I'm new to the area and looking for a new go to pedi spot, so I figured my birthday would be a good day to try em out ~ if you're looking for a Bare minimum pedi then this is a good option, but who wants bare minimum when it comes to pampering your feet....? For $35, no price list, no options (hot wax, sugar scrub, etc), massage chair buttons covered up so you only have "auto" option, lukewarm water & barely warm towel... I was disappointed and won't be returning. read more

Went with my mom for a nice pedicure experience, but our experience here was terrible. Our toes are very badly painted. My moms water was cold the whole time and when we asked if she could turn the bubbles on the man told her only when it's her turn.. not to mention my moms toe was cut and there was dried up blood all around her big toe. It was silent the whole time. I'm sorry but I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Bad addatutes today I picked an orangeish color #813 and they painted my nails bright pink. Not even close to what I asked for. When I showed them the big difference they told me that was the same color. Now my nails are the wrong color charged me $28. To much money for bad addatute and wrong color. They said thats what the company sent them for that color. I asked if you knew that why didn't you tell me I would have picked something different. They wanted to blame me for their mistake. Not a good experience I will never go back.. I always enjoy getting my nails done, not this time Rudest addatutes !!!!!!! read more

Did a walk in for gel toes. The two ladies were not welcoming. I only waited about five minutes to be seated. When the lady removed the old gel with the drill she was going over my cuticles and skin. My gel toes look ok but it wasn't worth the painful drill. I did not leave a tip because they were both rude, this is the first time I have never left anyone in a service industry a tip. You could tell they were talking about not leaving a tip. I don't recommend this nail salon. read more

Not the best experience. The guy that was doing my nails seemed pretty grumpy. He was definitely making me feel unwelcome and anxious. He did a decent job with my nails, not too much to complain about in that area. He was really rude to my sister when he was doing her nails. He mumbled and she couldn't hear him. He then snapped at her and said it again in a very rude manner. The ladies there were kind. The guy on the other hand... I would not recommend. I'm also pretty sure he was sick because we thought we heard him throw up in bathroom. read more

I have to update my original review, I loved this place a year ago but came back recently and it was awful. I just don't think they know how to properly schedule. I came in for a 2pm appointment and waited 45 minutes, at that point there were still two more people ahead of me so I had to walk out. Why book an appointment if you don't have any availability? It would be better if they'd just admit they're fully booked for the day instead of literally wasting someone's time. I wouldn't come back here. read more

I'm giving this location two stars. I made an appointment for my sister and grandmother for my sisters birthday. Pedicure only as my Grandma isn't the biggest fan of having her hands messed with. We get there and there is only three people working and more people than I would have thought waiting for a chance to be seen. We sat in the back waiting. They took my sister and started working on her while my grandma and I waited. And waited. Now I don't mind waiting for quality work. When they finally sat me down I soaked my feet for quiet a while waiting to be seen. By this point my sister was completely done and waiting. When the lady finally got to me she was obviously not happy about the situation they never asked what kind of pedi I wanted. She just started scrubbing away with this stone on my heels. The pumice stones are reused. I'm all for being green, but there is a limit. Then she started to cut my nails, they are all uneven. She then takes the little tool to clean out the underside of my toes, and is very aggressive with it. When she trims my cuticles, she's so rough she cuts my middle toe and I start to bleed. Now I drink a lot of water, so I bleed a lot. And it hurts. She then roughly adjusts my foot and snaps something at me like somehow it's my fault she cut me. The reason I'm doing two stars, she did a very good job painting the nails. They do look nice. If you can get over the fact that they are all uneven. She was even rough when it came to my shoes. All in all, I will never return. read more

My aunt and I are from out of town, and we were excited to treat my mom for her 70th birthday with a rare mani-pedi day. We also wanted nice nails for Mom's 50th wedding anniversary party this weekend. First, I made appointments for us two weeks ago. My aunt and I had to wait 45 for our services, which only worked because we didn't have a scheduled day ahead of us. My mom's nails and my aunt's toenails look fine overall, but my nails didn't turn out as well. See the pics. They cut a cuticle on a fingernail and a toenail too far, and both bled. My toenails are also ragged (one is sharp like a knife), and they did a sloppy job on the toenail polish. Either they put it on too thick or it was too thin. I'm disappointed, but I can't take off the polish because of the cuts. They do not seem to sterilize the foot basins well between customers. A sloppy scrubbing with a brush. They did not get their tools from a sterilizer. They were sitting on the carts. Maybe I missed something there. I'm just hoping that with the cuts I don't get an infection. On top of that, the service was not pleasant. They are certainly more concerned with getting customers in and out than with creating a pleasant experience. I understand that with such low prices, that's how they have to make a profit. And it's not fun or easy work--I don't expect them to be all smiles. But the atmosphere was downright chilly. I am not a demanding or critically watchful customer. If I had been, maybe I would have been able to catch the crappy toenail paint before we left. But I wanted to leave as quickly as they seemed to want us to leave, so I didn't check until I got home (though I was painfully aware of the cuts on my cuticles throughout). As for the "spa" experience, they give the worst and shortest leg massage I've ever had with a mani-pedi, and they charged my aunt for a deluxe pedi even though I did not see them do any mask, and she said they didn't, and if they did a scrub on her legs, she didn't notice. They insisted. I mention this as I noted others have been overcharged. Overall: sloppy, uncomfortable, and unpleasant. I have only had one other negative pedi experience, and I was a fancy salon. read more

I went back for a nail fix and a fill and was WAY overcharged. Again. The price for a fill says $15 and I left paying $45. Like WHAT??? I can't go back right?! Bryan does do great work but I'm not going to pay over double what the price shows on the menu. They lost a good and frequent customer! read more

I'm not really sure why so many people have been having such horrible experiences here, but I have been here several times (this is just my first check in on Yelp), and have never had one bad experience. The staff is always kind, if not always overly friendly and talkative. They are thorough and do a great job every time. Sanitation is a slight concern, however, and the only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars. I'm not sure if tools are sanitized or changed between customers... If they are, they must be done in the back, but I have a sneaking suspicion that they are not. Since I have no proof, please don't take my word as gospel. Overall, I really can't complain. My nails always look beautiful after every visit. Always worth the "high prices." read more

Sadly walking out. I asked for ombré and they are limited to only two colors. While that was odd, that wasn't my reason for leaving. The gentleman who wanted to file my gel from previous manicure off let the drill get hot on my nail. So i asked them to soak them off. I wAs moved to a different lady for that. Before I sat down she told me she had to file, i requested a hand file vs drill. She refused. This has never been a problem anywhere else in the US I've been. The unwillingness to accommodate, the lack of choices were disappointing. But the unprofessional manner in which she tried to engage the lady sitting at her chair in our conversation was the final straw. I choose not to spend my money on people that are that unprofessional. read more

Excellent job on acrylic fill and gel color. The cat eye colors are great! Very friendly and quick.

I've been here about 5 times and have gotten acrylics each time. It's always been a nice experience. All the reviews seem to say that the staff is rude but I haven't had that experience; they are not talkative but neither am I, I like to relax and be in silence when at a salon but maybe that's just me. They do ofc place your hands and fingers where they need to be but it was never in a demanding or frustrated way. The nails always come out good and they do them fairly quickly but not too in a hurry. I am pleased with this salon and the staff:) read more

I've been here a few times and Lady that does the pedicures is so rude enough for me to take my service else where

The male in charge is very rude. He goes out of his way to "bark" at his female clients. It's really quite astonishing. I've heard it from 100% of the women I've spoken with who have also been there. The two ladies do a good job, which why I'm giving the salon a 2. read more

Have always loved this place! Had acrylics done several times here. Brian is the best nail tech but the others do a fantastic job as well. The nails are AMAZING for the price. 30$ for a full set! I've done only one color sets in the past but recently I did multiple colors for 5$ more. They do all shapes. The color range is a little limited but they have really cute popular colors! I drive there from logan to get my nails done because you can't beat that price and it takes roughly 35 mins to get them done. Worth it! read more

I went to get a pedicure with my sisters and my niece. My sisters got seated before me and when I did get seated I explained that I needed everything done except color. The guy that was helping my sister stopped, used the pumice foot file on my feet, massaged my legs very little and then disappeared into the back of the salon. The kind lady who was helping my other sister and my niece had to finish painting everyone's toenails. When we went to pay they ended up charging me full price ($28) for a 5 minute ordeal. The whole ordeal left a nasty feeling inside me and thankfully I don't live in the area as I will never go back and will not recommend it to my friends and family that are in the area. There was no air ventilation, it was dirty and hot. And to top things off the guy was exceptionally rude to my niece who was very well behaved the entire time. read more

One of the worst experiences I've had getting a pedicure. I went in with two friends and scheduled an appointment before hand. Brian did my pedicure and was very rude about my foot not relaxing, I tried to explain I had a stroke and so it sometimes doesn't fully relax. He would be impatient anytime my foot would move at all. Even shaking his head at me. I have had multiple pedicures at different places and no one has ever had a problem with my foot. I felt very uncomfortable and will not be returning. Plus he re used the toe spacers between guests, which seems nasty. read more

This place is terrible. I went for a gel pedicure and was disappointed. The girl cut every single one of my toes as she was taking off the gel. They also don't have callous remover. She didn't ask what kind of pedicure I wanted either. Waste of $40. read more

We had horrible service and would never go back. Over priced for what you get. Short massage and never even touch the whole foot. Calluses we're never removed from my feet. The gentleman named Brian was absolutely rude and short with customers including my 13-year-old niece. They reuse the pink square file. The same with the purple pumice bar reuse and it isn't sterilized. Require masks but don't provide them. read more

I usually don't like to write negative reviews but I am so ticked at this place. Brian was super rude and grumpy. He didn't take his time and was rushing me through. I was not impressed when I left. I had glue everywhere and all my nails were different sizes and shapes and on top of that, less than an hour from when I had them done my nail snapped in half because they were way too thin. I went back and asked for a refund. Brian raised his voice at me in front of a bunch of customers and said it was my fault for breaking them. I told him they broke because it was too thin and showed him. He said he would not refund me and was super rude to me in front of everyone. I told him I just wouldn't be coming back then. He said a few things to me out the door as I walked out that I didn't understand. This was the third time I have come here and given it a chance but I will never go back. read more

I'm really not sure why Brian's place gets bad reviews! First off, I've been everywhere in Ogden from sunflower nails to Tammy's nails and Brian's place is the best. I get my acrylic gel for 25$ and it's done very well and clean. My nails never lift or the color is crappy. And if Brian is rushing i will tell him what i like and don't like. Brian, great business and great quality work! read more

I won't ever go back! I can't imagine being so blatantly rude to customers who were paying me to do my job! Brian and his staff act completely put out! As soon as I walked in they addressed me without ever making eye contact or looking up at all. I made appts for my daughter and I, but when we got there every seat was full. My daughter is only 12, and the women who did her pedi made her feel really uncomfortable. She was rude and rough and did a sloppy job. They are obviously only focused on quantity of customers, and not the quality of their work. So disappointing! read more

Hate this place so much , they were all rude. And the lady that did my pedicure was not gentle . I'm never in my entire life going back here

If I could give zero stars I would. We called and scheduled pedicures. When I walked in I was greeted by busy grumpy faces asking "what you want". When I responded that we "called and scheduled 3 pedicures" I got an even more grumpy "PICK COLOR". As Brian was giving me my pedicure, literally YANKING my feet in and out of the water, he kept telling me to relax my toes and legit trying to pound them down with his fist. I felt that they were so annoyed that we were even there. It hasn't always been this way there but the last several times I've gone the customer service and quality of work has been horrible. My friends and I vowed never to go back as I left feeling like a burden. I'll take my business somewhere that I'm respected as a customer and a person. read more

If you want a fast pedicure, this is the place for you. I came in around 5:45 on a weekday and they were too busy. I was in the chair for 15-20 minutes, got a quick rub on my legs (maybe they do a real massage if you do the deluxe pedicure). Quite a few people came in to wait, although there isn't a lot of waiting room. Pro: they use the cheese grater on your feet. Con: pretty sure they don't sanitize anything. Pro: my nails look nice and nothing hurt. Con: had to sit while my nails dried and eventually asked if I could pay because they were so busy with other people I didn't know how long I would be there. Pro: you don't have to talk to the people. They work hard and fast. Con: they have bad communication skills. Tapping on my leg doesn't always get the point across. Also, when I picked a light pink color and she tried it on my nails, she showed me and said, "too light," then looked at me. I had no idea what she wanted from me. Do you want me to pick another color? I just said it was fine and we went with it. Also communication when I was done was minimal. In conclusion- will try other salons, but this one was fine and I might come back if the others suck. read more

I previously gave this place 5 stars. But recently went back for a pedi and Brian the owner was just rude. Not only to me but I watched him with others. They give very good pedi, mani and Brian is really good at nails. But I think they lack good customer service skills and they need to work on that. Also I go to get a pedi without my kids so I can relax I don't wanna go to a place where the workers have kids running around the entire time I'm getting a pedi. read more

I've never written a review, never felt the need. Nothing was cleaned before use, I pointed out that he was using a clippers that were used and laying in a dirty basket. They didn't seem to understand my concerns and talked amongst themselves in another language the whole time. WON'T GO BACK read more

I've had my nails done here many times. The last few times, however, the gentleman has been VERY rude. I'll be looking for somewhere new.

I go for pedicures to relax and enjoy some quiet time. I don't go so I can be ignored, walked away from and made to feel like a nuisance. I left feeling frustrated instead of relaxed. I was super disappointed cause I've been there before and had a good experience with Brian. I thought I had found my place, but not if I'm gonna be treated like that. I also asked for a design and the nail tech asked me what I wanted. So I showed her a picture. When I didn't like what she had done she didn't offer to fix it she just wiped it off, repainted the nail and sent me on my way. Wouldn't talk to me again. And I still tipped her well. Don't know why I did that. read more

Fast, friendly, affordable! Brian and company were amazing, they gave my husband and I pedicures and filled my acrylics + gel, SO FAST AND WELL! We went here to get manicures before a wedding. We had called and set up an appointment for 4 of us. They were busy so we had to wait like 20 minutes and they only did 2 of us at a time, which was a bummer. They had a lot of colors and the polish (gel) stayed on well. I'd go back! read more
