa menus but their offerings for pedicures are simple...there are 2 choices: a basic pedi and a deluxe pedi. We opted for the deluxe bc we confirmed it includes the paraffin wax. But what we didn't know is that it has all the bells and whistles you'd want in a pedicure, including a hot stone massage! We were so surprised and happy! And my technician did a fabulous job with the massage especially! I don't usually get any polish so can't speak to that portion, but all was great otherwise! The spa is very clean and they use new/sterile tools for each person. They also have plastic barriers up for Covid safety measures and everyone wore masks. read more

My most recent visit to TLC's Nail & Spa was not a pleasant one. My pedicure was very rushed and not like it has been in the past times that I have gone there. In the past it was very relaxing and almost a 40 minute treatment this time however it was rushed and was over in 20 minutes. I really have enjoyed this Salon. It's very clean and relaxing atmosphere. read more

I called and got in right away, ten minutes if that. They were friends, thorough and did exactly what I wanted and needed. Removed my powered gel and did a manicure and clear polish. In and out in under thirty minutes. I most definitely will be back. read more

So I been having bad luck with my nails. The last nail salon did not do anything I requested. Now I have two broken nails (my real nails). I work in the area and needed to get acrylic put on these two broken nails and an acrylic overlay over two cracked nails. I didn't even care if they had the same color nail polish. I just couldn't type with the two broken nails. They were able to get me in last minute when I called which was great. While I was sitting there I thought to myself if I should just get a full set so I don't run into this problem of my nails breaking and I asked the woman doing my nails and her response was "I don't have time for that." Ok cool, I understand that is not what I reserved for when I called. There was no one waiting so maybe she had appointments coming in. She finished and I was out the door. When I look at my nails, the ones that the acrylic tips glued on were way thicker than my regular nails width wise. She could have taken the time to sand them down to at least match the width of my real nails. So my right hand looked like I had fat nails and the others were skinny. Rush job? Absolutely. Lately it seems like my nail technicians do not care to take the time to care about their craft anymore. read more

The lady who did my nails was pretty young, she seemed a little annoyed but it doesn't matter to me much, sometimes I like the quiet and no conversation. My nails didn't turn out as I requested and a bit shorter than anticipated but good quality and last me 2 weeks for a fill-in. read more

Customer service is poor. Some employees are plain rude. Quality is fair. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the person that answers the phone is somewhat friendly. I do not recommend this place at all and will never go back. read more

I had a full set placed 6 days ago. They did not give me a good manicure and did not push down my cuticles adequately so at 5 days they look horrible. I went in to show them and ask for them to be fixed and the person insisted my nails "grew out". When I explained they didn't and it was just my cuticles not being pushed down properly he laughed condescendingly and said no. He said I would need a fill and they didn't have time for it tonight. Poor service and quality of service. I will not be going back. Also I went with my best friend and when we asked if we could sit next to each other they said not in spite of there being plenty of room. read more

I'm hesitant about writing a review here. I love this place for pedicures , but I'm being selfish about it getting busy. I never have to wait, I follow handwashing rules, I wear a mask. I get the same gentleman, I can't properly say his name, but he is so gentle and kind, I'm so relaxed here. He does a fabulous job. read more

This was our first visit to this salon. When we walked in, they were very busy but thankfully I had called ahead and made an appointment. They immediately took my daughter back for her pedicure. It was her first one and she loved it!! They started my nails while she was being pampered. I wish I would have got the names of them men who did my nails. They were very nice and also gentle. One did the actual nails and the other gentleman did my nail art. As far as the salon itself, this is the cleanest and nicest one we've been to. You can definitely tell they take great pride in their work. This will be our new go to salon from now on!! read more

I've come here twice and both times I had a good experience. Had my nail gel set done by Tri and I loved them, been getting compliments everyday. The next time I had my pedi done by Mindy, another successful visit. They do take walk ins, but I would definitely recommend making an appointment since they book up fast. read more

Meh. Pedicure, didn't really work on rough skin or callouses. Nice foot massage. No dip service available. Id keep looking.

Wonderful time here. Had a pedicure and was able to choose between different scents of lotion and scrubs. I chose lavender but they had rose, coffee, cucumber, vanilla, etc. read more

Being a patron of various spas and nail salons in Vegas (I'm a guy who likes his pedis!), my standards are pretty high and Tri TLC came through in a pinch. They could probably use a couple extra workers (who couldn't these days?) based on the consistent wait, but I can't complain about the bevy of services that came at a very cheap price. I can't speak to the nail polish choices (I draw the line somewhere!) but everyone I saw looked like they were happy with the service they got. As a drop in customer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

I'll keep this short and sweet. They have a decent variety of colors, but I wouldn't say amazing. Their service was quick and the most reasonably priced I have found so far. I've gone in 4 times and do love my nails. However I've been treated rudely by Tri to the point I don't want to return. My husband goes as well for pedicures so they'll be losing our business. He doesn't like how i enjoy my nails and continues to get me to change the shape. Last time I told him that I had just had surgery and just wanted to enjoy myself and to leave me alone. Now that isn't service. I've worked with the public my entire life and that isn't how you treat people. You pay for a service. I've seen them be rude to other clients and there are many other nail salons in the area. I gave 3 stars because the nails look nice. If you don't mind paying to feel like crap. read more

TERRIBLE nail color choices! They all look like a flea market selection that were deeply discounted because no one wants them! I went here about 8 months ago and they had the same problem, but after writing a bad review I had thought maybe they had finally bought a few decent colors...but NO! Why have your nails done if the color is horrid? Im going to go to another place with normal colors to have my nails redone.....what a waste of time and money! read more

Finally went and had my first manicure to help my finger tips stop bleeding because of nail/skin problems. Very first time getting anything done at a salon besides hair. My girl usually has a great time getting her pedicures done. The entire time I was there the nail tech maybe said 3 words but instead just kept grabbing at me to do what she wanted. She clipped my index finger which wouldn't stop bleeding while I was there. You would think that if you cut somebody that maybe you would say something but instead just stand up and go into the back for a couple minutes before coming out and saying "done". They are very inconsistent with the quality and value of work. Just got my girls pedicure again and the tech accidentally pushed a spot of polish mid toe up after she was finished with the clear coat and didn't fix it. The price might be better but the quality is not there. read more

Finally found my go to for pedis! Jenny was amazing! She did a thorough job with cleaning/cutting my toenails & even my large toes have thick sides that grow inwards and she got them out! :))) She also got rid of all the dry, dead skin on my heel with this razor gadget they have that is super cool! The dead skin falls right off! :-) My heels are nice and soft and I'm so relieved I finally found a local place to get my pedis done. Atmosphere is relaxing and they keep shop very nice and neat :) This is my go to from now on. Can't wait to get a manicure here as well. read more

The whole experience was lovely. The lady doing my nails was very careful and intricate when she did the design on my nails. The atmosphere felt so cozy when you walk into the salon. I had roses painted on my nails and the lady doing them was very intricate with how she did them and took her time and there was no rush or complaining even though it seemed like she was unsure if she could do them or not but I loved her attempt and they turned out beautifully. 10/10 I would come here again!!!! read more

Came in for a pedicure with an appointment. Was asked to wait while another person who came in after me for nails was sat right away. During the middle of my pedicure was left half way done for 15-20 mins to sit while they went and started on another person's pedicure who came in after me. I had to ask when they were going to finish my pedicure before they acknowledged me again. Poor service and will definitely not be coming back! read more

They say "Walk ins welcome", yet when i walked in and it didn't seem busy at all, they told me I had to come back in a few hours with an appointment. They weren't very welcoming and not helpful at all, I was willing to try this place out, but i will go elsewhere. read more

UPDATE: so the gel nails I get last about 3 weeks (they could probably last longer but I work with my hands a lot as an RN so they tend to crack after a while). I don't get any cyclic, just gel. The 1st picture I posted (red nails with red rose design) was done by Charlie. I notice that he gets a lot of people asking for him by name. Probably because he's really friendly and funny. But all the other pictures of my nails I've posted, have all been done by Tri (the owner). He's the only one I have do my nails now and I only make appointments now (as opposed to walking in). And he doesn't leave that little extra space that makes it look like my nail has grown out. Lynn is Charlie's wife and is the one that can do the more intricate designs. If you want this, you don't have to have her do your entire manicure. She typically will just switch with whoever is doing your nails to come and just do your design. ORIGINAL: To start off, I'd like to say I'm a shellac/gel nail snob. Kind of gross, I know. I wish I had gotten the names of the guy and girl that did my nails (guy did my manicure & gel. Girl did the design on each nail). I got the red nails with the rose accent. I did this review because I saw there weren't many for this place and there should! Tri is one of the owners and did not do my nails, but I will be sure to make an appointment with him next time due to his endless good reviews I've heard/read. Pros: * very friendly. I overheard a little bit of "attitude" but I feel like their culture is very straightforward which I'm ok with. I've never experienced this because I make it a point to be very nice. Don't be rude and you won't get rudeness back...strange how that seems to always work. * fantastic quality of the design I got * I walked in without an appointment and was seen in less than 10 minutes * very reasonably priced. Gel nails with a manicure = $25. Design on 2 nails = $5 Cons: * I'm happy to say that there were very few things I could find wrong. One thing was that at the time of payment, they asked me (as well as others before me) out loud if I wanted to leave a tip and how much. Being a former waitress, I have no problem with tipping and doing it correctly, but felt like this was pretty tacky. Some may not want to tip or tip small amounts or tip over-the-top amounts...I feel like asking out loud exactly how much I wanted to tip put me on the spot and made me a little uncomfortable. * The male manicurist put the polish on very precisely and evenly but for whatever reason, he did not paint all the way back to my cuticle on all of my nails. So it looks like my nails are grown out by like a centimeter. This wasn't a big deal since this is what they would have looked like in a few days anyways so I didn't feel it was worth taking a star away. Their Facebook page has a LOT more pictures of nails they've done as well as many more reviews. All in all, I'd highly recommend this place and will provide an update to see if my nails last as long as I'd hope :) If you made it to the end of this, man are you committed! Gold star for you read more
