Sheena is genius with thick, wavy hair. My hair isn't beautiful wavy, it's uncontrollable. I've had so many stylists attempt to cut it only to end up with triangle head. Thick-haired ladies, you know what I mean. A bad cut that ends up puffing out at the bottom, making your head look like a triangle. Sheena is the only stylist I've found who understands my hair and consistently makes my hair look better than I knew it could be! read more

This was my worst salon experience of my life. The stylists were condescending and I was treated like an unwelcome guest. My stylist: Britni had no idea how to color treat my hair....nor touch up my roots. She spread the bleach throughout my hair and burned the already processed areas. She over toned my hair and it was purple when I left the salon. She refused to dry my hair...because it was so damaged. I had to go to a different salon to try and repair the damage. As it was they had to remove 8 inches...and will probably have to remove more. When confronted the salon and the stylist claimed that they had no record of the appointment...but I have a text appointment confirmation. Be careful if you go here. read more

I LOVE this place. I've been going to Lynne (the owner) for years. She's very helpful with cuts that would look good with your hair type and matching pictures of cuts that you'd like. Also, she's following CDC guidelines for COVID and making sure all of her stylists are doing the same. They'll do cuts outside, they're all wearing masks, and they're sanitizing before and after every customer. I highly recommend Salon Satori! read more
