A man greeted us and pulled out extra chairs so we could all sit together while choosing what colors we wanted, he also gave all of us cold water and offered us tea/hot chocolate. Mei did my nails and she was amazing. She was so much fun to talk to, while staying focused on my nails. They were all very polite and whenever mei talked to the man there in Vietnamese, she would explain to me what she just said. Update: just went there again and Lee did my nails this time. I think I just paid $25 to waste 25mins of my life. I got the basic pedicure. There was no cuticle tending on the nail itself. I kid you not that gal just waved the tool in the space above my nails and moved on. After cutting she filed the end of my toes instead of the nail so they are uneven and frayed. She cut the cuticle skin on 3 of 10 toes and skipped the rest. Did not clean under the nails at all. Polish was about 75% coverage most of the sides are not painted. I will give her credit for a hot towel and rubbing lotion on my legs, I defiantly smell the mango they promised. But that was it. It kinda felt like a joke. Also to top it off there was no conversation and she was not looking at my toes while she was working just keep watching all the other customers coming in trying to lock down the next tip. I about left in tears, she just finished painting and ran to another station and left me in the chair. I dropped a 20 + 5 tip to keep my good conscience and left. She barely said a word and didn't look like she cared enough to clean my cuticles properly - I had to trim a few when I got home because it still felt rough. She also did not polish well - my nails were not fully covered. I wish I had at least ask for her name so I can mention it here. After a nightmare of an experience at a different nail salon, I came here. They were amazing and treated me so well. I have become a regular customer over the past year and visit this location about twice a month. Sometimes I bring my eldest daughter for mommy/daughter days and sometimes I bring my toddler and she gets her nails and toes painted as well. The staff is always friendly and inviting. They work meticulously and are perfectionists in their work. They pride themselves on their customer service, and I have to agree that they should be proud of their establishment. They offer refreshments and also treats for your littles and yourself. The pricing is moderate and reasonable. The pedicure price leveling is well done and includes spa treatment even on the basic. You definitely get the most for your money here without compromising service, or quality. The wait is also never too long. I only have great things to say about this place! read more

We called in asking if there was room for 4, and they said yes. We arrived on time but still had a bit of a wait. No big deal, we were seated in the pedicure chairs and given water and were able to soak our feet while we waited. As we were sitting waiting, multiple customers came in without call a heads asking to be serviced, which the salon accomodated. Again, no big deal, until it came time for our services, sand we were the ones put on hold and waiting, it took us 3 hours to get through the manicure and pedicures. 2 hours of which we spent waiting in rotation. They were so nice and kept apologizing, but they rushed through everything and switched us between 3 or 4 people during each service. When I got the pedicure I ordered the deluxe, and mine lasted half the time of my sisters, who ordered the basic. She got her legs rubbed super well and was extremely happy, I got a quick run through and was left with wax on my feet and incomplete toenails. At the end of the appointment I had to ask them to fix it. My manicure was okay, but I'm used to hot towels, lotion, soaking of hands, and what not. I saw others who were having a manicure done receive that. I, however, did not. By the end I told the tech I was satisfied enough with my nails so I could go. But I went home and put my own polish on to cover up the nails I just had done because it just wasn't good at all. Took my sister in law here for a mani and pedi! Lee did her nails and it took 2.5 hours And was the worst job I've seen. She was on her phone most of the time ordering food for one of her kids. Lee is rude and always stops in the middle of service to answer her cell phone or go do whatever it is she does. I come often for pedis and it's gone down hill! I won't be back! I've tried other techs and just haven't found one I liked. This salon is rude and just want to get you in and out as fast as they can. no Massage and polish is sloppy! I recommend going elsewhere. Well, the pedicure was excellent. The nail tech did a great job and the parrafin wax was good too. Price was $30 for the deluxe pedicure and maybe that should have been my clue because that's where the complements end. After the pedicure I was moved to a different tech for my manicure. Several bad things then happened in succession. 1) the tech used a drill to take off the top layer of my gel polish rather than soaking in remover and removing with a tool 2) the tech burned my nail bed several times with the drill 3) after soaking my nails in a dish with nail polish remover (or acetone- not sure), the tech started using her own finger nails to scrape off my gel polish rather than a tool 3) the tech took away the bowl with the remover/acetone and used the squirt bottle to suck the USED remover that my fingers had been soaking in back into the bottle! I remarked that that seemed unsanitary. She was unfazed. I should have left then..... Against my better judgement, I stayed. That's when... 4) the tech picked up a used cuticle snipper (sorry, don't know the official term) and went to use it in me. I asked for a clean one and she got up and got one from the sanitizer. That's when I decided to leave. Sadly, I selected this business from the great reviews on Yelp. While there weren't a ton of reviews, they were all favorable. Next to me I'll look for volume and high reviews. One last thing, the owner did come up to me and tell me next time would be better. I would not recommend going to C T Nails. I went to get a shellac manicure and it took 1hr 15 min. The guy who did my nails seemed like he had never done them before and when I left, my cuticles hadn't been cut and my shellac looked terrible. The top coat went over my nail bed so the shellac started peeling off within 48 hours. read more

Having personal care done on myself outside of my trusted circle of friends is unusual, but time got away from me and my feet were in desperate need of attention prior to a trade-show out of town. My well rated Yelp community led me to this establishment and first sight led me to agree. The staff was friendly, accommodating and the facility was clean. Now I hate to add the however....but, I have to admit after having had several pedicures during my several...um..years..I have never had a cheese grater used for the bottoms of my feet. I admit I had some extra skin areas, but this grater wasn't even a fine grater like for ginger or lemon rind! Needless to say, I have some pretty sore feet as I try to work all day at my trade-show on my feet. Esh. Just had a Pretty bad mani-pedi here. My pedicure polish smudged by the time I got home and there are a couple of air bubbles. My gel manicure was pretty terrible too, my nails are uneven, there's polish on my skin, they had me soak my nails in a bowl of acetone instead of using finger clips. I wonder how much acetone my skin absorbed during that. The guy that performed my services left small bits of old nail polish on both my toes and fingers, when I pointed it out, he said it was fine because he said the new polish would cover it. Gross. I'm new to town and get manicures every 10 days or so, I'm never going back to this place. The owners seemed very nice and gave me a bottle of water upon arrival. This place was cheap. Everything about it felt just straight up cheap. Ack. Got a set of gel nails that were spottly done and ended up chipping and peeling within two days. The prices were printed out on computer paper and I wasn't sure if I was getting a full manicure or just a gel set. The gel process felt like I was getting a gel set from my friend from down the street. Except I could probably get a better experience from her than I did from this place. My mother and I went here a little bit ago, and my mother told them to give me the "french tip" nails. The woman clipped the nail all the way down to the tip of my finger and THEN asked me if it was short enough. I was in so much pain the entire process and left very upset because you could see excess product that should've been filed away and cuts from the tools. My wife and I walked in on a Saturday for pedicures. Only two chairs left. We were whisked in to place, the massage chairs were turned on and cold bottles of water handed to us. I was happy to see one other male in the joint, not that it mattered but validation is nice. After dunking my feet in the swirling warm water I looked up to see A professional bass fishing tournament was on the big screen TV. Accident, coincidence or gift from above? I didn't ask why but I was grateful it was on. The massage chair did its work and we didn't mind soaking while we waited. The gentleman who seated us was busy coordinating the shop it seemed and kept everything humming. With talon like toenails I was ready for some needed improvement. My wife snapped a photo and sent it to the kids jokingly asking what color I should get. I would have leaned to a heavy metal black to support my musical preferences (and if nothing more than to humor myself) but apparently you pick the color before getting all comfortable. We chatted about the benefit of a chair massage and pedicure for less than the price of each individually at other shops. $20 basic, $25 with scrub and $30 deluxe with the bells and whistles of scrub, massage and paraffin wax. The staff were friendly. Overall it was a great hour spent with my wife. We will be back. read more

Such a good little shop! I had a great pedicure. I got the deluxe and it included callus remover, sugar scrub, exfoliant, paraffin wax, hot towels, you name it! The pedi was only $30 and the tech did a great job. They have TONS of polishes to choose from and good brands. Then I got a gel manicure and it was also great! I have only had it a few days, but I can tell it will last. The tech used 2 coats of foundation. I highly recommend! The acrylic tech is very nice and gentle but does a terrible job. I go in every 6 mo or so to see if they hired someone else or maybe the tech got better with experience or maybe more training but she does the same weird duck shaped lumpy nails. This is the salon by my house and they used to be awesome!! All I can say is his shop has good nail colors to choose from but bad acrylic nails and bad pedicures too. It makes me sad read more

I do NOT recommend going here! I took my mom on the Saturday before Mother's Day for her present. I wanted to do the deluxe pedicure and a manicure for her for her gift. They said they were too busy for that and did a shotty job at the pedicures they did do. Then she said they were too busy to do her manicure. When you're busy, your quality should not go down for the customers. They all seemed rushed and uncomfortable and it was hard to relax. They also did a terrible job on the paint job and refused to do the design my daughter wanted telling her it would not be "beauty". Then the lady did it however she wanted and my daughter hated it! I'm not one for doing reviews often. But I decided that this place was worthy of my public opinion. I came in 3 weeks prior and had them do a full set and initially wasn't overly impressed. I decided to give them one last go, having been a nail tech previously I knew what I expected to be done and the first time there were small issues I wasn't happy with. However upon my return 3 weeks later for a fill I decided to also get a pedicure and fill on my nails. My tech this time was May and she was phenomenal!!! I pointed out to her my concerns and explained having been a nail tech why I expected these things and she went above and beyond my expectations.
